The operational safety characteristics of trains exposed to a strong wind have caused great concern in recent years.In the present paper,the effect of the strong gust wind on a high-speed train is investigated.A typical gust wind model for any wind angle,named“Chinese hat gust wind model”,was first constructed,and an algorithm for computing the aerodynamic loads was elaborated accordingly.A vehicle system dynamic model was then set up in order to investigate the vehicle system dynamic characteristics.The assessment of the operational safety has been conducted by means of characteristic wind curves(CWC).As some of the parameters of the wind-train system were difficult to measure,we also investigated the impact of the uncertain system parameters on the CWC.Results indicate that,the descending order of the operational safety index of the vehicle for each wind angle is 90°-60°-120°-30°-150°,and the worst condition for the operational safety occurs when the wind angle reaches around 90°.According to our findings,the gust factor and aerodynamic side force coefficient have great impact on the critical wind speed.Thus,these two parameters require special attention when considering the operational safety of a railway vehicle subjected to strong gust wind. 展开更多

The classical TV (Total Variation) model has been applied to gray texture image denoising and inpainting previously based on the non local operators, but such model can not be directly used to color texture image inpainting due to coupling of different image layers in color images. In order to solve the inpainting problem for color texture images effectively, we propose a non local CTV (Color Total Variation) model. Technically, the proposed model is an extension of local TV model for gray images but we take account of the coupling of different layers in color images and make use of concepts of the non-local operators. As the coupling of different layers for color images in the proposed model will in-crease computational complexity, we also design a fast Split Bregman algorithm. Finally, some numerical experiments are conducted to validate the performance of the proposed model and its algorithm. 展开更多

Aug- mented Lagrange method is used to transform constrained optimal problem into unconstrained form firstly. Then methods based on second order sensitivity are used to solve the unconstrained problem, where the sensitivity is solved by hybrid method. Generalized-α method and generalized-α projection method for the differential-algebraic equation, which shows more efficient properties with the lager time step, are presented to get state variables and adjoint variables during the optimization procedure. Numerical results validate the accuracy and efficiency of the methods is presented. 展开更多
