Objective:Glioblastomas are highly vascularized malignant tumors.We determined the efficacy and safety of the anti-angiogenic multi-kinase inhibitor,anlotinib,for a newly diagnosed glioblastoma.Methods:This multicenter,single-arm trial(NCT04119674)enrolled 33 treatment-naïve patients with histologically proven glioblastomas between March 2019 and November 2020.Patients underwent treatment with the standard STUPP regimen[fractionated focal irradiation in daily fractions of 1.8-2 Gy given 5 d/w×6 w(total=54-60 Gy)]or radiotherapy plus continuous daily temozolomide(TMZ)(75 mg/m^(2)of body surface area/d,7 d/w from the first to the last day of radiotherapy),followed by 6 cycles of adjuvant TMZ(150-200 mg/m^(2)×5 d during each 28-d cycle)plus anlotinib(8 mg/d on d 1-14 of each 3-w cycle for 2 cycles during concomitant chemoradiotherapy,8 maximal cycles as adjuvant therapy,followed by maintenance at 8 mg/d.The primary endpoint was progression-free survival(PFS).Secondary endpoints included overall survival(OS)and adverse events(AEs).Results:Thirty-three patients received the planned treatment.The median PFS was 10.9 months(95%CI,9.9-18.7 months)and the 12-month PFS rate was 48.5%.The median OS was 17.4 months(95%CI,14.5-21.1 months)and the 12-month OS rate was 81.8%.The most common AEs included hypertriglyceridemia[58%(n=19)],hypoalbuminemia[46%(n=15)],and hypercholesterolemia[46%(n=15)]during concurrent chemoradiotherapy and leukopenia[73%(n=24)],hypertriglyceridemia[67%(n=22)],and neutropenia[52%(n=17)]during adjuvant therapy.Five patients discontinued treatment due to AEs.HEG1(HR,5.6;95%CI,1.3-23.7;P=0.021)and RP1L1 alterations(HR,11.1;95%CI,2.2-57.2;P=0.004)were associated with a significantly shorter PFS.Conclusions:Anlotinib plus the STUPP regimen has promising anti-tumor activity against glioblastoma and manageable toxicity.HEG1 and RP1L1 alterations might be novel predictive biomarkers of the response to anlotinib. 展开更多

Carbonaceous materials are considered as ideal anode for potassium ion batteries(PIBs)due to their abundant resources and stable physical and chemical properties.However,improvements of reversible capacity and cycle performance are still needed,aiming to the practical application.Herein,S/N/O tridoped carbon(SNOC)nanospheres are prepared by in-situ vulcanized polybenzoxazine.The S/N/O tridoped carbon matrix provides abundant active sites for potassium ion adsorption and effectively improves potassium storage capacity.Moreover,the SNOC nanospheres possess large carbon interlayer spacing and high specific surface area,which broaden the diffusion pathway of potassium ions and accelerate the electron transfer speed,resulting in excellent rate performance.As an anode for PIBs,SNOC shows attractive rate performance(438.5 mA h g^(-1) at 50 mA g^(-1) and 174.5 mA h g^(-1) at2000 mA g^(-1)),ultra-high reversible capacity(397.4 mA h g^(-1) at 100 mA g^(-1) after 700 cycles)and ultra-long cycling life(218.9 mA h g^(-1) at 2000 mA g^(-1) after 7300 cycles,123.1 mA h g^(-1) at3000 mA g^(-1) after 16500 cycles and full cell runs for 4000 cycles).Density functional theory calculation confirms that S/N/O tri-doping enhances the adsorption and diffusion of potassium ions,and in-situ Fourier-transform infrared explores explored the potassium storage mechanism of SNOC. 展开更多

The Large Sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope(LAMOST)has been in normal operation for more than 10 yr,and routine maintenance is performed on the fiber positioner every summer.The positioning accuracy of the fiber positioner directly affects the observation performance of LAMOST,and incorrect fiber positioner positioning accuracy will not only increase the interference probability of adjacent fiber positioners but also reduces the observation efficiency of LAMOST.At present,during the manual maintenance process of the positioner,the fault cause of the positioner is determined and analyzed when the positioning accuracy does not meet the preset requirements.This causes maintenance to take a long time,and the efficiency is low.To quickly locate the fault cause of the positioner,the repeated positioning accuracy and open-loop calibration curve data of each positioner are obtained in this paper through the photographic measurement method.Based on a systematic analysis of the operational characteristics of the faulty positioner,the fault causes are classified.After training a deep learning model based on long short-term memory,the positioner fault causes can be quickly located to effectively improve the efficiency of positioner fault cause analysis.The relevant data can also provide valuable information for annual routine maintenance methods and positioner designs in the future.The method of using a deep learning model to analyze positioner operation failures introduced in this paper is also of general significance for the maintenance and design optimization of fiber positioners using a similar double-turn gear transmission system. 展开更多

Purpose:The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of total soy saponins(TS) on the free radical metabolism from the quadriceps femoris muscle,serum testosterone,lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),and blood urea nitrogen(BUN) in rats exercised to exhaustion.Methods:A one-time exhausted treadmill exercise session was used.Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 4 groups:a control group—animals receiving no TS and no exercise(NTSNE),animals receiving TS but no exercise group(TSNE),animals receiving no TS but exercised to exhaustion group(NTSE),and animals receiving TS and exercised to exhaustion group(TSE).The TSNE and TSE groups were fed TS at a dosage of 20 mg/kg body weight once per day for 2 weeks.The NTSE group was given a placebo,and the NTSNE group was not given any treatment.The NTSE and TSE groups were exercised at speed of 30 m/min on treadmill until exhausted.The exercise time and exercise distance were recorded when the rats became exhausted and the rats were then decapitated and anatomized immediately.A 10% homogenate of the quadriceps femoris tissue was prepared.The levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),malondialdehyde(MDA),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),glutathione reductase(GR),reduced glutathione(GSH),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),LDH,BUN,and serum testosterone were tested.Results:TS significantly increased the exercise time to exhaustion by 20.62%(p < 0.05).The MDA levels were decreased significantly in the TSNE group than in NTSNE group(p < 0.05);the T-AOC levels increased significantly in the TSNE group than in the other 3 groups(p < 0.01,p < 0.05,p < 0.05).The LDH activity significantly increased in the NTSE group than in TSNE group(p < 0.05).The BUN levels significantly increased in the NTSE group than in the other 3 groups(p < 0.01,p < 0.01,p < 0.05),and significantly increased in the TSE group than in NTSNE and TSNE groups(both p < 0.01).The serum testosterone levels increased significantly in the TSNE group than in the other 3 groups(all p < 0.01).SOD,CAT,GSH-Px,GR,and GSH were not statistically different among the groups.Conclusion:TS can significantly improve the exercised rats' serum testosterone level and antioxidant activity in their quadriceps femoris to varying degrees,decrease MDA and serum LDH and BUN levels,increase the exercise time,and delay the occurrence of the fatigue. 展开更多

Influence of three different preparation methods, i.e. impregnation, coprecipitation, and inverse coprecipitation, on the preferential oxidation of CO in excess hydrogen (PROX) over CuO-CeO2 catalysts has been investigated and CuO-CeO2 catalysts are characterized using BET, XPS, XRD, UV Raman, and TPR techniques. The results show that the catalysts prepared by coprecipitation have smaller particle sizes, well-dispersed CuOx species, more oxygen vacancies, and are more active in the PROX than those prepared by the other methods. However. the inverse coprecipitation depresses the catalytic performance of CuO-CeO2 catalysts and causes the growth of CuO-CeO2 because of different pH value in the precipitation process. 展开更多

Studies have found that oxygen-rich-containing functional groups in carbon-based materials can be used as active sites for the storage performance of K^(+),but the basic storage mechanism is still unclear.Herein,we construct and optimize 3D honeycomb-like carbon grafted with plentiful COOH/C=O functional groups(OFGC)as anodes for potassium ion batteries.The OFGC electrode with steady structure and rich functional groups can effectively contribute to the capacity enhancement and the formation of stable solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)film,achieving a high reversible capacity of 230 mAh g^(-1) at 3000 mA g^(-1) after 10,000 cycles(almost no capacity decay)and an ultra-long cycle time over 18 months at 100 mA g^(-1).The study results revealed the reversible storage mechanism between K^(+)and COOH/C=O functional groups by forming C-O-K compounds.Meanwhile,the in situ electrochemical impedance spectroscopy proved the highly reversible and rapid de/intercalation kinetics of K+in the OFGC electrode,and the growth process of SEI films.In particular,the full cells assembled by Prussian blue cathode exhibit a high energy density of 113 Wh kg^(-1) after 800 cycles(calculated by the total mass of anode and cathode),and get the light-emitting diodes lamp and ear thermometer running. 展开更多

Latent factor(LF) models are highly effective in extracting useful knowledge from High-Dimensional and Sparse(HiDS) matrices which are commonly seen in various industrial applications. An LF model usually adopts iterative optimizers,which may consume many iterations to achieve a local optima,resulting in considerable time cost. Hence, determining how to accelerate the training process for LF models has become a significant issue. To address this, this work proposes a randomized latent factor(RLF) model. It incorporates the principle of randomized learning techniques from neural networks into the LF analysis of HiDS matrices, thereby greatly alleviating computational burden. It also extends a standard learning process for randomized neural networks in context of LF analysis to make the resulting model represent an HiDS matrix correctly.Experimental results on three HiDS matrices from industrial applications demonstrate that compared with state-of-the-art LF models, RLF is able to achieve significantly higher computational efficiency and comparable prediction accuracy for missing data.I provides an important alternative approach to LF analysis of HiDS matrices, which is especially desired for industrial applications demanding highly efficient models. 展开更多

The potassium bis(fluoro-sulfonyl)imide(KFSI)-based electrolyte has great application prospects in potassium ion batteries (PIBs). However, their development has been limited by the decomposition of electrolytes and the corrosion of Al foils (current collector) at high potential. Here, a N-doping, sulfur-rich chemically bonded porphyrin organic framework (SPOF) with a high potential plateau were synthesized as an anode to lower the redox potential of full cells and further inhibit the corrosion of Al foils. SPOF as anode delivers high reversible capacity (557 mAh g^(−1) at 50 mA g^(−1)), excellent cycling performance (94% capacity retention over 1000 cycles at 500 mA g^(−1)), and superior rate performance. Meanwhile, the ex-situ FTIR, Raman, and HRTEM revealed the stability of N-doping and the reversible covalent sulfur and S–S bonds changes during potassiation/depotassiation. In addition, full cells using SPOF anode and PTCDA cathode showed outstanding performance (high capacity of 300 mAh g^(−1) at 200 mA g^(−1)). And the Al current collector of the full cell was not corroded after 150 cycles. Yet, the Al foils with PTCDA as cathode were seriously corroded. This work provides a new strategy for realizing ultra-high reversible capacity and cyclic stability of PIBs, and also accelerates the process of early commercial application of PIBs. 展开更多

Carbonaceous materials are regarded as a promising anode material for potassium ion batteries(PIBs)due to their high electronic conductivity, abundant resources and low cost. However, relatively low storage capacity and structural instability still hinder their practical application. Herein, high sulfur-doped hard carbon(SHC-3) with a sulfur up to 27.05 at% is synthesized from polystyrene and sulfur as precursors. As an anode for PIBs, the SHC-3 delivers a superb cycling stability and rate performance(298.1 mAh g^(-1)at 100 mA g^(-1) for 1000 cycles, a capacity retention of 95.2%;220.2 mAh g^(-1)at 500 mA g^(-1) after 5200 cycles). The potassium storage of SHC-3 exhibits excellent cyclic stability at both low and high rates.Structure and kinetic studies demonstrate that the larger interlayer spacing(0.382 nm) of the SHC-3 accelerates the diffusion of potassium ions and effectively alleviates the volume expansion, and thus maintains the structure stability during the process of potassization/de-potassization. Meanwhile, the density functional theory calculation shows that the doped sulfur atoms provide abundant active sites for the adsorption of potassium ions, thereby increasing the reversible capacity of PIBs. This work provides a new scheme for the design of carbonaceous anode materials with high capacity and long cycle life. 展开更多

The by hydrothermal reaction using commercially available Then single phase Gd2O2SO4:Pr powder was obtained by calcining the precursor at 750℃ for 2 h. The Gd2O2SO4:Pr powder compacts can be sintered to single phase Gd2O2S:Pr ceramics with a relative density of 99% and mean grain size of 30um at 1750℃ for 2 h in flowing hydrogen atmosphere. Densification and microstructural development of the Gd2O2S:Pr ceramics were examined. Luminescence spectra of the Gd2O2S:Pr ceramic under 309 nm UV excitation and X-ray excitation show a green emission at 511 nm as the most prominent peak, which corresponds to the ^3p0-3H4 transition of Pr^3+ ions. 展开更多

Chicoric acid(CA),a natural phenolic acid,has been used as a nutraceutical food ingredient due to its powerful antioxidant,anti-HIV and anti-diabetic bioactivities.CA could be partly metabolized into caffeic acid(CFA)and caftaric acid(CTA)on cytochrome P450s in rat liver microsomes.To compare the protective effects of CA and its metabolites on biomolecules and inflammatory responses,oxidative damage induced by free radicals in vitro and microglial inflammation triggered by lipopolysaccharide in BV2 cells were constructed.Results showed that CA,CTA and CFA all significantly inhibited protein degradation and carbonylation induced by hydroxyl radicals and alcoxyl radicals,and suppressed hemin/nitrite/H2O2 triggered-nitration.Moreover,CA,CTA and CFA all exerted remarkable inhibition capacities on linoleic acid and soybean lecithin liposomes peroxidation in a dose-dependent manner,and restrained the oxidation of herring sperm DNA,as well as the breakage of pBR322 plasmid DNA.Furthermore,CA and its metabolites suppressed lipopolysaccharide-induced decline of BV2 cell viability and the production of NO and ROS.However,bioactivities of CA were significantly stronger than those of its metabolites within a certain concentration range.This study provides scientific basis for the application of CA and its metabolites as nutrition and natural antioxidants. 展开更多

目的:探讨^125I放射性粒子植入治疗纵隔淋巴结转移的安全性和疗效观察。方法:回顾性分析陕西省肿瘤医院2014年6月至2018年6月53例采用CT引导下125I粒子植入治疗纵隔淋巴结转移患者,采用术前放射治疗计划系统(treatment planning system,... 目的:探讨^125I放射性粒子植入治疗纵隔淋巴结转移的安全性和疗效观察。方法:回顾性分析陕西省肿瘤医院2014年6月至2018年6月53例采用CT引导下125I粒子植入治疗纵隔淋巴结转移患者,采用术前放射治疗计划系统(treatment planning system,TPS)进行计划并术后验证,记录术中、术后并发症情况,观察生存质量改善情况,治疗后1、3、6个月,1、2年复查胸部CT随访,评估局部病灶控制情况,随访中位生存期及总生存期,并对生存预后及死亡原因等进行分析。结果:53例纵隔淋巴结转移瘤患者均顺利完成125I放射性粒子植入术,中位生存期为254天,1年生存率为48.67%,疗效评价完全缓解率(complete response,CR)+部分缓解率(partial response,PR)为83.02%(44/53);Cox模型多因素分析,生存预后与ECOG评分、植入时远处转移、植入后同期化疗、二次粒子植入等相关因素有关(P<0.05);术中、术后气胸和咯血的并发症发生率分别为20.75%(11/53)、13.21%(7/53),无一例患者死亡;植入后在咳嗽、气短、疼痛、声音嘶哑、呛咳和上腔静脉综合征等症状方面有60.00%~82.61%的缓解率。结论:CT引导下125I粒子植入治疗纵隔淋巴结转移,具有手术创伤小、疗效显著、安全性好和可行性高等优点,具有重要应用价值,值得临床进一步推广应用。 展开更多

The present study aimed to determine whether inhibition of gap junction-mediated signaling could influence general anesthetic-induced loss of consciousness. The general anesthetics sevoflurane and propofol were used. Intracerebroventricular administration of carbenoxolone, a gap junction blocker, significantly decreased the time to loss of the righting reflex (P 0.05), but prolonged the time to recovery of the reflex (P 0.05). Moreover, intracerebroventricular administration of carbenoxolone increased the sensitivity to sevoflurane, with a leftward shift of the loss of righting reflex dose-response curve, and decreased the 50% effective concentration of sevoflurane. These results suggest that the gap junction blocker carbenoxolone enhances propofol and sevoflurane-mediated general anesthesia. 展开更多

The interaction between the catenary and pantograph is one of the most crucial factors that determine the train operation in high-speed railway. The bad state of catenary is able to directly influence the power supply safety of traction power system. In this paper, four aspects on the catenary research of high-speed railway are reviewed in detail, namely the solution methods for catenary equilibrium state, the dynamic modeling methods of catenary, the non-contact detection methods of catenary, and the static and dynamic evaluation methods of catenary. In addition, their recent advances are described. For the low solution accuracy of the initial equilibrium state of cate- nary, the structure finding method with multi-objective constraint and nonlinear finite element procedure are introduced to solve the problem. For the catenary's dynamic modeling, considering the influence of environmental wind on the catenary, environmental wind simula- tions and wind tunnel tests are used to obtain the aerodynamic coefficients and build the wind field along the catenary for analysis of its wind vibration characteristics. In order to improve the detection accuracy of non-contact detection for the catenary, the deep learning theory and real-time detection algorithms should be adopted in the future. In view of the lack of dynamic assessment method for the catenary, the modern spectrum evaluation, timefrequency analysis, big data technology and their combi- nations will be the important means for future catenary evaluation. 展开更多

Finding easy-to-operate strategy to obtain anode material with well-designed structure and excellent electrochemical performance is necessary to promote the development of the future potassium-ion batteries(PIBs).In this work,we synthesized reduced graphene oxide doping flower-like Fe_(7)S_(8) nanosheets electrode materials using one-step hydrothermal strategy.The rGO@Fe_(7)S_(8) composite is composed of homogeneous Fe_(7)S_(8) and reduced graphene oxide thin nanosheets.This unique structure not only promotes the penetration of electrolyte and increases the conductive of the pure Fe_(7)S_(8) electrode materials,but also relieves the volume expansion of K^(+) during charge/discharge process.When applied this interesting anode electrode for PIBs,the rGO@Fe_(7)S_(8) exhibits excellent electrochemical performance.It delivers a high reversible specific capacity of 445 mAh g^(-1) at 50 mA g^(-1),excellent rate performance(284 mAhg^(-1)at 500 mA g^(-1) and 237 mAh g^(-1) at 1000 mA g^(-1)),and a high cycling stability at 100 mA g^(-1)(maintained 355 mAh g^(-1) after 300 cycles). 展开更多

CuO-CeO2 catalyst prepared with co-precipitation showed high catalytic performance for the preferential oxidation of CO in excess hydrogen(PROX).Influence of pH values in the preparation of CuO-CeO2 on its catalytic performance was investigated in this work.The CuO-CeO2 catalyst prepared at pH = 13.03 had the smallest particle size(5.4 nm),the largest surface areas(138m 2/g) and the highest activity with CO conversion of 99.6% at 130 ℃.The CuO-CeO2 catalyst was characterized using BET,XRD and TPR techniques.The results showed that when the pH value of the mixed solution containing Cu and Ce species was properly adjusted,both the adsorption layers and diffusion layers of the formed colloidal particles in hydroxide precursor of CuO-CeO2 were modified,resulting in the better catalytic performance for PROX on the final CuO-CeO2 catalyst 展开更多

Objective:To explore a new natural antibiotic. Methods:The chemical composition of the essential oil from Ganodermajaponicum (G. japonicum)mycelia was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS), The antimicrobial activity of the oil was evaluated against eighteen microorganisms, including bacteria, mildew and yeast by using a disc diffusion method. Furthermore, the minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC) and the minimum bactericidal concentrations(MBC) of the essential oil against twelve clinical pathogens were determined. Results:The main components of the oil were nerolidol, decadienal, linalool and benzyl alcohol. The antimicrobial results indicated that the oil inhibited all the tested bacterium, especially Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) in which the antibacterial activity exhibited a MBC of 1.03 mg/ml. Conclusion: The essential oil of G. japonicum mycelium has significant inhibitory activity. It is a potential medicinal resource that can be used as a natural antibiotic. 展开更多

Due to frequent drinking water pollution accidents in the past decade, it is common that mountain reservoirs were used as the source of drinking water in China. However, some coastal areas frequently suffer from typhoon with extreme precipitation, which results in the water quality deterioration of the reservoirs. The influence of typhoons with extreme precipitation on Jiaokou reservoir and the emergency treatment process of Maojiaping water treatment plant in the past three typical typhoons with extreme precipitation from the year of 2012-2015 were studied. It was found that the degradation of water quality, such as the increase of turbidity and bacteria index, may not merely appear during the events, but last for several days. Changing the dosage of water purification agent, such as coagulant and disinfectant at right time and place may be an efficient emergency water treatment process. Based on the analysis of water quality variation rule during and after the events, it was also found that emergency treatment can be fully prepared before the arrival of a typhoon with extreme precipitation. And in order to better respond to the typhoon with extreme precipitation, several suggestions are also proposed in this paper as follows: establishing vegetated buffers at right place, such as macrophanerophytes,shrub or herbage, increasing investments in infrastructure management, merging or cancelling the small-scale water treatment plants, preparing adequate water purification agent before the typhoon comes, etc. 展开更多
