目的:探讨妊娠合并卵巢恶性肿瘤患者的临床特点、治疗方案及妊娠结局。方法:回顾性分析2012年1月至2022年12月在广州医科大学附属第三医院就诊的11例妊娠合并卵巢恶性肿瘤患者的病理类型、临床分期、手术方式、妊娠结局、随访结果等临... 目的:探讨妊娠合并卵巢恶性肿瘤患者的临床特点、治疗方案及妊娠结局。方法:回顾性分析2012年1月至2022年12月在广州医科大学附属第三医院就诊的11例妊娠合并卵巢恶性肿瘤患者的病理类型、临床分期、手术方式、妊娠结局、随访结果等临床资料。结果:11例患者随访至2023年10月,其中卵巢原发肿瘤6例,卵巢转移性肿瘤5例。6例卵巢原发肿瘤中,上皮性肿瘤5例(ⅠA期1例,ⅠC期2例,ⅢA期1例,ⅢB期1例),恶性生殖细胞肿瘤1例(ⅠA期);Ⅰ期4例,孕早期发现1例,要求继续妊娠,分娩后行分期手术,孕晚期发现3例,剖宫产同时或产后行分期手术;Ⅲ期2例,孕早期发现1例,终止妊娠后行分期手术,孕晚期发现1例,剖宫产同时行分期手术;5例成功分娩,早产2例,足月产3例,新生儿均健在;随访时间为18~133个月,均生存。卵巢转移性肿瘤5例,其中卵巢Krukerberg瘤4例,子宫颈癌卵巢转移1例;孕早期发现2例,均终止妊娠后行减瘤术;孕中期发现1例,要求继续妊娠,分娩后行减瘤术;孕晚期发现2例,剖宫产同时行卵巢肿物手术1例,产后行减瘤术1例;成功分娩3例,均为早产,均健在;失访1例,余4例随访时间为3~22个月,均死亡。结论:妊娠合并卵巢原发肿瘤预后较好,而妊娠合并卵巢转移性肿瘤恶性程度高、预后差,临床应引起重视。 展开更多

Differences and similarities in radial growth of Betula species to climate change

Betula platyphylla and Betula costata are important species in mixed broadleaved-Korean pine(Pinus koraiensis)forests.However,the specific ways in which their growth is affected by warm temperatures and drought remain unclear.To address this issue,60 and 62 tree-ring cores of B.platyphylla and B.costata were collected in Yichun,China.Using dendrochronological methods,the response and adaptation of these species to climate change were examined.A“hysteresis effect”was found in the rings of both species,linked to May–September moisture conditions of the previous year.Radial growth of B.costata was positively correlated with the standardized precipitation-evapotranspiration index(SPEI),the precipitation from September to October of the previous year,and the relative humidity in October of the previous year.Growth of B.costata is primarily restricted by moisture conditions from September to October.In contrast,B.platyphylla growth is mainly limited by minimum temperatures in May–June of both the previous and current years.After droughts,B.platyphylla had a faster recovery rate compared to B.costata.In the context of rising temperatures since 1980,the correlation between B.platyphylla growth and monthly SPEI became positive and strengthened over time,while the growth of B.costata showed no conspicuous change.Our findings suggest that the growth of B.platyphylla is already affected by warming temperatures,whereas B.costata may become limited if warming continues or intensifies.Climate change could disrupt the succession of these species,possibly accelerating the succession of pioneer species.The results of this research are of great significance for understanding how the growth changes of birch species under warming and drying conditions,and contribute to understanding the structural adaptation of mixed broadleaved-Korean pine(Pinus koraiensis)forests under climate change. 展开更多

Characterizing foliar trait variation in sun and shade leaves can provide insights into inter-and intra-species resource use strategies and plant response to environmental change.However,datasets with records of multiple foliar traits from the same individual and including shade leaves are sparse,which limits our ability to investigate trait-trait,trait-environment relationships and trait coordination in both sun and shade leaves.We presented a comprehensive dataset of 15 foliar traits from sun and shade leaves sampled with leaf spectroscopy,including 424 individuals of 110 plant species from 19 sites across eastern North America.We investigated trait variation,covariation,scaling relationships with leaf mass,and the effects of environment,canopy position,and taxonomy on trait expression.Generally,sun leaves had higher leaf mass per area,nonstructural carbohydrates and total phenolics,lower mass-based chlorophyll a+b,carotenoids,phosphorus,and potassium,but exhibited species-specific characteristics.Covariation between sun and shade leaf traits,and trait-environment relationships were overall consistent across species.The main dimensions of foliar trait variation in seed plants were revealed including leaf economics traits,photosynthetic pigments,defense,and structural traits.Taxonomy and canopy position collectively explained most of the foliar trait variation.This study highlights the importance of including intra-individual and intra-specific trait variation to improve our understanding of ecosystem functions.Our findings have implications for efficient field sampling,and trait mapping with remote sensing. 展开更多

The changes in soil organic carbon stock and quality across a subalpine forest successional series

Soil organic carbon(SOC)affects the function of terrestrial ecosystem and plays a vital role in global carbon cycle.Yet,large uncertainty still existed regarding the changes in SOC stock and quality with forest succession.Here,the stock and quality of SOC at 1-m soil profile were investigated across a subalpine forest series,including shrub,deciduous broad-leaved forest,broadleaf-conifer mixed forest,middle-age coniferous forest and mature coniferous forest,which located at southeast of Tibetan Plateau.The results showed that SOC stock ranged from 9.8 to29.9 kg·m^(-2),and exhibited a hump-shaped response pattern across the forest successional series.The highest and lowest SOC stock was observed in the mixed forest and shrub forest,respectively.The SOC stock had no significant relationships with soil temperature and litter stock,but was positively correlated with wood debris stock.Meanwhile,the average percentages of polysaccharides,lignins,aromatics and aliphatics based on FTIR spectroscopy were 79.89%,0.94%,18.87%and 0.29%,respectively.Furthermore,the percentage of polysaccharides exhibited an increasing pattern across the forest successional series except for the sudden decreasing in the mixed forest,while the proportions of lignins,aromatics and aliphatics exhibited a decreasing pattern across the forest successional series except for the sudden increasing in the mixed forest.Consequently,the humification indices(HIs)were highest in the mixed forest compared to the other four successional stages,which means that the SOC quality in mixed forest was worse than other successional stages.In addition,the SOC stock,recalcitrant fractions and HIs decreased with increasing soil depth,while the polysaccharides exhibited an increasing pattern.These findings demonstrate that the mixed forest had higher SOC stock and worse SOC quality than other successional stages.The high proportion of SOC stock(66%at depth of 20-100 cm)and better SOC quality(lower HIs)indicate that deep soil have tremendous potential to store SOC and needs more attention under global chan ge. 展开更多

Horizontal well production technology gradually occupies a dominant position in the petroleum field.With the rise in water production in the later stage of exploitation,slug flow phenomena will exist in horizontal,inclined and even vertical sections of gas wells.To grasp the flow law of slug flow and guide engineering practice,the flow law of slug flow at various inclination angles(30°~90°)is studied by means of the combination of laboratory experiments(including high frequency pressure data acquisition system)and finite element numerical simulation.The results reveal that because of the delay of pressure variation at the corresponding position of pipeline resulting from gas expansion,the highest point of pressure change curve corresponds not to the highest point of liquid holdup curve(pressure change lags behind 0.125 s of liquid holdup change).Thus,the delay of pressure should be highlighted in predicting slug flow using pressure parameter change;otherwise the accuracy of prediction will be affected when slug flow occurs.It is generally known that liquid holdup and pressure drop are the major factors affecting the pressure variation and stable operation of pipelines.Accordingly,the results of finite element numerical simulation and Beggs-Brill model calculation are compared with those of laboratory experiments.The numerical simulation method is applicable to predicting the pressure drop of the pipeline,while the Beggs-Brill model is more suitable for predicting the liquid holdup variation of the pipeline.The research conclusion helps reveal the slug flow law,and it is of a scientific guiding implication to the prediction method of flow parameters under slug flow pattern in the process of gas well exploitation. 展开更多

Background:As a structurally and functionally important component in forest ecosystems,plant debris plays a crucial role in the global carbon cycle.Although it is well known that plant debris stocks vary greatly with tree species composition,forest type,forest origin,and stand age,simultaneous investigation on the changes in woody and non-woody debris biomass and their carbon stock with forest succession has not been reported.Therefore,woody and non-woody debris and carbon stocks were investigated across a subalpine forest successional gradient in Wanglang National Nature Reserve on the eastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.Results:Plant debris ranged from 25.19 to 82.89 Mg∙ha−1 and showed a global increasing tendency across the subalpine forest successional series except for decreasing at the S4 successional stage.Accordingly,the ratios of woody to non-woody debris stocks ranged from 26.58 to 208.89,and the highest and lowest ratios of woody to non-woody debris stocks were respectively observed in mid-successional coniferous forest and shrub forest,implying that woody debris dominates the plant debris.In particular,the ratios of coarse to fine woody debris stocks varied greatly with the successional stage,and the highest and lowest ratios were found in later and earlier successional subalpine forests,respectively.Furthermore,the woody debris stock varied greatly with diameter size,and larger diameter woody debris dominated the plant debris.Correspondingly,the carbon stock of plant debris ranged from 10.30 to 38.87 Mg∙ha−1 across the successional series,and the highest and lowest values were observed in the mid-coniferous stage and shrub forest stage,respectively.Most importantly,the carbon stored in coarse woody debris in later successional forests was four times higher than in earlier successional forests.Conclusions:The stock and role of woody debris,particularly coarse woody debris,varied greatly with the forest successional stage and dominated the carbon cycle in the subalpine forest ecosystem.Thus,preserving coarse woody debris is a critical strategy for sustainable forest management. 展开更多

In this study, we conducted ambient noise tomography(ANT), with 33-day data, to investigate the nearsurface shear-velocity structure in downtown Ji’nan, Shandong Province, China. The cross-correlation functions with quiet clear Rayleigh waves are obtained with more symmetrical energy distribution which indicates that strong human activities, such as moving vehicles and municipal engineering construction, can produce approximately isotropic distribution of noise sources for high-frequency signals. The direct surfacewave tomographic method with period-dependent ray-tracing is used to invert all surface-wave dispersion data in the period band 0.2–1.5 s simultaneously for 3D variations of shear-velocity structure. The study result can help us better understand the local geologic structures, evaluate the distribution and geometry of the fracture-karst media, and assess hazards of the concealed active fault and its effect on the springs in the future. 展开更多

The inheritance of pod-and seed-number traits(PSNT) in peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.) is poorly understood. In the present study, a recombinant inbred line(RIL) population of 188 lines was used to map quantitative trait loci(QTL) for number of seeds per pod(NSP),number of pods per plant(NPP), and numbers of one-, two-, and three-seeded pods per plant(N1 PP, N2 PP, and N3 PP) in four environments. A total of 28 consensus QTL and 14 single QTL were identified, including 11 major and stable QTL. Four major and stable QTL including qN3 PPA5.2, q N3 PPA5.4, qN3 PPA5.5, and qN3 PPA5.7 each explained 12.3%–33.0% of phenotype variation. By use of another integrated linkage map for the A5 group(hereafter referred to as INT A5 group), QTL for PSNT were located in seven intervals of 0.73–9.68 Mb in length on chromosome A05, and candidate genes underlying N3 PP were suggested. These findings shed light on the genetic basis of PSNT. Major QTL for N3 PP could be used as candidates for further positional cloning. 展开更多

Peanut cultivation in China spans various ecological zones, each with unique environmental conditions. Identifying suitable peanut varieties for these regions has been challenging due to significant phenotypic variations observed across environments. This study, based on a comprehensive analysis of 256 peanut varieties, selected nine representative varieties(Huayu23, Yuanza9102, Silihong, Wanhua2, Zhonghua6, Zhonghua16, Zhonghua21,Zhonghua215, Zhonghua24) for cultivation in five distinct ecological zones including Chengdu, Hefei, Nanjing,Shijiazhuang, and Wuhan. The yield and quality related phenotypic traits of these varieties were thoroughly assessed, revealing a complex interplay between genetic and environmental factors. Principal component analysis(PCA) effectively distinguished varieties based on yield and quality traits. Strong correlations were observed between specific traits, such as seed size and quality components. The G × E interaction was evident, as some varieties consistently performed better in certain environments. Varieties with lower coefficient of variation(CV)values exhibited stable trait expression, making them reliable choices for broad cultivation. In contrast, varieties with higher CV values displayed greater sensitivity to environmental fluctuations, potentially due to specific genetic factors. Two high oleic acid varieties, Zhonghua24 and Zhonghua215, demonstrated remarkable stability in oleic acid content across diverse environments, suggesting the presence of genetic mechanisms that buffer against environmental variations. Overall, this study underscores the importance of selecting peanut varieties based on their adaptability and performance in specific ecological zones. These findings provide valuable insights for peanut breeders and farmers, facilitating informed decisions for improved crop production and quality. 展开更多

In order to understand the pathogenic mechanisms of Sclerotium rolfsii on peanut and to analyze the variation of virulence in S.rolfsii strains,the highly virulent strain(ZY2)and weakly virulent strain(GP3-1)were investigated under both in vivo and in vitro conditions.The results indicated that S.rolfsii directly infected peanut by producing infection cushions.ZY2 formed infection cushions earlier than GP3-1,and ZY2 produced a greater number of infection cushions compare to GP3-1.Both strains could utilize cellulose,xylose,or polygalacturonic acid in the Czapek medium.The activities of cellulase(CL)and polygalacturonase(PG)in the inoculated peanut stems increased significantly at 9 h after inoculation.The activities of CL and PG produced by ZY2 in the inoculated stems were significantly higher than that produced by GP3-1.Both strains could produce oxalic acid(OA),and the content of OA produced by ZY2 in the inoculated stems was higher than that produced by GP3-1.In summary,it suggested that S.rolfsii destroyed peanut cells through physical and biochemical factors by secreting a large amount of OA,CL and PG during the formation of infection cushions.The difference in OA content,activity of CL and PG produced by highly and weakly virulent strains played important roles in variation of virulence. 展开更多

The response of an adjustable critical-flow Venturi nozzle is investigated through a set indoor experiments aimed to determine the related critical flow rate,critical pressure ratio,and discharge coefficient.The effect of a variation in the cone displacement and liquid content on the critical flow characteristics is examined in detail and it is shown that the former can be used to effectively adjust the critical flow rate.The critical pressure ratio of the considered nozzle is above 0.85,and the critical flow control deviation of the gas flow is within±3%.Liquid flow can reduce the gas critical mass flow rate accordingly,especially for the cases with larger liquid volume and lower inlet pressure.The set of results and conclusions provided are intended to support the optimization of steam injection techniques in the context of heavy oil recovery processes. 展开更多

Peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.)is a thermophilic crop,and low temperature leads to a significant reduction in annual yields.Despite a few cold tolerant germplasms or cultivars have been discovered and developed,molecular mechanisms governing peanut cold tolerance is poorly understood.Identification of keys genes involved in cold tolerance is the first step to address the underlying mechanism.In this study,we isolated and characterized 157 genes with potentials to confer cold tolerance in peanut by using a yeast functional screening system.GO(Gene ontology)and KEGG(Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes)enrichment analysis of these genes revealed that ribosome and photosynthesis proteins might play essential roles in peanut cold response.Transcriptome results indicated that 60 cold tolerance candidate genes were significantly induced or depressed by low temperature.qRT-PCR analysis demonstrated that several candidate genes could be also regulated by salt or drought stress.Individual overexpression of two UDP-glycosyltransferases(AhUGT2 and AhUGT268)in transgenic yeast cells could enhance their tolerance to multiple abiotic stress.In conclusion,this study advances our understanding of the mechanisms associated with the cold stress responses in peanut,and offers valuable gene resources for genetic improvement of abiotic stress tolerance in crops. 展开更多

Glyphosate is a non-selective broad-spectrum herbicide that blocks plant growth by inhibiting 5-Enolpyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate synthase(EPSPS),a key enzyme of the shikimate pathway in microorganisms and plants.The full-length epsps cDNA sequence(paepsps,Genebank:KY860582.1)was cloned and characterized for the first time from Phragmites australis.The full-length cDNA of paepsps was 1308 bp encoding a polypeptide of 435 amino acids.The bioinformatic analyses showed that PaEPSPS has highly homologous with EPSPS from other plants.RT-PCR analysis of paepsps expression indicated that the gene expressed in leaves,stems,and roots,with higher expression in leaves.The expression of the paepsps gene increased with glyphosate application.In addition,the transgenic tobacco containing the paepsps gene showed glyphosate resistance in comparison with control.The novel paepsps is a good candidate gene in transgenic crops with glyphosate tolerance in the future. 展开更多

Aflatoxin contamination of peanuts is one of the most concerns in peanut production in China.Applying nonaflatoxigenic Aspergillus flavus strains,based on competitive exclusion,has been proved to be a promising strategy to reduce aflatoxin contamination in pre-harvest peanuts.Two non-aflatoxigenic A.flavus strains collected in China,which have been proved effectively reducing aflatoxin in the laboratory,were mixed with high aflatoxin producer to the soil in peanut growing season.The two non-aflatoxigenic strains significantly(P<0.05)reduced aflatoxin contamination in peanut kernels under both normal and drought stresses in two fields.Compared to control,the total aflatoxin(sum of aflatoxin B1 and B2)was reduced 26.7–99.12%in field 1,and 84.96–99.33%in field 2.The aflatoxin was reduced 84.96–99.33%under drought stress in two fields.The present study indicated the non-aflatoxigenic A.flavus strains could be potential biocontrol agents for reducing aflatoxin contamination under field condition. 展开更多

Such a method actually also often exists in different scenes in our ancient literature and different scenes and jumping thinking thoughts form a series of montage in the mind, and then it can be expressed through poetry. This case is the same as it in art, different time and spaces, the characters appear in a scene in a picture, and we distinguish them with a series of symbols to convergence in each scene. Therefore, we can say that if the montage was born after his birth of firms in the twentieth century, then it has existed since ancient time, and it has always existed in the fine arts, however, such thinking played an important role in the development of Chinese art, especially in the convergence and performance practices screen scene. 展开更多
