煤层气井产出水重复利用配制压裂液指标

煤层气生产过程中会产生大量的产出水,为了解决产出水处理过程难、处理费贵等问题,以沁水盆地安泽区块为例,开展了煤层气井活性水压裂后产出水离子矿化度连续性监测、产出水稳定性评价及产出水配制活性水压裂液配伍性实验评价。实验结果表明,压裂液进入煤层很快与煤层水混合,当压裂后快速返排,72 h大部分压裂液返排出煤层;煤层产出水最少静置48 h后,水质变清澈稳定,产出水固相含量小于50 mg/L,达到压裂重复再利用固相含量标准;煤层产出水配制压裂液与地层水混合无沉淀及絮凝,配伍性好,对储层伤害小。利用煤层气井产出水配制压裂液是可行的,设计了现场静置处理产出水的积液池,可使产出水充分循环利用,节约水处理成本,实现降本增效。

A Study on the Molecular Switch of Gene Expression of the Mouse Heart Nuclear DNA Fragments

It is observed by in situ stain that LDH (1 5) ...nNAD + can probably enter the nucleopore and can be bound bound specifically with the genes that encode them. During the in vitro expression, the dilution of heart nuclear DNA fragments could enhance the expression activity of LDH/DNA and the amount of expressed LDH (1 5) is in proportion to the amount of dissociable LDH (1 5) on the LDH/DNA. With the integration of 14C Leu to the proteins, it is also observed that the addition of LDH (1 5) ...nNAD + can suppress the in vitro expression activity of LDH/DNA. AFM observation shows that the regulation sequence at the both ends of active genes may be bound with such active factors as proteins encoded by the genes which probably is the main molecular switch of gene expression and regulation we have been always searching for. Our work shows the prospective application of the combination of AFM and isotope labeling in the research of biological reaction.

血清musclin水平与冠状动脉病变的关系

目的:比较冠心病患者和对照组血清musclin水平,探讨musclin与冠心病的相关性。方法:纳入经冠状动脉造影确诊为冠心病的患者69例(冠心病组)和冠状动脉造影正常组96例(对照组),用ELISA方法测定其血清musclin水平。根据患者临床表现、心肌酶水平和心电图将冠心病组患者分为稳定型心绞痛组(30例)和急性冠脉综合征组(39例),同时根据冠状动脉病变支数将其分为单支组(27例)、双支组(22例)和多支组(20例)。比较各组血清musclin水平。结果:(1)与对照组比较,冠心病组血清musclin水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义[(119.64±87.57)pg/ml∶(82.03±56.21)pg/ml,P<0.01];(2)急性冠脉综合征组血清musclin水平较稳定型心绞痛组降低,差异有统计学意义[(72.69±28.65)pg/ml∶(94.17±77.86)pg/ml,P<0.05];(3)单支组[(69.99±22.28)pg/ml]、双支组[(82.52±60.00)pg/ml]和多支组[(97.73±78.64)pg/ml]血清musclin水平依次升高,但各组间差异无统计学意义。结论:冠心病患者血清musclin水平明显降低,且降低程度与冠心病严重程度呈负相关。
