Variation Characteristics of Droughts and Floods in Deyang Area in the Past 30 years

Based on the data of annual average precipitation in Deyang area and its five stations (Mianzhu, Deyang, Zhongjiang, Shifang and Guanghan) from 1984 to 2013, the annual precipitation anomaly percentage was calculated, and then the flood and drought situation in Deyang area was graded to discuss the variation characteristics of droughts and floods in the past 30 years. The results show that the cycle of droughts and floods in Deyang was about 3-5 a. The precipitation anomaly percentage indicates that the climate in Deyang area of Sichuan tended to be dry slowly in the past 30 years, and Deyang gradually entered a dry and warm period. 展开更多

Thomson scattering (TS), as a popular and reliable diagnostic technique, has successfully measured electron temperatures and electron number densities of plasmas for many years. However, conventional TS techniques using Nd:YAG lasers operate only at tens of hertz. Here, we present the development of a high-repetition-rate TS instrument based on a high-speed, pulse-burst laser system to greatly increase the temporal resolution of measurements. Successful instrument prototype testing was carried out by collecting TS light from laboratory helium and argon plasmas at 10 kHz. Calibration of the instrument detection sensitivity using nitrogen/ oxygen rotational Raman scattering signal is also presented. Quantitative electron number densities and electron temperatures of the plasma were acquired at 10 kHz, for stable plasma discharges as, respectively,~0.9 eV and ~5.37×10^21 m^-3 for the argon plasma, and ~1 eV and ~6.5×10^21 m^-3 for the helium plasma. 展开更多

As a kind of non-destructive testing method,magnetic particle inspection is widely used in the fields of aviation and high-speed rail.The properties of magnetic fluorescent bifunctional composites,such as fluorescence intensity and magnetic properties,have increasing demands in magnetic particle inspection.Rare earth compounds offer potential as novel materials for fluorescent magnetic bifunctional composites due to their excellent optical properties and extremely narrow emission spectra.In this work,the rare earth fluorescent material Y_(2)O_(2)S:Eu^(3+) was synthesized by solid-state reaction method.Fe_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles prepared by hydrothermal method were uniformly coated on the Y_(2)O_(2)S:Eu^(3+) particles through physical adsorption of surfactants.The obtained Fe_(3)O_(4)@Y_(2)O_(2)S:Eu^(3+) exhibits dark red color under the ultraviolet light.In additio n,X-ray diffractio n,morphology,photoluminescence and hyste resis loop of Fe_(3)O_(4)@Y_(2)O_(2)S:Cu^(3+) were investigated.The luminescence mechanism of Y_(2)O_(2)S:Eu^(3+) is described in detail Fe_(3)O_(4)@Y_(2)O_(2)S:Cu^(3+) displays good paramagnetism and has a good controllability under a magnetic field.The magnetic particle inspection of Fe_(3)O_(4)@Y_(2)O_(2)S:Eu^(3+) was performed using a 4-pole electromagnet and a test piece shim.The magnetic fluorescent bifunctional composite presented in this work can be applied for non-destructive testing. 展开更多

In this communication, the crystal structure of Cr_4AlB_4, a new MAB phase compound(where M is a transition metal, A is Al or Si, B is boron) discovered in Cr-Al-B system is reported. This new MAB phase was synthesized from a mixture of CrB and Al powders at 1000?C and its crystal structure was determined by a combination of X-ray diffraction, first-principles calculations and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS). Cr_4AlB_4 crystallizes in an orthorhombic structure with Immm space group. The lattice constants are a = 2.9343(6) ?, b = 18.8911(0) ?, c = 2.9733(7) ?, and the atomic positions are Cr1 at 4 g(0, 0.2936(5),0), Cr2 at 4 h(0.5, 0.5859(7), 0), Al at 2 b(0, 0.5, 0.5), B1 at 4 h(0, 0.3839(8), 0.5) and B2 at 4 g(0.5, 0.6646(2),0.5). 展开更多

In this communication, the possibility for the preparation of two-dimensional MBene CrB from MAB phase Cr2AlB2 is demonstrated for the first time. Herein M is a transition metal, A is a group IIIAor IVA element and B is boron; MAB phases are layered transition metal ternary borides, MBene is used to emphasize the loss of A group element from the parent MAB phases and to highlight the 2 D nature. The possible 2 D CrB nano sheets are prepared by selectively etching out Al layers from Cr2AlB-2 by immersing the Cr2AlB2 powders in dilute HCl solution at room temperature. The as-prepared 2 D CrB nano sheets are examined using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS). In addition, different structure models are built to explain the observed phenomena.The discovery in this work opens a door to the synthesis of a large number of new 2 D MBenes from MAB phases. 展开更多

Phase pure and well crystalline Cr2AlB2 powders are synthesized by heating the mixtures of CrB and Al powders at 900~℃.Cr2AlB2 exhibits nanolaminated morphology which transforms from flake-like crystallite to needle-like grain with the increase of holding time.The morphology-structure relationships of Cr2AlB2 are delicately discussed.Meanwhile,as the precursor for fabrication of Cr2AlB2,high purity CrB powders are also prepared by high-temperature reaction of B and Cr elemental powders at 1800℃.CrB grains grow into regular plate-like morphology.Through Rietveld structure refinement,new sets of diffraction data are presented for both CrB and Cr2AlB2 and overlapped peak positions and intensities are revealed which make up for the deficiency of the existing data in ICDD PDF#32-0277(CrB)and ICDD PDF#72-1847(Cr2AlB2).Moreover,since MAB phases are precursors for preparing MBenes,2D-CrBnanosheets are successfully prepared by completely etching out Al atomic layers from Cr2AlB2.2D-CrB crystalizes in CrB structure with two-dimensional lamellar morphology.Simultaneously the formation mechanism of 2D-CrB is vividly depicted.A system of materials preparation from CrB to Cr2AlB2 and then to 2D-CrB is well established. 展开更多

A novel equimolar high-entropy(HE)transition metal monoboride,(Cr_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)Fe_(0.2)Co_(0.2)Mo_(0.2))B,was designed and prepared in powder and bulk form by high temperature elemental reaction method and spark plasma sintering(SPS)method,respectively.XRD analysis shows that HE(Cr_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)Fe_(0.2)Co_(0.2)Mo_(0.2))B possesses orthorhombic structure with Pnma space group.Through Rietveld refinement,the lattice parameters of HE(Cr_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)Fe_(0.2)Co_(0.2)Mo_(0.2))B are a=5.6675,b=2.9714,c=4.2209 and the theoretical density is 6.95 g/cm~3.The Vickers hardness and electrical conductivity of HE(Cr_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)Fe_(0.2)Co_(0.2)Mo_(0.2))B bulk with relative density of 90%is 12.3±0.5 GPa and 0.49±0.04×10~6 S/m,respectively.Due to high electrical conductivity,HE(Cr_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)Fe_(0.2)Co_(0.2)Mo_(0.2))B bulk with 3.0 mm thickness displays superior EMI shielding performance in 18.0–26.5 GHz(K-band),and the average values of SET,SER,and SEAare 23.3 dB,13.9 dB,and 9.4 dB,respectively.The EMI shielding mechanism of HE(Cr_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)Fe_(0.2)Co_(0.2)Mo_(0.2))B mainly results from reflection. 展开更多

In the present study,novel ester derivatives of CAPE were designed and synthesized as neuroprotective agents.The anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities of these compounds were evaluated at the cellular level,while the blood-brain barrier(BBB)permeability was predicted by parallel artificial membrane permeability assay(PAMPA).The results revealed that phenolic hydroxyl groups and double bonds in the structure of CAPE had important effects on neuroprotective activities.Accordingly,a preliminary structure-activity relationship was summarized in this paper.In addition,we observed a significant improvement on BBB permeability.These results provided important references for the structural modification and optimization of CAPE in the future. 展开更多

Among the structurally diverse NNRTIs, pyridinone scaffolds demonstrate high potency against HIV-1 wild type and drug-resistant strains. During the optimization of our pyridinone compound 1(LAM-trans), we found that the introduction of the N atoms in the C-4 position could dramatically improve the water solubility(7b), whereas protonation of the piperidine N atom resulted in a decrease in its hydrophobic interaction with the binding pocket. In particular, protonation altered the orientation of the alicyclic rings in the hydrophobic pocket, thus impeding the formation of key halogen bond and eventually leading to a huge change in anti-HIV-1 RT activity. These results provided theoretical and experimental basis for the subsequent structural modification of pyridinone compounds. 展开更多

To efficiently analyze inhibitory activity, these compounds were screened against HIV-1 RT and IN respectively via surface plasmon resonance (SPR), and active compounds were subsequently evaluated by enzyme assay. It was noteworthy that compound A2 exhibited moderate activity against both HIV-1 RT and IN. The modeling and simulation of sea clutter are important in detecting radar targets in sea backgrounds.Because the nonstationary property of sea clutter is ignored in traditional statistical models,a new method based on measured sea clutter is proposed in this paper.First,we convert the measured sea clutter data under different sea conditions[xI,xQ]into real amplitude SM.Instantaneous phaseθis then extracted from the coherent radar’s baseband data.Second,we select a candidate statistic model and estimate its parameters based on SM by utilizing maximum likelihood estimation.Finally,we generate random series A using corresponding random data generator and then add instantaneous phaseθinto A,i.e.,y=Ae^(jθ),to obtain simulated sea clutter series.Through a comparison of simulated sea clutter and measured sea clutter data via histogram,the validity of the proposed method is proved. 展开更多

This work develops a distributed environmental monitoring system for the combination of hydroponics and aquaculture based on the internet of things technology,which mainly includes the information perception layer,the information transmission layer and the sys-tem architecture.The system has employed multiple sensors terminal to real-time acqui-sition,including air and water temperatures,dissolved oxygen etc.LoRa protocol is suitable for sending small data and the 4G was employed to collect data and send to the cloud plat-form.Java is used to develop background applications,to access cloud platforms and local data processing.Based on the collection and processing of environmental data and cloud service platform,the mobile application program client and remote login desktop have been developed.It has been implemented and tested in Tongzhou,Beijing for 3 months in 2020.The results showed the proposed monitoring system stability for overall operation and accuracy data transmission,which can support the actual hydroponics and aquacul-ture production management.After analysis of monitoring data collected from the devel-oped monitoring system,indoor air and water temperature have the obvious correlation with atmospheric pressure(0.7 and 0.9)and outdoor temperature(1.0 and 0.9),respectively. 展开更多

As the effective capture region of optical motion capture system is limited by quantity,installation mode,resolution and focus of infrared cameras,the reflective markers on certain body parts(such as wrists,elbows,etc.)of multi-actual trainees may be obscured when they perform the collaborative interactive operation.To address this issue,motion data compensation method based on the additional feature information provided by the electromagnetic spatial position tracking equipment is proposed in this paper.The main working principle and detailed realization process of the proposed method are introduced step by step,and the practical implementation is presented to illustrate its validity and efficiency.The results show that the missing capture data and motion information of relevant obscured markers on arms can be retrieved with the proposed method,which can avoid the simulation motions of corresponding virtual operators being interrupted and deformed during the collaborative interactive operation process performed by multiactual trainees with optical human motion capture system in a limited capture range. 展开更多

We proposed a novel Al Ga N/Ga N enhancement-mode(E-mode) high electron mobility transistor(HEMT) with a dual-gate structure and carried out the detailed numerical simulation of device operation using Silvaco Atlas. The dual-gate device is based on a cascode connection of an E-mode and a D-mode gate. The simulation results show that electric field under the gate is decreased by more than 70% compared to that of the conventional E-mode MIS-HEMTs(from 2.83 MV/cm decreased to 0.83 MV/cm). Thus, with the discussion of ionized trap density, the proposed dual-gate structure can highly improve electric field-related reliability, such as, threshold voltage stability. In addition, compared with HEMT with field plate structure, the proposed structure exhibits a simplified fabrication process and a more effective suppression of high electric field. 展开更多
