As a result of experimental data, it was found that in the reaction between N-(<em>β</em>-D-glycopyranosyl)-semicarbazide and the Lawesson reagent (2,4-bis(p-methoxyphenyl)-1,3-dithiadiphosphetane 2,4-disulfide) at the ratio 1:1 in pyridine when boiling under reflux in a water bath for 20 - 35 minutes, a new synthetic compound N-(<em>β</em>-D-glycopyranosyl)-thiosemicarbazide is formed. The individuality and structure of the target products were confirmed by 13C NMR spectroscopy, 1H NMR spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. For the synthesized new compounds of N-(<em>β</em>-D-glycopyranosyl)-thiosemicarbazides, the probability of pharmacological and toxic effects were predicted by the computer method in silico. From the synthesized compounds N-(<em>β</em>-D-galactopyranosyl)-thiosemicarbazide, the probability of antibacterial (antibacterial) activity is predicted (<em>Pa</em>/<em>Pi</em> 0.544/0.013). The antibacterial activity of the compound (4) was confirmed in a test for salmonella infection of lambs, salmonellosis of calves, and colipathogenic E. coli serotypes. An experimental study by the in vitro method made it possible to conclude that the new synthetic compound N-(<em>β</em>-D-galactopyranosyl)-thiosemicarbazide in the studied concentrations has a pronounced bactericidal and bacteriostatic effect. The synthetic new compound N-(<em>β</em>-D-glyco- pyranosyl)-thiosemicarbazide is a promising compound for further study.展开更多

Using the method of complex anthropometry, including the determination of the values of 21 anthropometric parameters, the physical status of 1028 Kyrgyz women of different age groups was studied youth (16 - 20 years old 310 girls), mature age (1st period, 21 - 35 years old 308 women;2nd period, 36 - 55 years 410 women) living in Osh, Kyrgyzstan. For somatotyping, we used the scheme of constitutional diagnostics. Seven somatotypes distinguished within three constitutional groups. The subcutaneous fat was measured by caliperometry. Statistical processing carried out using the statistical programs Microsoft Excel and the STATISTICA package (v. 6.0). To determine the reliability of the differences between the indicators, the Student’s test was used (p < 0.05). The results demonstrate that within each somatotype there are broad changes in the studied anthropometric indicator. Thus, the thickness of the skin and fat folds is the smallest in women of asthenic, athletic and stenoplastic (p < 0.05), and the largest in representatives of the euriplastic and pycnic somatotypes (p < 0.05). Thus, indicators of physical status in adolescence and adulthood in women have a pronounced somatotypological specificity. These materials on the physical development and constitutional and typological characteristics of the studied population of women applicable for a personalized approach in the context of a relative norm.展开更多

Effect of sodium lauryl sulfate surfactant amount on surface modification level of graphene sheets was investigated. Ether (-S-OR- at 762 cm-1 - 863 cm-1), thiocarbonyl (=C=S at 1050 cm-1 - 1176 cm-1) and sulfoxide (S-O, Vs and Vas at 1030 cm-1 - 1450 cm-1) functional groups released from sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) surfactant during solvothermal reaction and attached on the surface of graphene sheets were detected by (attenuated total reflectance-fast Fourier infrared) ATR-FTIR spectroscopy. (Atomic force microscope) AFM observations revealed apparent surface of graphene sheets modified by surfactant molecules with an average multiple profile of graphene nanosheets ≈ 4.8 nm high. This synthesis way of surface modified graphene sheets can be considered as easy, one-step and cheap method for manufacturing of novel biosurface with graphene, as reinforcement for biopolymer coatings such as ultra-high molecular weight polypropylene (UHMWPE), metallic biomaterials (Ti and Ti alloys) and bioceramics as hydroxyapatite (HA).展开更多

Since the term province is more acceptable in political science than in physical geography, the main factors in the process of sector formation were determined. The purpose of this article is not only to describe the high altitudes of the Tenir-Too mountains, but theoretically substantiate their formation, ecological and genetic features, and distribution patterns. Until today the Tenir-Too mountain area is not divided into sectors and subsectors with significant changes to the stencil scheme, which has been used to date in the physical geographical zoning. Research methods in this work are based on the recent study materials collected from meteorological stations of Tenir-Too region. Hypsometric and topographic maps were used to identify high altitude ranges, and climatic factors were separated by zones. Plant species and genus divisions were identified. In some areas of the Tenir-Too the range of altitudes along the routes was studied.展开更多

文摘The purpose of this study was to determine the thickness of skin and fat folds in Kyrgyz women of various ages, taking into account their somatotypological profile. These materials on the physical development and constitutional and typological characteristics of the studied population of women applicable for a personalized approach in the context of a relative norm.

文摘This work describes synthesis of graphene sheets with modified surface by sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) surfactant using one-pot solvothermal reaction method. This synthesis way of surface modified graphene sheets can be considered as easy, one-step and cheap method for manufacturing of novel biosurface with graphene, as reinforcement for biopolymer coatings such as ultra-high molecular weight polypropylene (UHMWPE), metallic biomaterials (Ti and Ti alloys) and bioceramics as hydroxyapatite (HA).
文摘The article is considering the third kind of nonlinear Volterra-Stieltjes integral equations with the solution by Lavrentyev regularizing operator. A uniqueness theorem was proved, and a regularization parameter was chosen. This can be used in further development of the theory of the integral equations in non-standard problems, classes in the numerical solution of third kind Volterra-Stieltjes integral equations, and when solving specific problems that lead to equations of the third kind.
文摘It is well known that air in industrial cities contains a significant amount of dust particles, smoke, and toxic gases. The increased number of vehicles has a direct impact on air quality resulting in the emission of exhaust gases, and the increase of dust concentration in air. In this article, we are describing the dust retention ability of plants depending on their leaf structure. Plant species were classified into three groups according to their dust-holding capacities. Dust retaining ability of plant species in conditions of high, average and low dust conditions described.
文摘For the first time, the separating issues of the Tenir-Too mountains into sectors in contrast to the accepted schemes of physical geography as a province and sub-province were discussed. In some areas of the Tenir-Too the range of altitudes along the routes was studied.
文摘This work is investigating Mexidol (2-ethyl-6-methyl-3-hydroxy pyridine succinate) effect on the formation of nitric oxide (NO) in animal liver tissues, which is a regulator of many physiological processes and plays an important role in the vascular relaxation, neurotransmission and immune system functioning. Analyses performed by EPR spectroscopy revealed Hem-NO complex signals from paramagnetic centers in arbitrary units;produced nitrogen oxide amount in liver tissues was determined by method of double integration signals from nitrosyl complexes.
文摘The article discusses regularity of the formation of high-altitude zones on the mountain territories of Tenir-Too and their relationship with geomorphological complexes and the relief steps. The main purpose was to classify geomorpho-logical complexes and to concretize their morphological characteristics. The belt structure consisting of two mixed rows is analyzed. Excess, elevated, medium-moistened, semi-moistened, semi-arid, and arid types of altitudinal belts were proposed.
