A Petrological, Geochemical, and Geochronological Study of Shuikou Ultrabasic Rock Mass in Wuding County, Yunnan Province, China

Geotectonically, the Shuikou ultrabasic-basic rock mass is located on the western margin of the Yangtze Platform. As revealed by field geological surveys, the Shuikou rock mass intrudes into the quartz sandstones of the Sinian Chengjiang Formation (Zac). It is dominated by pyroxenites and can be roughly divided into four lithofacies zones, namely gabbros at the outermost periphery and fine-, medium-, and coarse-grained pyroxenites from margin to center. With the transition from pyroxenites to gabbros, the Shuikou rock mass features gradual enrichment in silica and alkali overall, an increase in &#931REE and (La/Yb)<sub>N</sub> ratio, and a decrease in &delta;Eu values and Eu/Sm ratio, indicating that the Shuikou rock mass was formed from the continuous differentiation and crystallization of consanguineous magma and that low-degree partial melting occurred meanwhile. According to the U-Pb baddeleyite geochronology, the crystallization age of the Shuikou rock mass is 210.7 ± 3 Ma (MSWD = 1.01). Based on this, as well as the analysis of geochemical characteristics, the Shuikou rock mass occurred in a continental intraplate tensional environment, this is closely related to the activities of the Emeishan mantle plume during the same period. 展开更多

The Haizi diabase-granite porphyry composite rock mass is located in the Wuding-Yanjing taphrogenic trough within the Paleoproterozoic Kangdian fault-uplift zone. According to field observations, the diabase is divided into two types: central facies and marginal facies;the granite porphyry directly contacts the central facies of diabase without transitional intermediate rock. In order to disclose its geological and petrological significances, this paper carried out the LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating and geochemical investigation on both masses of Haizi diabase and granite porphyry. The results showed that the207Pb/206Pb weighted average age of granite porphyry is 1764 ± 18 Ma and diabase 1765 ± 5.4 Ma. The geochemical investigations revealed that the Haizi diabase is a kind of high-potassium alkaline basalt and the granite porphyry a kind of low-potassium rhyolite, both enriched with high field intensity elements and depleted in large-ion lithophile elements;there is obvious component intermittence between the diabase and the granite porphyry, both being bimodal and showing characteristics of continental rift valley magmatite. The?in situ?Hf isotope of dating zircon showed that mantle materials participated in the formation and emplacement of Haizi granite porphyry and crust materials participated in the formation of diabase. This meant that crustal remelting and accretion of new crust occurred in this region in the 1.7 Ga period. It can be therefore inferred that the Haizi bimodal intrusive rock came into being due to the breakup of Kunyang rift valley and rapid ascent of mantle materials in the 1.7 Ga period, which echoed the global Columbia supercontinent breakup and was the first petrological record of that breakup found at the southwest margin of Yangtze platform. 展开更多

Background:With the rapid development of robotic surgery,especially for the abdominal surgery,robotic pancreatic surgery(RPS)has been applied increasingly around the world.However,evidence-based guidelines regarding its application,safety,and efficacy are still lacking.To harvest robust evidence and comprehensive clinical practice,this study aims to develop international guidelines on the use of RPS.Methods:World Health Organization(WHO)Handbook for Guideline Development,GRADE Grid method,Delphi vote,and the AGREE-II instrument were used to establish the Guideline Steering Group,Guideline Development Group,and Guideline Secretary Group,formulate 19 clinical questions,develop the recommendations,and draft the guidelines.Three online meetings were held on 04/12/2020,30/11/2021,and 25/01/2022 to vote on the recommendations and get advice and suggestions from all involved experts.All the experts focusing on minimally invasive surgery from America,Europe and Oceania made great contributions to this consensus guideline.Results:After a systematic literature review 176 studies were included,19 questions were addressed and 14 recommendations were developed through the expert assessment and comprehensive judgment of the quality and credibility of the evidence.Conclusions:The international RPS guidelines can guide current practice for surgeons,patients,medical societies,hospital administrators,and related social communities.Further randomized trials are required to determine the added value of RPS as compared to open and laparoscopic surgery. 展开更多

与主胰管毗邻的良性肿瘤,通常需要扩大切除范围,甚至实施胰腺-消化道吻合来恢复胰腺的外分泌功能,增加了术后严重并发症的风险.因此,如何维护主胰管的连续性和生理功能成为胰腺外科亟须解决的问题.为了减少手术对良性肿瘤患者的创伤,我... 与主胰管毗邻的良性肿瘤,通常需要扩大切除范围,甚至实施胰腺-消化道吻合来恢复胰腺的外分泌功能,增加了术后严重并发症的风险.因此,如何维护主胰管的连续性和生理功能成为胰腺外科亟须解决的问题.为了减少手术对良性肿瘤患者的创伤,我们借鉴了桥梁合龙的原理,提出了胰管(修复)外科的概念,即对胰管进行整形或修复,恢复及维护其连续性和正常生理功能的一系列胰腺外科术式.在临床中,根据不同的肿瘤部位和切除范围,胰管(修复)外科可以分为主胰管修复术、胰腺端-端重建术、主胰管替代术和分支胰管型导管内乳头状黏液肿瘤(branch duct intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm,BD-IPMN)局部切除等术式.为了探究胰腺端-端重建在生物力学上的可行性,我们建立了间断缝合术、连续缝合术和“荣式”手术的3种有限元模型,并进行拉伸模拟实验.“荣式”手术能够使拉伸时的应力分布更加均匀,拉伸受力更强,并且减少了缝线对胰腺组织的切割力,从而能够使得胰腺端-端对拢时耐受更大的拉力.胰管(修复)外科的提出明确了保护主胰管连续性和生理功能的重要性,避免扩大性切除手术和消化道重建,有助于促进患者术后恢复和提高远期生活质量,有望改变传统的胰腺良性疾病的手术治疗理念,通过创伤最小化和功能正常化的有机结合,使患者获得最佳的治疗结果. 展开更多

智能仿生软材料是近年来科学研究的重点之一.液晶高分子材料是众多软材料中最有发展潜力的材料之一.目前通过液晶高分子材料制备具有复杂功能和多种响应的仿生器件主要通过两种方法,其一是引入多种响应性基团,赋予材料多重响应.另一个... 智能仿生软材料是近年来科学研究的重点之一.液晶高分子材料是众多软材料中最有发展潜力的材料之一.目前通过液晶高分子材料制备具有复杂功能和多种响应的仿生器件主要通过两种方法,其一是引入多种响应性基团,赋予材料多重响应.另一个是构建单一刺激下具有变形变色协同功能的材料.然而,结合这两种策略,构建既具有多重刺激响应,又能协同变形变色的新型液晶高分子仍然是一个挑战.为此,本工作通过结合光响应性液晶网络和亲水的聚(2-羧乙基丙烯酸酯共丙烯酸)层(PC),制备了一种光和湿度双重响应的软驱动器.在紫外光的驱动下,偶氮苯的分子异构驱动复合薄膜的各向异性形变.环境湿度的变化能使亲水的PC层发生溶胀和脱水,使薄膜发生另一模式的形变.由于薄膜内部荧光分子与水分子的协同作用,PC膜的荧光强度增强.由于整合了双重响应性和协同行为,这种新型的双响应驱动器在制造智能软体机器人方面具有较大的潜力.通过合理的设计,我们制备了一个光驱动的智能软体机器人.该机器人表现出检测水、改变运动模式和荧光强度的能力,在构筑具有识别、响应和自我调整能力的多功能软体机器人方面具有实际应用潜力. 展开更多

液晶弹性体(LCEs)在先进软执行器和机器人的应用中引起了广泛关注.具有高驱动应力和驱动应变的新兴LCEs始终是实际应用的理想选择.然而,一个常识是,LCEs特定机械性能的改善必须以牺牲其他性能为代价.在本工作中,通过简单的硫醇-丙烯酸... 液晶弹性体(LCEs)在先进软执行器和机器人的应用中引起了广泛关注.具有高驱动应力和驱动应变的新兴LCEs始终是实际应用的理想选择.然而,一个常识是,LCEs特定机械性能的改善必须以牺牲其他性能为代价.在本工作中,通过简单的硫醇-丙烯酸酯反应制备了LCE,随后进行光引发的自由基聚合.通过调节侧链液晶(LC)基元的含量,调控了液晶网络的交联密度,优化了LCE的驱动.侧链LC基元的引入降低了驱动温度并且提高了驱动应变,而丙烯酸酯官能化的MXene纳米片交联了LCE基体,确保了高驱动应力和光热转化.因此,本工作通过引入侧链基元和MXene纳米片作为交联剂,同时增强了LCE的驱动应力和驱动应变,克服了LCE致动器以往高温或有害紫外光驱动、物理掺杂引起的分子扰动等局限性,大大提高了整体驱动性能(驱动应力为0.773 MPa,驱动应变为45%),实现了近红外光下的可逆变形(54%).该策略可能为优化LCE执行器的性能提供一条新途径. 展开更多

当前以互联网、大数据和人工智能为代表的信息技术的应用将外科实践提升到了智能化的新高度,以干预者经验为主导的传统医学和过度倚重干预手段的循证医学受到了新的冲击和挑战.为了更好地适应医学科技的飞速发展和医疗需求的不断提高,... 当前以互联网、大数据和人工智能为代表的信息技术的应用将外科实践提升到了智能化的新高度,以干预者经验为主导的传统医学和过度倚重干预手段的循证医学受到了新的冲击和挑战.为了更好地适应医学科技的飞速发展和医疗需求的不断提高,根据长期的肝胆胰外科临床实践,本文提出了预后控制外科理论.该理论以患者最优预后为根本目标,通过择优干预者、干预手段、干预时机的最佳组合来预控疾病风险.随着人工智能技术的逐渐兴起,本文提出了智能外科的概念,预控外科在其基础上,提倡应用医学影像识别与预测、三维重建与手术规划、术中导航和机器人手术系统为代表的人工智能等信息技术方法,促进外科诊疗的快速、均衡发展.在预控外科理论和方法的指导下,本研究团队创立了微创解剖性肝切除技术、个体化胰腺手术入路体系、模式化肝切除方法、单针全层胰肠吻合技术和胰腺端端吻合技术,提倡胰腺癌整块切除,并归纳总结出了外科四大核心策略:控血、入路、切除、重建,以最小损伤实现患者的最大获益. 展开更多

Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) pro- teins are overexpressed in a high proportion of gastric cancer (GC) cases and affect the maintenance of cancer stem cell (CSC) subpopulations, which are used as tar- gets for the clinical treatment of patients with HER2- positive GC. Despite improvements in survival, numer- ous HER2-positive patients fail treatment with trastuzu- mab, highlighting the need for more effective therapies. In this study, we generated a novel type of genetically modified human T cells, expressing a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR), and targeting the GC cell antigen HER2, which harbors the CD137 and CD3/; moieties. Our findings show that the expanded CART cells, expressing an increased central memory phenotype, were activated by the specific recognition of HER2 antigens in an MHC-in- dependent manner, and effectively killed patient-derived HER2-positive GC cells. In HER2-positive xenograft tumors, CART cells exhibited considerably enhanced tumor inhibition ability, long-term survival, and homing totargets, compared with those of non-transduced T cells. The sphere-forming ability and in vivo tumorigenicity of patient-derived gastric cancer stem-like cells, expressing HER2 and the CD44 protein, were also inhibited. Our results support the future development and clinical application of this adoptive immunotherapy in patients with HER2-positive advanced GC. 展开更多

Inspired by nature,dynamic self-organized helical superstructures are becoming attractive as building blocks in soft photonic crystals and advanced chiroptical devices.Herein,a chirality invertible hydrazone photoswitch,possessing high helical twisting power(HTP)was judiciously designed and synthesized.Due to the photoinduced configuration changes of the hydrazone photoswitch,it displayed superior thermal stability and strikingly reversible HTP changes.By incorporating a novel chiral hydrazone(CH)into the liquid crystal(LC)host,a handedness invertible cholesteric liquid crystal(CLC)helical superstructure with high thermal stability and light-modulated photonic bandgap was prepared.We inferred that the mechanism of chirality inversion of the novel CH photoswitch derived from changes in the dihedral angle between the two naphthalene rings induced by hydrazone isomerization.Therefore,the influence of chemical structures on its photoresponsiveness was explored.Finally,the potential applications of this advanced light-driven CLC in soft photonic crystals,showing erasable and rewritable colorful patterns and chiroptical templates to induce handedness invertible circularly polarized luminescence were illustrated. 展开更多
