目的了解干预对象、干预措施以及干预时间的不同对儿童蛲虫病健康教育干预结果的影响,为蛲虫病健康教育干预工作提供参考。方法在中国生物医学文献服务系统、万方数据、中国知网、维普网、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Scoups等中...目的了解干预对象、干预措施以及干预时间的不同对儿童蛲虫病健康教育干预结果的影响,为蛲虫病健康教育干预工作提供参考。方法在中国生物医学文献服务系统、万方数据、中国知网、维普网、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Scoups等中英文平台或数据库进行检索,根据纳入和排除标准筛选文献,并进行文献质量评价。基于PRISMA(preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses)声明条目清单,采取定性分析的方法对儿童蛲虫病健康教育干预措施进行分析。结果共检索到1119篇文献,其中13篇文献纳入系统研究。在蛲虫病健康教育中,干预对象不区分感染、未感染的儿童,干预措施采取“健康教育干预+集体服药”的复合形式,干预时间间隔3个月,健康教育干预效果较好。结论开展蛲虫病健康教育工作时,应综合考虑干预对象、干预措施以及干预措施实施时间3个因素的最优搭配,从而使健康教育干预效果达到最佳。展开更多
