目的:本研究旨在识别影响乡镇卫生院医防融合服务提供现状的关键因素,以期为基层卫生机构医防融合服务存在问题的成因与对策提供参考。方法:采用分层整群抽样法,调查有效问卷4892份,并运用描述性分析、卡方检验、LASSO-Logistic以及常规... 目的:本研究旨在识别影响乡镇卫生院医防融合服务提供现状的关键因素,以期为基层卫生机构医防融合服务存在问题的成因与对策提供参考。方法:采用分层整群抽样法,调查有效问卷4892份,并运用描述性分析、卡方检验、LASSO-Logistic以及常规Logistic方法对数据进行系统分析。结果:最终析出16个非零系数的自变量,发现社会人口学维度的卫生院等级(OR=1.325,P<0.001)、专业(OR=1.285,P=0.026)等;医防融合认知情况维度中医防融合重要性评价(OR=4.414,P<0.001)以及医防融合了解程度(OR=5.230,P<0.001)等;以及临床工作与预防工作模式沟通不畅,医防融合的落脚点不明确(OR=1.534,P<0.001)等变量是关键影响因素。结论:建议统筹规划、分类指导乡镇卫生院,以中心卫生院为主,参考一般乡镇卫生院的实际情况,因地制宜地推动各乡镇卫生院的发展。明晰不同主体的职责范围,激发医务人员对预防保健服务的认知度和重视度,加强医防融合复合型人才队伍建设与培训,以提升乡镇卫生院医防融合服务水平。 展开更多

To address this problem, this paper casts an optimal model of cold-chain logistics network and tackles it with genetic algorithms. This optimal model takes running total cost of logistics network as the objective, and embeds a nonlinear mixed integer programming including two assignment issues. The model determines optimal layout and logistics management for pre-cooling stations and logistics center for fresh agricultural products. Our main contribution is to consider construction cost and operation cost of cold chain logistics simultaneously. Case study illustrates the effectiveness of the model. 展开更多

Cold-chain logistics system(CCLS)plays the role of collecting and managing the logistics data of frozen food.However,there always exist problems of information loss,data tampering,and privacy leakage in traditional centralized systems,which influence frozen food security and people’s health.The centralized management form impedes the development of the cold-chain logistics industry and weakens logistics data availability.This paper first introduces a distributed CCLS based on blockchain technology to solve the centralized management problem.This system aggregates the production base,storage,transport,detection,processing,and consumer to form a cold-chain logistics union.The blockchain ledger guarantees that the logistics data cannot be tampered with and establishes a traceability mechanism for food safety incidents.Meanwhile,to improve the value of logistics data,a Stackelberg game-based resource allocation model has been proposed between the logistics data resource provider and the consumer.The competition between resource price and volume balances the resource supplement and consumption.This model can help to achieve an optimal resource price when the Stackelberg game obtains Nash equilibrium.The two participants also can maximize their revenues with the optimal resource price and volume by utilizing the backward induction method.Then,the performance evaluations of transaction throughput and latency show that the proposed distributed CCLS is more secure and stable.The simulations about the variation trend of data price and amount,optimal benefits,and total benefits comparison of different forms show that the resource allocation model is more efficient and practical.Moreover,the blockchain-based CCLS and Stackelberg game-based resource allocation model also can promote the value of logistic data and improve social benefits. 展开更多

This paper studies the location of Wuhan steel logistics distribution center. First of all, according to Wuhan Iron and Steel Plant sales in Hunan Province and the relative position of the city, the transport costs are calculated from Wuhan Iron and Steel Plant to the demand point. We further analyze the necessity of establishing steel logistics distribution center, using the precise center of gravity to determine the actual location of the distribution center. After the establishment of distribution center, the total freight is reduced by 15.46 million yuan from Wuhan Iron and Steel Plant to each city in Hunan province via distribution center each year. The results of this paper can provide theoretical basis for the logistics node planning of related enterprises. 展开更多

Data security and user privacy are two main security concerns in the cold-chain logistics system(CCLS).Many security issues exist in traditional CCLS,destroying data security and user privacy.The digital signature can provide data verification and identity authentication based on the mathematical difficulty problem for logistics data sharing in CCLS.This paper first established a blockchain-enabled cold-chain logistics system(BCCLS)based on union blockchain technology,which can provide secure data sharing among different logistics nodes and guarantee logistics data security with the untampered blockchain ledger.Meanwhile,a lattice-based undeniable signature scheme is designed to strengthen the security of logistics data and user privacy against quantum attacks.This scheme is based on the lattice assumption,which can provide anti-quantum security for BCCLS in the future quantum computer age.It also establishes the undeniable mechanism that guarantees that the actual signer cannot deny a valid signature.Then,security proof shows that this undeniable signature scheme is correct and safe,and an efficiency comparison shows that it is more efficient than other schemes in similar literature.The performance evaluations of transaction throughput and latency show that the proposed BCCLS is efficient and practical.This work can improve the security and efficiency of logistics data management and promote the reform and development of the logistics industry. 展开更多

We employ uncertain programming to investigate the competitive logistics distribution center location problem in uncertain environment, in which the demands of customers and the setup costs of new distribution centers are uncertain variables. This research was studied with the assumption that customers patronize the nearest distribution center to satisfy their full demands. Within the framework of uncertainty theory, we construct the expected value model to maximize the expected profit of the new distribution center. In order to seek for the optimal solution, this model can be transformed into its deterministic form by taking advantage of the operational law of uncertain variables. Then we can use mathematical software to obtain the optimal location. In addition, a numerical example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the presented model. 展开更多

In the overall cost of China’s logistics is on the high side, under the condition of low profi t, many enterprises to enter and don’t have much interest in the field of cold chain logistics. So-called cold chain logistics is frozen food in the production, storage, transportation, sales, remain the regulations to the consumption of each link in the cold chain environment, to ensure the food quality, reduce loss of food and system engineering. 采用Logistic回归模型进行岩溶空间发育规律评价,为深圳大运中心场地岩溶地面塌陷预测提供依据。结合岩溶发育影响因素和场地现有资料,选取地层岩性、地下水埋深、地质构造3个因素作为影响场地岩溶发育的地质因素。根据钻孔揭示的土溶... 采用Logistic回归模型进行岩溶空间发育规律评价,为深圳大运中心场地岩溶地面塌陷预测提供依据。结合岩溶发育影响因素和场地现有资料,选取地层岩性、地下水埋深、地质构造3个因素作为影响场地岩溶发育的地质因素。根据钻孔揭示的土溶洞埋藏深度频率层次聚类分析结果,将场地岩溶发育划分为<10、10~22、22~30、30~36、≥36m共5个埋深组。将场地在平面上按10m×10m大小划分为6843个评价单元。在GIS技术的支持下,以钻孔揭示的岩溶发育情况为样本空间,分别建立场地5个埋深组的3因素Logistic回归模型。通过5个埋深组的钻孔Logistic回归模型,分别计算各个埋深组情况下场地各评价单元的Logistic回归值PL。以不同埋深组土溶洞发生频率为权重,将同一位置、5个埋深组的单元PL值进行加权累加,得到场地各单元岩溶发育综合评价P值。将P值进行层次聚类分析,把场地划分为岩溶发育区、岩溶发育-不发育过渡区、岩溶不发育区。结果表明模型具有一定的可信度,可为岩溶地面塌陷评价提供依据。 展开更多

This paper does a research on the major large-scale agricultural cold-chain logistics companies in Chongqing,and finds that cold-chain logistics in Chongqing has some problems such as incomplete industrial chain,relatively backward infrastructure,lack of talents,and high logistics costs. Creating the right conditions for the economic and commercial development of urban transport is extremely important. The purpose of this paper is to explore the concept of city logistics while presenting the situation in Greece, a country lagging in the implementation of good practices, and some suggestions for improving the existing reality of urban transport. In order to achieve the objectives of the present work, a review of the relevant literature and primary research, was conducted through personal interviews for the implementation of urban freight transport. The results, according to the literature, have shown that designing the right way and organizing an appropriate route for the product increases the quantities produced that are shipped for sale, either directly from the producers, through traders, suppliers, or logistics companies, which simply carry the products. Wrong design, on the other hand, leads to a complex system with significant losses, both in cost and quality. Also, according to primary research, businesses now active in the Thriasio area report the importance and positive impact they have had on the wider local community, as well as that urban shopping centers play a very important role, organizing and coordinating freight transport in the city centers. Moreover, the establishment of businesses in the center of Thriasio gives a positive impact on their establishment as their business has evolved and increased. 展开更多
