I t has a lot of functions, such as market management, production planning, finan ce administration, quality control, personnel matters administration, electronic data exchange, business flow optimization and policy decision sustenance. With economy globalization, market internationalization, various and individual requ irement, modern enterprises become more and more to need ERP systems. Different trade patterns, scales,modes of operation and characteristics of products, the c onstruction of the ERP system is different. This article analyzes and discussess the characteristics of production and operation, internal administration models and market requirements about the enterprises that produce communication applia nces. Each piece of production made in the enterprises have small value and vari ed specifications. The enterprises design and produce things according to the or ders from customers. And the quantity of production in a batch is big. And the c ycle that customers remand delivering the goods is short. Assigning material and producing according to orders is this kind of enterprise’s principal organizati on pattern. The enterprises buy material according to orders, and negotiate a pr ice in many ways. In connection with this kind of enterprises which produce non -standardized parts, we put forward the construction of ERP system and take som e particular measures. First, putting the ERP system into effect can make enterp rise’s goods flow, fund flow, information flow unblocked in time and accurately, respond the change about market quickly and promote the selling of production. Second, it can make enterprise control some links efficiently, such as producin g, selling, operation plan and so on, and can arrange manufacturing reasonably. Third, it can make enterprise achieve official business automation, improve ente rprise’s administration and official business’ efficiency, supply multiple infor mation service for enterprise’s leads and raise enterprise’s comprehensive image such as trademark, quality, service and so on. Many studies are conducted to propose software quality models with their quality characteristics. However, there is currently no dedicated software quality model that can describe and involve new features of ERP systems. Thus, this study has proposed an ERP system quality model (ERPSQM). Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP has been employed to evaluate the quality of ERPSQM. The most accurate information is provided to companies to make the best decisions through advanced analytics that examine the past and the future and capture information about the present. Integrating machine learning (ML) into financial ERP systems offers several benefits, including increased accuracy, efficiency, and cost savings. Also, ERP systems are crucial in overseeing different aspects of Human Capital Management (HCM) in organizations. The performance of the staff draws the interest of the management. In particular, to guarantee that the proper employees are assigned to the convenient task at the suitable moment, train and qualify them, and build evaluation systems to follow up their performance and an attempt to maintain the potential talents of workers. Also, predicting employee salaries correctly is necessary for the efficient distribution of resources, retaining talent, and ensuring the success of the organization as a whole. Conventional ERP system salary forecasting methods typically use static reports that only show the system’s current state, without analyzing employee data or providing recommendations. We designed and enforced a prototype to define to apply ML algorithms on Oracle EBS data to enhance employee evaluation using real-time data directly from the ERP system. Based on measurements of accuracy, the Random Forest algorithm enhanced the performance of this system. This model offers an accuracy of 90% on the balanced dataset.展开更多

PPDB issues-four aspects of current management issues of foundry enterprises are discussed in this paper,including Production Management,Process Control,Duration Monitoring and Business Intelligence Data Analysis.Also...PPDB issues-four aspects of current management issues of foundry enterprises are discussed in this paper,including Production Management,Process Control,Duration Monitoring and Business Intelligence Data Analysis.Also a whole Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) solution for foundry enterprises is proposed.The solution contains many models,four of which are used to solve the PPDB issues.These are called SPDB models,which separately are the Single-piece management model(based on casting lifecycle),Process management model(based on task-driven technology),Duration monitoring model(based on surplus period),and Business intelligence data analysis model(based on data mining).An ERP system for foundry enterprises,named HZERP,was researched and developed,and applied to a sand casting company of single piece and small batch production.Qualitatively and quantitatively comparing the application effect before and after implementing the HZERP system,the result demonstrated that the foundry ERP system based on the SPDB models can help metal casting enterprises achieve the single-piece management,better regulate the production processes,improve production and delivery management,shorten the production cycle,reduce costs,and speed up the capital turnover to a large extent.展开更多
The Best Value Approach(BVA)is a new project delivery method that has been developed at Arizona State University.It has been documented to increase performance and value on projects by the identification and utilizati...The Best Value Approach(BVA)is a new project delivery method that has been developed at Arizona State University.It has been documented to increase performance and value on projects by the identification and utilization of expertise instead of management,direction,and control(MDC).It utilizes perfomance information that is simple,observable,and countable.It allows the expert vendor to know what the client proj-ect requires,why they can achieve success and what they will do before they do it.The tracking of the project cost and time deviation requires an initial plan and method to tack it.Preliminary results of the BVA have shown a 90%decrease in effort by client organizations,98%customed satisfaction and has led to 1%vendor cost and time deviation rate.It ap-plies to construction,services/TT projects,and any long-term service.In 2014,a large private organization having dificulty delivering information technology(T)and construction/facility services identified the BVA as a potential solution.This paper will summarize a major IT Enterprise Resource Planming case study that the large private organization used the BVA on and identify the full results.展开更多
