[Objective] The research aimed to analyze variation characteristics of the precipitation in Zigong City in recent 50 years.[Method] Based on daily precipitation data at three observation stations in Zigong City from 1...[Objective] The research aimed to analyze variation characteristics of the precipitation in Zigong City in recent 50 years.[Method] Based on daily precipitation data at three observation stations in Zigong City from 1961 to 2010,linear tendency method and accumulative anomaly method were adopted to analyze climatic change characteristics of the annual,seasonal,monthly rainfalls and rain days in Zigong City in recent 50 years.[Result]The annual rainfall overall presented a decreasing trend at the variation tendency rate of-28.0 mm /10 a in Zigong City.The annual rain days obviously declined at the variation tendency rate of-5.6 d /10 a.The decline of rain days was more obvious than that of the rainfall.Decline of the light rain days was especially serious.Not only trends of summer,autumn and winter rainfalls were all negative,but also trends of the four-season rain days were all negative.Reductions of autumn rainfall and rain days were the most remarkable and the largest in magnitude.Monthly rainfall presented single-peak type distribution,and monthly rain days presented double-peak type distribution.Days of each-level precipitation within one year in each area of Zigong City were nearly consistent.Moreover,rain days decreased as magnitude increased.An obvious characteristic of the precipitation variation in Zigong City in recent 50 years was synchronal decrease of the annual rainfall and rain days.[Conclusion]In general,the natural rainfall resource in Zigong City was tending to reduce,and autumn drought was obvious.展开更多

In order to reveal the relationship between water injection in mine wells in the Zigong area and seismicity, we divide the historical earthquakes of ML ≥ 1.2 into 3 phases according to seismicity behavior, and the ET...In order to reveal the relationship between water injection in mine wells in the Zigong area and seismicity, we divide the historical earthquakes of ML ≥ 1.2 into 3 phases according to seismicity behavior, and the ETAS model parameters are then inversed by the POWELL method. The results show that phase 1 and 2, in which there is no water injection, have moderate-to-low ratio of background earthquakes (40 % - 50 % ), and aftershocks are relatively less for a single earthquake sequence. In phase 3, where there is water injection, the aftershocks triggered by foreshocks dominate ( 93. 1% ), and background earthquakes amount only to 6. 9 %, less than those of phase 1 and 2. The results conflict with the existing cognition. To resolve this problem, we propose that the occurrence ratio of background earthquakes in unit time, that is, the p value in ETAS model is used as an indicator of water injection triggered earthquakes. Compared to the first two phases, phase 3 has the largest u value, which illustrates that the water injection has an obvious triggering effect on earthquakes of this region.展开更多

Methods: A total of 112 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomized into an obser...Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of ginger-partitioned moxibustion at Zigong(EX-CA 1) for primary dysmenorrhea. Methods: A total of 112 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomized into an observation group and a control group according to their visiting sequence, 56 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group received ginger-partitioned moxibustion at Zigong(EX-CA 1), while patients in the control group received oral intake of analgesic. For both groups, treatment started 1 week before menstruation and lasted for 3 menstrual cycles, continued by a 3-month follow-up visit, then the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results: By the end of treatment, symptom score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, showing a statistical significance(P〈0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the value of prostaglandin F2 a(PGF2α), systolic-to-diastolic peak velocity ratio(S/D), resistance index(RI) and pulsatility index(PI) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, showing statistical significances(all P〈0.01).The recovery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, showing a statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Ginger-partitioned moxibustion at Zigong(EX-CA 1) for primary dysmenorrhea is a combination of the merits of warming function of moxibustion, dissipating function of ginger and stimulation of acupoint, and is better than oral intake of analgesic.展开更多
