International advanced engineering equipment is broadly used. The state of equipment running directly influences project building qualities and limited time. According to the factual conditions of the Three Gorges Project, the characteristics of engineering equipment are analyzed. At the same time, some theories about equipment management are induced, and the TDCPR management mode of engineering equipment of the Three Gorges Project is put forward in order to gain the aim of managing and using equipment well and speeding up the project construction.展开更多

The basic structure and feature of a facile diagnosis system -were discussed, and the isomorphic of a facile diagnosis system and precise diagnosis system -was presented. The excavator WY60 is ta...Because of poor lubrication, the abrasion of the engineering equipment's key connection position (the hinge joint and so on) has become the major factor that affects the mechanical benefit. The excavator WY60 is taken as an example in this paper. The automatic grease-pouring, the working state test, and the alarm for fault of every lubricating point on the machine is accomplished by the control sub-system, the lubricating system and other correlated components. The principle and functions of the system are described. The work condition is analyzed. Finally, we present the plan of the software and the hardware of the system, and set up the fuzzy assessment model of reliability of the system.展开更多

A new precise actuator is proposed,which is ac-tuated by the impact force of an end-loaded piezoelectric bimorph cantilever,and bears two degrees of freedom for translation and rotation.The dynamic characteristics of ...A new precise actuator is proposed,which is ac-tuated by the impact force of an end-loaded piezoelectric bimorph cantilever,and bears two degrees of freedom for translation and rotation.The dynamic characteristics of the piezoelectric bimorph were analyzed by FEM,and are fur-ther proved by experimental tests.A new control system for the actuator was put forward and tested,which is called the fixed-frequency with adjustable voltage.In addition,the actuator’s performance of translation and rotation were both measured.The results demonstrate that the actuator is char-acterized by a simple structure,large movement range,strong driving ability and high positioning resolution.Its cost is estimated at only 1%of the traditional impact actuators.展开更多
