During China's rapid urbanization process, the survival condition of low-income college graduates who live in urban villages has become a serious issue that attracts the attention of policy-makers and sociologists. Based on existing literatures, relevant information, and independent field investigations, this paper focuses on Tangjialing, an urban village where low-income college graduates gather, investigating on their current situations of sociological features and settlements, as well as the reasons for the formation of urban villages.

Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Employment Quality of College Graduates:A Case Study of China

The employment quality of college graduates in China is a topic of widespread concern.This paper uses authoritative data sources,including the China Labor Statistics Yearbook,China Statistical Yearbook,and data from provincial statistical bureaus,to examine the employment quality of college graduates in different regions of China.Specifically,the paper explores three aspects:salary level,job intensity,and job stability.The research results indicate that undergraduate graduates experience lower job intensity than college counterparts.However,while North,East,and South China show high salary levels and job stability,issues such as high work intensity,high cost of living,and small living space exist.Therefore,this paper offers policy development recommendations to promote job market reform and improve employment quality.These recommendations aim to address the challenges faced by college graduates in various regions of China and to promote the stability of the country’s social and economic development.By examining the employment quality of college graduates in different regions of China,this paper provides valuable insights for scholars,policymakers,and practitioners.

Research on the Employed Ideological Education of Graduates of College of Agriculture and Forestry

An Analysis of College-graduate Village Official Policy in China

The article analyzes the target group,the objective and the main content of college-graduate village official policy. The stipulation about recruitment,obligation,training and living support concerning these village officials is analyzed in this article as well. It is obvious that the current policy targets and policy content have many advantages,but the policy makers should also find out its shortcomings at the same time. In order to cope with these shortcomings,the policy makers should readjust the policy target and construct the feedback-control mechanism of the policy.

高校毕业生就业政策如何促进就业——基于政策工具的组态分析

促进高校毕业生就业的政策工具类型及组合运用是就业政策领域的重要议题。基于政策工具分析框架,以我国24个省级地方政府的高校毕业生就业政策为案例,运用清晰集定性比较分析方法(csQCA),揭示政策工具单要素与多条件组合对毕业生就业的影响路径。研究发现,促进高校毕业生就业需要多项政策工具进行因地制宜的有机组合;政策工具对提高毕业生去向落实率有5种驱动路径,即资源供给型、需求拓展型、供给-需求互补型、需求-环境适配型和供需-环境共振型,其中又包括6种具体组态;信息供给作为核心条件的工具组合具有重要作用且普适性较强,可视为促进毕业生就业的“万金油”工具;培训指导、政策性岗位和市场化岗位的频繁运用表明促进毕业生就业的本质在于提升其就业能力和拓展其就业渠道。因此,未来应完善政策工具体系并加强政策工具之间的协同整合,健全就业推拉机制,营造良好就业环境,以促进高校毕业生实现高质量充分就业。

基于针灸推拿专升本专业教学特点探讨PBL联合SP教学法在针灸临床学的应用

随着我国中医学的迅速发展,对高等医学的教育要求越来越高,各大高校也逐步认识到教学方法改革创新的必要性,我国的医学教育已经逐步将重点放到对学生职业素质和职业能力的培养之上。针灸推拿专升本专业学生学情分析有别于其他全日制本科生,生源的特殊性决定了其教学过程应有别于其他专业学生。针对针灸推拿专升本专业学生开设针灸临床学这门综合性和临床实践性较强的专业课程,用问题式学习(PBL)教学法提出问题,培养学生自主学习能力,并结合相关的学情分析,提高学生的学习主观能动性、培养学生的临床综合应用能力,以期培养真正的实用型人才;同时联合标准化病人(SP)教学法模拟问题,培养学生实际临证思辨能力,进而加强学生理论与临床的衔接能力,增强学生的针灸综合临证思辨能力及医患沟通能力等。

高校毕业生农村就业的现实困境及应对策略研究

面对近年来严峻的就业形势,高校毕业生到农村就业成为推动高校拓展多元化就业渠道的重要途径。尽管国家对高校毕业生到农村就业出台了一系列鼓励政策和支持措施,但实施效果并不理想,出现“引不进”“用不好”“留不住”的问题,其主要原因是由于高校毕业生职业的价值偏差、到农村就业信心不强、国家政策激励和高校教育引导存在偏差等因素影响。文章分析了高校毕业生到农村就业的重要意义及其不愿到农村就业的原因,并对引导毕业生到农村就业分别从政策支持体系、高校教育、社会氛围及自我教育等方面提出了建议。

政策工具视角下新疆高校毕业生就业政策量化分析

[目的]:对新疆高校毕业生就业政策进行文本量化分析,探讨其政策工具的使用趋势,为优化新疆高校毕业生就业政策提供建议。[方法]:采用R·Z政策工具分类法,结合毕业生就业渠道,借助Nvivo12质性分析软件,对新疆2012年至2022年发布的高校毕业生就业政策文件进行分类编码和统计分析。[结果]:收集了32份政策文件,编码653条。新疆高校毕业生就业政策在政策工具的使用和就业渠道都存在结构性失衡问题。在政策工具方面,主要表现为供给型政策过溢、环境型政策工具不足、需求型政策工具缺失。从就业渠道来看,主要以创业和灵活就业为主。[结论]:完善供给型政策工具、调整环境型政策工具、增加需求型政策工具,与此同时,需要提高政策工具与就业渠道的匹配性。

民族地区地方性医学院校研究生导师指导研究生开展科研工作调查分析——以右江民族医学院为例

目的:分析民族地区地方性医学院研究生导师指导研究生的科研工作情况,为研究生导师队伍管理提供参考依据。方法:参考相关文献和学校研究生培养相关管理规章制度制定调查问卷,对76名硕士研究生导师进行问卷调查。结果:在指导研究生开展科研工作中,98.68%的导师选择与研究生面谈的交流方式;89.47%的导师选择让学生参与自己的课题研究;81.58%的导师每年投入的累计时间大于3个月;77.63%的导师每学期与研究生见面次数在6次及以上;89.48%的导师跟研究生见面时交流时间大于0.5小时;38.16%的导师对研究生投入的科研经费2.0万元以上。97.37%的导师认为研究生参与科研工作积极性高;90.79%的导师认为研究生有学术责任感;76.32%的导师认为研究生思考问题不全面,69.74%的导师认为研究生的基础知识不牢固。结论:该校应加强管理,确保导师在研究生科研素质培养中的时间、经费等的投入,同时导师应要求学生重视科研思维的培养和基础知识的学习。

地方工科院校研究生培养模式改革研究与实践

随着科技的高速发展与近年来研究生规模的扩大,现有的研究生培养模式已不能满足我国对高质量创新型人才的需要。以研究生培养模式改革为契机,对目前国内研究生教育现状进行分析,从研究生的课堂设计、研究生创新能力的激发、研究生国际交流能力的培养等三个方面对研究生培养模式提出了新的改革方法与措施,并在相关试点院校实施应用,结合实施效果进行总结,以提高地方高校研究生的培养质量,推动地方工科院校研究生教育发展。

就业能力对高校毕业生慢就业选择的影响

近年来,越来越多的高校毕业生打破以往“毕业即就业”惯例,选择加入慢就业这一新群体之中。梳理相关文献发现,社会各界对高校毕业生的慢就业选择褒贬不一,这与慢就业中包含了主动、被动两类群体密切相关。以就业能力这一兼具主客观要素的复合因素为切入点,采用logit等实证方法来分析慢就业选择背后的深层次成因及其微观作用机制。研究发现,就业能力是影响高校毕业生慢就业选择的关键因素,就业能力越高,选择主动慢就业的概率越大,反之亦然;在作用机制上,就业能力在家庭背景、专业认同与慢就业选择倾向中发挥了部分中介作用,且家庭背景、专业认同在塑造就业能力过程中可能扮演了相得益彰的“互补效应”;在进一步讨论中,发现就业能力亦是区分已就业与被动慢就业两类群体的重要标尺,与已就业群体相比,选择被动慢就业的毕业生就业能力明显缺乏,特别是数智时代所需的职业适应力、创新力与学习力等必备技能。研究分别从毕业生个人、高校以及家庭等视角提出相应的对策建议。

高校残障毕业生就业结果的影响因素研究

人力资本理论认为受教育程度越高越利于就业,而专用性人力资本的存在会使不同专业的学生就业结果不同,但这些假设没有在残障大学毕业生中得到过充分检验。本文基于中国残联就业服务指导中心2017—2022年的全样本统计数据,利用Logit模型分析学历和专业是否会对我国残障大学生的就业概率和就业质量产生影响。结果表明,在残障毕业生中高等专科毕业生和研究生都比本科生就业概率更高,这与普通高校毕业生的情况有所不同;从就业质量来看,残障毕业生教育层次越高越容易实现高质量就业。在专业方面,理工农医专业的残障毕业生就业概率和就业质量高于人文社科专业毕业生。此外,残障的严重程度是影响残障毕业生就业概率和就业质量的重要因素,而心智障碍毕业生比其他残障类型更难实现就业。这些研究发现为残障学生在教育决策和专业选择上提供参考,也为高校在残障大学生的人才培养、就业指导等方面提供启示。
