Crystallineγ-Ga_(2)O_(3)@rGO core-shell nanostructures are synthesized in gram scale,which are accomplished by a facile sonochemical strategy under ambient condition.They are composed of uniformγ-Ga_(2)O_(3)nanospheres encapsulated by reduced graphene oxide(rGO)nanolayers,and their formation is mainly attributed to the existed opposite zeta potential between the Ga_(2)O_(3)and rGO.The as-constructed lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)based on as-fabricatedγ-Ga_(2)O_(3)@rGO nanostructures deliver an initial discharge capacity of 1000 mAh g^(-1)at 100 mA g^(-1)and reversible capacity of 600 mAh g^(-1)under 500 mA g^(-1)after 1000 cycles,respectively,which are remarkably higher than those of pristineγ-Ga_(2)O_(3)with a much reduced lifetime of 100 cycles and much lower capacity.Ex situ XRD and XPS analyses demonstrate that the reversible LIBs storage is dominant by a conversion reaction and alloying mechanism,where the discharged product of liquid metal Ga exhibits self-healing ability,thus preventing the destroy of electrodes.Additionally,the rGO shell could act robustly as conductive network of the electrode for significantly improved conductivity,endowing the efficient Li storage behaviors.This work might provide some insight on mass production of advanced electrode materials under mild condition for energy storage and conversion applications. 展开更多

Some studies have confirmed the neuroprotective effect of remote ischemic conditioning against stroke. Although numerous animal researches have shown that the neuroprotective effect of remote ischemic conditioning may be related to neuroinflammation, cellular immunity, apoptosis, and autophagy, the exact underlying molecular mechanisms are unclear. This review summarizes the current status of different types of remote ischemic conditioning methods in animal and clinical studies and analyzes their commonalities and differences in neuroprotective mechanisms and signaling pathways. Remote ischemic conditioning has emerged as a potential therapeutic approach for improving stroke-induced brain injury owing to its simplicity, non-invasiveness, safety, and patient tolerability. Different forms of remote ischemic conditioning exhibit distinct intervention patterns, timing, and application range. Mechanistically, remote ischemic conditioning can exert neuroprotective effects by activating the Notch1/phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/Akt signaling pathway, improving cerebral perfusion, suppressing neuroinflammation, inhibiting cell apoptosis, activating autophagy, and promoting neural regeneration. While remote ischemic conditioning has shown potential in improving stroke outcomes, its full clinical translation has not yet been achieved. 展开更多

Neuromorphic hardware equipped with associative learn-ing capabilities presents fascinating applications in the next generation of artificial intelligence.However,research into synaptic devices exhibiting complex associative learning behaviors is still nascent.Here,an optoelec-tronic memristor based on Ag/TiO_(2) Nanowires:ZnO Quantum dots/FTO was proposed and constructed to emulate the biological associative learning behaviors.Effective implementation of synaptic behaviors,including long and short-term plasticity,and learning-forgetting-relearning behaviors,were achieved in the device through the application of light and electrical stimuli.Leveraging the optoelectronic co-modulated characteristics,a simulation of neuromorphic computing was conducted,resulting in a handwriting digit recognition accuracy of 88.9%.Furthermore,a 3×7 memristor array was constructed,confirming its application in artificial visual memory.Most importantly,complex biological associative learning behaviors were emulated by mapping the light and electrical stimuli into conditioned and unconditioned stimuli,respectively.After training through associative pairs,reflexes could be triggered solely using light stimuli.Comprehen-sively,under specific optoelectronic signal applications,the four features of classical conditioning,namely acquisition,extinction,recovery,and generalization,were elegantly emulated.This work provides an optoelectronic memristor with associative behavior capabilities,offering a pathway for advancing brain-machine interfaces,autonomous robots,and machine self-learning in the future. 展开更多

Single-phase 25 kV traction networks of electrified alternating current(AC)railways create electromagnetic fields(EMFs)with significant levels of intensity.The most intense magnetic fields occur when short circuits exist between the contact wire and rails or ground.Despite the short duration of exposure,they can adversely affect electronic devices and induce significant voltages in adjacent power lines,which is dangerous for operating personnel.Although numerous investigations have focused on modeling the EMF of traction networks and power lines,the challenge of determining the three-dimensional electromagnetic fields near metal supports during the flow of a short-circuit current through them is yet to be resolved.In this case,the field has a complex spatial structure that significantly complicates the calculations of intensities.This study proposes a methodology,algorithms,software,and digital models for determining the EMF in the described emergency scenarios.During the modeling process,the objects being studied were represented by segments of thin wires to analyze the distribution of the electric charge and calculate the intensities of the electric and magnetic fields.This approach was implemented in the Fazonord software,and the modeling results show a substantial increase in EMF levels close to the support,with a noticeable decrease in the levels as the distance from it increases.The procedure implemented in the commercial software Fazonord is universal and can be used to determine electromagnetic fields at any electrical power facility that includes live parts of limited length.Based on the proposed procedure,the EMF near the supports of overhead power lines and traction networks of various designs could be determined,the EMF levels at substations can be calculated,and the influence of metal structures located near traction networks,such as pedestrian crossings at railway stations,can be considered. 展开更多

The deep-processing utility of pure hydrogen sulfide (H_(2)S) is a significant direction in natural gas chemical industry.Herein,a brand-new strategy of H_(2)S conversion by a,β-unsaturated carboxylate esters into thiols or thioethers using task-specific carboxylate ionic liquids (ILs) as catalyst has been developed,firstly accomplishing the phase separation of product and catalyst without introducing the third component.It can be considered as a cascade reaction in which the product selectivity can be controlled by adjusting the molar ratio of H_(2)S to a,β-unsaturated carboxylate esters.Also,the effects of ILs with different anions and cations,intermittent feeding operations,as well as pressure-time kinetic behaviors on cascade reaction were investigated.Furthermore,the proposed interaction mechanism of H_(2)S conversion using butyl acrylate catalyzed by[Emim][Ac]was revealed by DFT-based theoretical calculation.The approach enables the self-phase separation promotion of catalyst and product and achieves 99%quantitative conversion under mild conditions in the absence of solvent,making the entire process ecologically benign.High-efficiency reaction activity can still be maintained after ten cycles of the catalyst.Therefore,the good results,combined with its simplicity of operation and the high recyclability of the catalyst,make this green method environmentally friendly and cost-effective.It is anticipated that this self-separation method mediated by task-specific ILs will provide a feasible strategy for H_(2)S utilization,which will guide its application on an industrial scale. 展开更多

We measured the IR back radiation using a relatively low-cost experimental setup and a test chamber with increasing CO2 concentrations starting with a pure N2 atmosphere against a temperature-controlled black reference background. The results confirm estimations within this work and previous finding about CO2-induced infrared radiation saturation within realistic atmospheric conditions. We used this setup also to study thermal forcing effects with stronger and rare greenhouse gases against a clear night sky. Our results and their interpretation are another indication for having a more critical approach in climate modelling and against monocausal interpretation of climate indices only caused by anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions. Basic physics combined with measurements and data taken from the literature allow us to conclude that CO2 induced infrared back-radiation must follow an asymptotic logarithmic-like behavior, which is also widely accepted in the climate-change community. The important question of climate sensitivity by doubling current CO2 concentrations is estimated to be below 1˚C. This value is important when the United Nations consider climate change as an existential threat and many governments intend rigorously to reduce net greenhouse gas emissions, led by an ambitious European Union inspired by IPCC assessments is targeting for more than 55% in 2030 and up to 100% in 2050 [1]. But probably they should also listen to experts [2] [3] who found that all these predictions have considerable flaws in basic models, data and impact scenarios. 展开更多

[Result] The optimal culture and inoculation time was 18 h, and the optimized medium formula was as follows: soybean powder 0.60 g/L, sucrose 0.25 g/L, ammonium sulfate 0.07 g/L, trisodium citrate 0.03 g/L, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate 0.003 g/L, magnesium sulfate 0.005 g/L, ferrous sulfate 0.000 5%; the fermentation condition was as follows: tem- perature 30 ℃, shaking bed speed 180 r/min, shaking bottle volume 80 ml/500 ml. In the optimal fermentation conditions, the fermented spore quantity was 1.43×10^11 cfu/ml, which was 34.48 times higher than the spore quantity of 4.03×10^9 cfu/ml in initial condition. On the basis of the investigation of freeze dam- age to citrus occurring in Southern Shaanxi in the winter of 2010, the climatic back- ground for the formation of this freeze damage was analyzed. In combination with the freeze damage indicators during the overwintering period and the harmful accu- mulated cold during the cold wave, indexes for grading the freeze damage in southern Shaanxi were analyzed and verified, and the perspective of grading the freeze damage using the harmful accumulated cold during the cold wave was also presented. Through analyzing the extremely lowest temperature and the harmful ac- cumulated cold in the winter of 2010 and in history at 12 citrus growing counties (districts) in Ankang area and Hanzhong area, the reasons why the freeze damage to citrus during the overwintering period was severer in the west than in the east of Southern Shaanxi were discussed, and the results obtained were basically consistent with the actual situation observed from investigation. Finally, defensive countermea- sures against the freeze damage to citrus during the overwintering period were put forward from several aspects. 展开更多

TiO2/γ-Al2O3 supported In/Ag catalysts were prepared by impregnation method,and investigated for NO reduction with CO as the reducing agent under lean burn conditions.The microscopic structure and surface properties of the catalysts were studied by N2 adsorption-desorption,X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy,H2 temperature-programmed reduction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.TiO2/γ-Al2O3 supported In/Ag is a good catalyst for the reduction of NO to N2.It displayed high dispersion,large amounts of surface active components and high NO adsorption capacity,which gave good catalytic performance and stability for the reduction of NO with CO under lean burn conditions.The silver species stabilized and improved the dispersion of the indium species.The introduction of TiO2 into the γ-Al2O3 support promoted NO adsorption and improved the dispersion of the indium species and silver species. 展开更多

A compact four-component two-dimensional (2-D) finite-difference frequency domain (FDFD) method with the equivalent surface impedance boundary condition is used to analyze the dispersion characteristics of multilayer metal-coated waveguides. According to the equivalent surface impedance boundary condition,the relationship between transverse field components on the boundary can be easily depicted. Once the eigen equation is solved,the propagation constant can be obtained as the eigen value for a given frequency. Results of the proposed method agaree well with those of high frequency structure simulator(HFSS). 展开更多

[Objective] The paper was to identify stain ZY-19-2 with inhibitory effect against tobacco black shank (Phytophtora parasitica var.nicotianae Tucker), and study the fermentation condition of the strain. [Method]A strain ZY-19-2 with strong inhibitory effect against P. parasitica were isolated and screened from tobacco rhizosphere soil samples, and identified according to its morphological characteristics. The chitinase production activity of the strain under different culture conditions was also studied. [Result] For stain ZY-19-2 Paecilomyces lilacinus, the optimal fermentation conditions were as follows: 1.2% colloidal chitin as carbon source, 1% peptone as nitrogen source, 0.1% Tween 80 as surfactant, initial pH of fermentation broth at 6.0, the fermentation time of 60 h, inoculum amount at 1%, shaker speed at 120 r/min. The highest enzyme activity reached 0.216 U/ml. [Conclusion]The optimization of fermentation condition of strain ZY-19-2 lay foundation for large-scale production of cheap and efficient chitinase and chitin oligosaccharides, as well as application of the strain for control of tobacco black shank. 展开更多

芝麻是八大类食物过敏原之一,快速准确识别芝麻过敏原对预防其过敏有重要意义。核酸适配体可以高效识别靶标过敏原,在过敏原检测中有良好的应用前景。为了获得芝麻主要过敏原Ses i 2的特异性核酸适体,本研究以Ses i 2为靶标,通过磁珠筛... 芝麻是八大类食物过敏原之一,快速准确识别芝麻过敏原对预防其过敏有重要意义。核酸适配体可以高效识别靶标过敏原,在过敏原检测中有良好的应用前景。为了获得芝麻主要过敏原Ses i 2的特异性核酸适体,本研究以Ses i 2为靶标,通过磁珠筛选法(磁珠-SELEX)开展10轮筛选,经由高通量测序获得6条候补序列(S1~S6),并进行家族性、同源性分析及二级结构预测。结果表明,6条候选核酸适体的重复率可达46.38%,其自由能在-9.02到-2.47 kcal·moL^(-1)之间,根据自由能能量稳定原则,S1和S5吉布斯自由能最低最稳定,分别为-6.70和-9.02 kcal·moL^(-1)。利用ELISA试验进行亲和力测试,结果表明核酸适体S1和S2的亲和能力较强,S1:KD=67.02 nmol·L^(-1),R2=0.925 8,S2:KD=97.65 nmol·L^(-1),R2=0.795 1。核酸适体S1与过敏原Ses i 2的结合力和其他过敏原蛋白相比有显著差异,可视为具有特异性。本研究最终获得一条兼具良好亲和力和特异性的核酸适体S1,为芝麻过敏原快速检测提供了技术支撑。 展开更多

TiO2-coated activated carbon surface (TAs) composites were prepared by a sol-gel method with supercritical pretreatment. The photocatalytic degradation of acid yellow (AY) was investigated under UV radiation to estimate activity of catalysts and determine the kinetics. And the effects of parameters including the initial concentration of AY, light intensity and TiO2 content in catalysts were examined. The results indicate that TAs has a higher efficiency in decomposition of AY than P25, pure TiO2 particles as well as the mixture of TiO2 powder and active carbon. The photocatalytic degradation rate is found to follow the pseudo-first order kinetics with respect to the AY concentration. The new kinetic model fairly resembles the classic Langmuir-Hinshelwood equation, and the rate constant is proportional to the square root of the light intensity in a wide range. However, its absorption performance depends on the surface areas of catalysts. The model fits quite well with the experimental data and elucidates phenomena about the effects of the TiO2 content in TAs on the degradation rate. 展开更多

背景急性心肌梗死(AMI)是威胁全球公众健康的主要原因之一。虽然已有相应的再灌注治疗策略,但AMI相关的主要不良心脑血管事件(MACCEs)仍然是全世界人口死亡的原因之一。尤其合并糖尿病的AMI患者,因冠状动脉病变复杂,病变程度严重,尽早... 背景急性心肌梗死(AMI)是威胁全球公众健康的主要原因之一。虽然已有相应的再灌注治疗策略,但AMI相关的主要不良心脑血管事件(MACCEs)仍然是全世界人口死亡的原因之一。尤其合并糖尿病的AMI患者,因冠状动脉病变复杂,病变程度严重,尽早发现和判断该部分患者远期预后相对困难,因此寻找相对简便、易获得的实验室指标,有利于为2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并AMI患者经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后MACCEs的预测提供依据。目的探讨血清C反应蛋白(CRP)/白蛋白(Alb)比值(CAR)对T2DM合并AMI患者PCI术后远期MACCEs的预测价值。方法纳入2014—2019年就诊于宁夏医科大学总医院心血管内科1683例T2DM合并AMI患者为研究对象,收集患者的一般临床资料与检查结果。对所有患者进行电话或门诊随访,以全因死亡、非致死性心肌梗死、再发不稳定型心绞痛、非致死性脑卒中、新发心力衰竭或心力衰竭加重再入院、再次血运重建作为MACCEs。根据患者随访期间是否发生MACCEs分为MACCEs组(508例)和非MACCEs组(1175例)。采用单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析探讨T2DM合并AMI患者MACCEs事件的影响因素。采用Kaplan-Meier法绘制患者的生存曲线,生存曲线的比较采用Log-rank检验。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析CAR对T2DM合并AMI患者远期发生MACCEs的预测效能,使用净重分类改善指标(NRI)和综合判别指数(IDI)评价CAR对T2DM合并AMI患者预后评估的改善效果。结果1683例患者中508例(30.18%)患者发生MACCEs。多因素Logistic回归分析显示高血压病[OR(95%CI)=1.994(1.142~3.483)]、冠状动脉植入支架长度[OR(95%CI)=1.031(1.002~1.062)]、CRP[OR(95%CI)=0.950(0.915~0.986)]、Alb[OR(95%CI)=0.933(0.880~0.989)]及CAR[OR(95%CI)=5.582(1.705~18.277)]是T2DM合并AMI患者PCI术后发生MACCEs的影响因素(P<0.05)。根据CAR中位表达水平(0.86),将患者分为CAR<0.86组和CAR≥0.86组,Log-rank检验结果显示,CAR≥0.86组MACCEs发生率高于CAR<0.86组(52.68%与22.92%;χ^(2)=65.65,P<0.001)。ROC曲线显示CAR预测T2DM合并AMI患者发生MACCEs的ROC曲线下面积为0.728(95%CI=0.702~0.754),最佳截断值为0.576,灵敏度为0.617,特异度为0.747。在基线模型基础上,与CRP、Alb相比,CAR能明显改善对患者发生MACCEs的预测效果(NRI=0.377,IDI=0.166,C指数=0.690;P<0.05)。结论CAR是T2DM合并AMI患者PCI术后远期MACCEs发生风险的有效预测指标。 展开更多

背景高三酰甘油血症-腰围表型是2型糖尿病(T2DM)的风险因素,不同性别、不同地区、不同年龄段及超重/肥胖人群中T2DM发病风险可能不同。目的探讨不同性别、不同地区、不同年龄段及超重/肥胖人群高三酰甘油血症-腰围表型与T2DM发病风险的... 背景高三酰甘油血症-腰围表型是2型糖尿病(T2DM)的风险因素,不同性别、不同地区、不同年龄段及超重/肥胖人群中T2DM发病风险可能不同。目的探讨不同性别、不同地区、不同年龄段及超重/肥胖人群高三酰甘油血症-腰围表型与T2DM发病风险的关系,为糖尿病防控提供科学依据。方法本研究为前瞻性队列研究,2010年采取分层整群随机抽样方法,以贵州省12个县(市、区)18岁及以上9280名常住居民为队列人群进行基线调查。于2016—2020年进行随访,共随访到8163人,剔除基线时糖尿病患者、相关指标信息缺失者、失访和死亡的对象,最终纳入6743名调查对象。根据基线腰围(WC)和血清三酰甘油(TG)水平将调查对象分为4组,正常腰围和正常血清三酰甘油(NWNT)组:男性腰围<90 cm或女性腰围<85 cm、血清三酰甘油<1.7 mmol/L;正常腰围和高血清三酰甘油(NWHT)组:男性腰围<90 cm或女性腰围<85 cm、血清三酰甘油≥1.7 mmol/L;腰围增大和正常血清三酰甘油(EWNT)组:男性腰围≥90 cm或女性腰围≥85 cm、血清三酰甘油<1.7 mmol/L;腰围增大和高血清三酰甘油(EWHT)组:男性腰围≥90 cm或女性腰围≥85 cm、血清三酰甘油≥1.7 mmol/L。采用Cox比例风险回归模型分析高三酰甘油血症-腰围表型分组与新发T2DM之间的关系。结果中位随访时间6.58年,6743名调查对象中新发T2DM 706例,发病率为10.47%。在调整了相关的混杂因素后,Cox比例风险回归分析显示,EWHT组T2DM发病风险是NWNT组的1.486倍(HR=1.486,95%CI=1.185~1.865,P=0.001)。亚组多因素Cox比例风险回归分析显示,在男性、农村、年龄<45岁、超重/肥胖人群中,EWHT组T2DM发病风险分别是NWNT组的1.792倍(HR=1.792,95%CI=1.297~2.476,P<0.001)、1.483倍(HR=1.483,95%CI=1.115~1.971,P=0.007)、1.540倍(HR=1.540,95%CI=1.083~2.190,P=0.016)、1.614倍(HR=1.614,95%CI=1.123~2.321,P=0.010)。结论对大样本人群进行中位随访6.58年后,高三酰甘油血症-腰围表型是贵州省T2DM的发病风险,在男性、农村、年龄<45岁、超重/肥胖人群中更为显著。因此,对这类人群应该加强健康教育,通过合理饮食、适当运动从而控制体质量,降低血清三酰甘油水平是预防T2DM发病的必要手段和有效的方法。 展开更多

背景:血管新生是心血管疾病的主要干预靶点,骨形态发生蛋白2具有调控血管新生作用,但内皮细胞特异性骨形态发生蛋白2对血管新生的调控作用不清楚。目的:探讨内皮细胞特异性骨形态发生蛋白2对血管新生的影响。方法:(1)生物信息学分析:通... 背景:血管新生是心血管疾病的主要干预靶点,骨形态发生蛋白2具有调控血管新生作用,但内皮细胞特异性骨形态发生蛋白2对血管新生的调控作用不清楚。目的:探讨内皮细胞特异性骨形态发生蛋白2对血管新生的影响。方法:(1)生物信息学分析:通过Panglao DB公共基因表达数据库单细胞转录组荟萃分析观察骨形态发生蛋白2细胞群表达丰度和定位。血管新生小鼠和内皮(心内膜)过表达骨形态发生蛋白2小鼠转录组测序数据集探索内皮细胞骨形态发生蛋白2对血管新生信号通路的调控作用。(2)体内实验验证:建立小鼠后肢缺血模型,对比模型小鼠患侧与健侧缺血后肢7,14和21 d血流灌注情况,免疫荧光和免疫组织化学染色评估小鼠骨形态发生蛋白2和CD31的表达定位情况。(3)体外实验验证:体外培养人脐静脉内皮细胞,分为对照组、缺氧组和骨形态发生蛋白2抑制剂(Noggin蛋白)干预组,培养24 h,观察各组内皮细胞血管新生情况。结果与结论:(1)内皮细胞是表达骨形态发生蛋白2的重要细胞亚群,在血管新生内皮细胞和骨形态发生蛋白2过表达内皮细胞转录组再分析均发现骨形态发生蛋白2表达明显升高,血管新生通路明显激活。(2)缺血7 d小鼠新生血管周围骨形态发生蛋白2阳性血管明显增加(P<0.05),缺血2周骨形态发生蛋白2阳性血管明显减少(P<0.001)。(3)体外培养人脐静脉内皮细胞,缺氧干预后,内皮细胞迁移能力和血管出芽明显增加,血管新生因子血管内皮生长因子和血小板衍生生长因子的表达明显升高,Noggin明显减少了缺氧诱导的内皮细胞血管新生(P<0.001),并下调血管内皮生长因子和血小板衍生生长因子的表达(P<0.01)。(4)结果证实,内皮细胞特异性骨形态发生蛋白2具有调控血管新生作用,靶向性内皮细胞骨形态发生蛋白2可望改善血管新生。 展开更多
