从“四大暴动”到“闽西一大”——闽西革命的三种源流及其意义

苏维埃革命在中国的兴起,绝非是"外来"或"突变"的产物,而应视为本地源流和外来源流"历史合力"的结果。但是中国苏维埃革命的兴起并非是一种均质的历史状况,各地苏区革命的兴起在时间和空间上充满差异,只... 苏维埃革命在中国的兴起,绝非是"外来"或"突变"的产物,而应视为本地源流和外来源流"历史合力"的结果。但是中国苏维埃革命的兴起并非是一种均质的历史状况,各地苏区革命的兴起在时间和空间上充满差异,只有从地方社会自身的脉络出发,才能真正理解当地革命的兴起。以闽西苏区为例,从"四大暴动"至中共"闽西一大",是闽西革命的兴起阶段。考察这段时期闽西革命的发展状况可以看出,闽西革命的兴起跟三种源流有关,即厦门源流、广州源流和日本源流。闽西革命的历史进程正是这三种源流相互融合叠加、交织互动,当然也存在某种程度的分化组合的结果。只有揭示闽西革命的这三种源流,才能更好地理解闽西革命兴起的具体情形,从而更好地建构闽西苏区研究的多元叙事。 展开更多

Summer precipitation in the Three Rivers Source Region(TRSR)of China is vital for the headwaters of the Yellow,Yangtze,and Lancang rivers and exhibits significant interdecadal variability.This study investigates the influence of the East Asian westerly jet(EAWJ)on TRSR rainfall.A strong correlation is found between TRSR summer precipitation and the Jet Zonal Position Index(JZPI)of the EAWJ from 1961 to 2019(R=0.619,p<0.01).During periods when a positive JZPI indicates a westward shift in the EAWJ,enhanced water vapor anomalies,warmer air,and low-level convergence anomalies contribute to increased TRSR summer precipitation.Using empirical orthogonal function and regression analyses,this research identifies the influence of large-scale circulation anomalies associated with the Atlantic–Eurasian teleconnection(AEA)from the North Atlantic(NA).The interdecadal variability between the NA and central tropical Pacific(CTP)significantly affects TRSR precipitation.This influence is mediated through the AEA via a Rossby wave train extending eastward along the EAWJ,and another south of 45°N.Moreover,the NA–CTP Opposite Phase Index(OPI),which quantifies the difference between the summer mean sea surface temperatures of the NA and the CTP,is identified as a critical factor in modulating the strength of this teleconnection and influencing the zonal position of the EAWJ. 展开更多

For three phase four-wire active power filters (APFs), several typical power theories and corresponding current reference generation strategies are induced, p-q, d-q, unify power factor (UPF) and instantaneous active current (IAC) methods are analyzed and compared with each other. The interpretation of active and reactive currents in non-sinusoidal and unbalanced three-phase four-wire systems is given based on the generalized instantaneous reactive power theory. The performance and the characteristic are evaluated, and the application conditions of current reference generation strategies are concluded. This paper attempted to identify fractal and chaotic characteristics of the annual runoff processes in headwaters of the Tarim River.Methods of fractal analyses were used to explore several aspects of the temporal changes from 1957 to 2002.The main findings are as follows:(1) The annual runoff processes of the three headwaters of the Tarim River are com-plex nonlinear systems with fractal as well as chaotic dynamics.(2) The correlation dimensions of attractor derived from the time series of the annual runoff for the Hotan,Yarkand and Aksu rivers are all greater than 3.0 and non-integral,implying that all three rivers are chaotic dynamical systems that are sensitive to initial conditions,and the dynamic modeling of their annual runoff process requires at least four independent variables.(3) The time series of annual runoff in each river presents a long-term correlation characteristic.The Hurst exponent for the period of 1989 to 2002 suggests that we may expect to see an increasing trend in the annual runoff of the Aksu and Yarkand rivers in the years after 2002,but a decreasing tendency for the Hotan River in the same period. 展开更多

To solve the input current harmonic pollution of the high power rectifier system,18-pulse rectifier based on a kind of active harmonic suppression technique at dc side is proposed in this paper.The pulse rectifier employs three-phase diode bridges,each of them followed by a boost converter.Unlike the conventional three-phase unity-power-factor diode rectifier,the ideal sinusoidal main currents of circuit topology are obtained by control its output current or input currents of three boost converters for approximately triangular modulation.The theoretical of modulation strategy and characteristics of input and output currents about the proposed rectifier are analyzed in detail.Simulation results by Matlab/Simulink demonstrate that the proposed rectifier draws nearly sinusoidal current and power quality index is improved.The correctness of the theoretical analysis is validated. 展开更多

Non-point-source pollution has become a major threat to the water quality of the Three Gorges Reservoir(TGR);however,nutrient loadings from terrestrial sources are unclear due to a lack of in situ monitoring.A representative small watershed in the central part of the TGR area was selected to monitor the loss of nitrogen(N) and phosphorous(P) continuously along with the runoff from 2007 through 2009 to understand the exact sources and loadings.Results show that the non-point-source nitrogen and phosphorus comes mainly from the storm runoff from residential areas,citrus orchards and sloping croplands,which contributes up to 76% of the loadings in this watershed.Thus,a crucial measure for controlling non-point-source pollution is to intercept storm runoff from the three sources.Paddy fields provide a sink for non-point-source N and P by intercepting the runoff and sediment along with their different forms of nitrogen and phosphorus.The N and P removal efficiency by paddy fields from residential areas is within the range of 56% to 98%.Paddy fields are an important land-use option for reducing the non-point-source loading of N and P in the TGR area. 展开更多

International standards impose several constraints concerning the electric power quality and require that the harmonic content of the line current of grid connected equipment is below assigned limits; for this reason, operating of AC-DC converters with high power factor and low line current distortion has become essential. In this paper, the prototypal realization of a three-phase AC-DC 48 V power electronic converter for telecom system supplying is described and experimental testing results are discussed. The main constraints in the power supply design are the required power density of about 900 W per dm3 as well as the absence of the neutral wire in the supply grid. The carried out investigation is focused on three-level power converter configurations which are considered in order to reduce voltage rating of power switches. As a result of the reduced voltage, low on-resistance metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistors can be used in the power stage, solution which allows to achieve improved efficiency as well as increased switching frequency with respect to the insulated gate bipolar transistors based two-level topologies. 展开更多

Based on the finite-volume coastal ocean model (FVCOM), a three-dimensional numerical model FVCOM was built to simulate the ocean dynamics in pre-dam and post-dam conditions in Bachimen (BCM). The domain decomposition method, which is effective in describing the conservation of volume and non-conservation of mechanical energy in the utilization of tidal energy, was employed to estimate the theoretical tidal energy resources and developable energy resources, and to analyze the hydrodynamic effect of the tidal power station. This innovative approach has the advantage of linking physical oceanography with engineering problems. The results indicate that the theoretical annual tidal energy resources is about 2x 108 kwh under the influence of tidal power station; Optimized power installation is confirmed according to power generation curve from numerical analysis; the developable resources is about 38.2% of theoretical tidal energy resources with the employment of one-way electricity generation. The electricity generation time and power are 3479 hours and 2.55~104KW, respectively. The power station has no effect on the tide pattern which is semi-diumal tide in both two conditions, but the amplitudes of main constituents apparently decrease in the area near the dam, with the ME decreasing the most, about 62.92 cm. The tidal prism shrinks to 2.28×107 m3, but can still meet the flow requirement for tidal power generation. The existence of station increases the flow rate along the waterway and enhances the residual current. There are two opposite vortexes formed on the east side beside the dam of the station, which leads to pollutants gathering. 展开更多

This paper focuses on a combination of three-phase VSI (voltage source inverter) with a predictive current control to provide an optimized system for three-phase inverters that control the load current. A FS-MPC (finite set-model predictive control) strategy for a three-phase VSI for RES (renewable energy systems) applications is implemented. The renewable energy systems model is used in this paper to investigate the system performance when power is supplied to resistive-inductive load. With three different cases, the evaluation of the system is done. Firstly, the robustness of control strategy under variable DC-Link is done in terms of the THD (total harmonic distortion). Secondly, with one prediction step, the system performance is tested using different sampling time, and lastly, the dynamic response of the system with step change in the amplitude of the reference is investigated. The simulations and result analyses are carried out using Matlab/Simulink to test the effectiveness and robustness of FS-MPC for two-level VSI with AC filter for resistive-inductive load supplied by a renewable energy system. 展开更多

The inter-line dynamic voltage restorer (IDVR) consists of several voltage source inverters connected to different independent distribution feeders with common dc bus. When one of the inverters compensates for voltage sag that appears in its feeder (voltage control mode), the other inverters pump the required power into the dc bus (power control mode). Each inverter will have both voltage and power controllers; only one controller is in use during the abnormal conditions according to its feeder state. The voltage controller uses one of the dynamic voltage restoration techniques. In this paper, the in-phase technique is applied and two types of loads are considered (constant impedance and three phase induction motor). Since the voltage restoration process may need real power injection into the distribution system, the power controller injects this power via voltage injection. This voltage injection is simulated by voltage drop across series virtual impedance. A new scheme is proposed to select the impedance value. The impedance value is selected such that the power consumed by this impedance represents the required power to be transferred without perturbing the load voltage. The performance of this system is also studied during voltage swell. A scheme for operation of multi-feeder IDVR system is proposed in this paper. 世界侵权法的主要历史源流,分别是罗马法系侵权法、英吉利法系侵权法、中华法系侵权法、印度法系侵权法和伊斯兰法系侵权法等。在数千年的历史发展中,世界性的侵权法的融合与统一经历了三次浪潮,目前正处于第三次浪潮之中。第一次浪潮... 世界侵权法的主要历史源流,分别是罗马法系侵权法、英吉利法系侵权法、中华法系侵权法、印度法系侵权法和伊斯兰法系侵权法等。在数千年的历史发展中,世界性的侵权法的融合与统一经历了三次浪潮,目前正处于第三次浪潮之中。第一次浪潮的主要特点是具有优势地位的侵权法系的强制输出,第二次浪潮的特点是英美法系与大陆法系侵权法的相互融合,目前正在发生的第三次浪潮的基本特点则是着眼于世界侵权法的统一。在学者着力推动的世界侵权法统一运动中,先有美国侵权法重述,后有欧洲统一侵权法的制定,继之有东亚侵权法示范法的起草。根据世界侵权法融合与统一的历史发展规律观察,世界侵权法的统一是一个不可逆转的发展大趋势,但并非一帆风顺,会是一个长期的历史任务,侵权法学者在其中将会发挥巨大的作用。世界各国和地区的侵权法学者会一代接一代的继续努力下去,最终实现这个伟大的目标。 展开更多
