The management and application of patent information service data is of great significance to improve the diversity and accuracy of patent information services. This paper discusses the research status and existing problems of patent information service data in university libraries through literature research. According to the relationship between subject and object of patent information service, this paper classifies the relevant data of patent information service, proposes a data management system of patent information service that integrates collection, storage, application and archiving, and explores its multi-level and diversified application ideas. Effective management and rational application of patent information service data can provide references for libraries to optimize resource allocation and improve resource utilization, provide references for the intellectual property service center to carry out diversified and personalized services, and supply methods for improving the quality of patent information service and user satisfaction.展开更多
