The concept of high-level talent highland can be analyzed from three aspects: academic research, industrial innovation and talent training. The value implications of the construction of a high-level talent highland in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area include the following three points: first, cross-border wisdom integration: the strategic value of the construction of a high-level talent highland in the Greater Bay Area;second, the global influence has been enhanced: the international value potential of the construction of a high-level talent highland in the Greater Bay Area;the third is cultural integration and expansion: the cultural value of the construction of a high-level talent highland in the Greater Bay Area that breaks down geographical barriers. The problems existing in the construction of a high-level talent highland in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area mainly include: the obstacle to the flow of talents, the insufficient matching of industries and talents, and the insufficient integration of universities and enterprises. By breaking through regional restrictions, building a new framework for free and high-level talent flow, accurately matching the economic structure, improving the integration level of talent demand and industrial development, and establishing a strong mechanism, we will promote closer and deeper integration between universities and enterprises to better promote the construction of a high-level talent highland in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.展开更多
