纺织品染色需要进行打小样,并经过多步调试,存在工艺时间长、工作量大、耗费人力物力。文中研究化验室配方转移法复样模拟仿真技术,选用活性染料,探讨滤纸滴样替代织物打样的可能性。探讨不同染料配方染布片和在滤纸滴样后布片颜色差异... 纺织品染色需要进行打小样,并经过多步调试,存在工艺时间长、工作量大、耗费人力物力。文中研究化验室配方转移法复样模拟仿真技术,选用活性染料,探讨滤纸滴样替代织物打样的可能性。探讨不同染料配方染布片和在滤纸滴样后布片颜色差异、滤纸颜色差异之间的关系,以及相同配方条件下染色布片和滤纸滴样颜色之间的关系。结果表明,不同染料配方滤纸滴样后滤纸之间的色差和染色布片之间的色差变化趋势存在相关性,相同配方的染料滤纸滴样和染色布片之间的色差值基本稳定,可以利用差值通过滤纸滴料颜色反推布面颜色,精简布片打样过程、简化打样操作、缩短打样时间、提高打样效率。 展开更多

Based on the multi-body kinematics principle, the topological structure and restriction relation among parts of machine tool and 3D multi-body model are constructed, the kinematics simulation system of machine tool is developed. The designer can observe the movement and machining course of the whole machine tool and understand accurately the kinematics parameters of components such as position, velocity and acceleration. Also the designer can estimate the pose of components in the virtual circumstance and forecast accurately and correct problems which may appear during the design before the prototype is manufactured to assure the feasibility of design scheme, shorten period of product design and reduce product cost. The simulation system is used during the design of CK1416 high speed and precision numerical control lathe. The curves of ball screw angular velocity and carriage displacement agree well with the results of theoretical calculation and the constructed model is correct. 展开更多

To develop Martian soil simulant,basalts of the Chahar volcanic group in Wulanchabu,Inner Mongolia,China were selected as the simulant initial materials,which were ground and sorted to a predetermined particle size ratio,and small amounts of magnetite and hematite were added.The main phases of NEU Mars-1 simulant were plagioclase,augite and olivine.The glass transition and crystallization temperatures of NEU Mars-1 were 547.8 and 795.7°C,respectively.The complex dielectric constant,magnetic conductivity(0.99-1.045),and dielectric loss tangent angles(0.0025-0.030)of NEU Mars-1 were all stable in the frequency range of 2-18 GHz.Mossbauer spectroscopy results showed that the mass ratio of Fe2+to Fe3+in the simulant was 77.6:22.4.The NEU Mars-1 Martian soil simulant demonstrated particle size ratio,chemical composition,phase composition,thermal stability,and dielectric property similar to Martian soil,and can be used as the substitute material to extract oxygen and metals with in-situ resource utilization technologies. 展开更多

Study on the Thermal Insulation Performance of a New Seabed Sediment Fidelity Sampler Based on ANSYS 被引量:1

A new seabed sediment fidelity sampler was developed and its thermal insulation performance was studied and analyzed. The temperature distribution simulation indicated that the sample quality could be insured by using this new sampler. Based on ANSYS10, the temperature finite element model of the sample cylinder was established. According to the law of conservation of energy, the unsteady heat transmit equation of the sampler under solid-liquid coupling condition was derived, then the mathematical model calculation was carried out by using a mixed finite-element finite-difference method, and two thermal insulation methods were used. The simulation was carried out by using the thickness of the thermal insulation layer and heat conductivity as the variable parameters and the temperature distribution of the sampler and related influencing factors were obtained. Optimization analysis was conducted using the simulation data and related parameters and the magnitude ranges of the parameters were obtained that could meet the design temperature requirements. The experimental data and simulation results indicated that the results were in good agreement with the realities, and this sampler might be of value for seabed sediment sampler design and manufacture. 展开更多

For 60 GHz systems, low-power equalization algorithms are favorable. We focus on FSE in both time domain(TD) and frequency domain(FD) in order to meet different complexity requirements of 60 GHz systems. Compared with symbol spaced equalizer(SSE), FSE can relax the requirement of sampling synchronization hardware significantly. Extensive simulation results show that our equalization algorithms not only eliminate ISI efficiently, but are also robust to timing synchronization errors. 展开更多

To improve the operational efficiency of global optimization in engineering, Kriging model was established to simplify the mathematical model for calculations. Ducted coaxial-rotors aircraft was taken as an example and Fluent software was applied to the virtual prototype simulations. Through simulation sample points, the total lift of the ducted coaxial-rotors aircraft was obtained. The Kriging model was then constructed, and the function was fitted. Improved particle swarm optimization(PSO) was also utilized for the global optimization of the Kriging model of the ducted coaxial-rotors aircraft for the determination of optimized global coordinates. Finally, the optimized results were simulated by Fluent. The results show that the Kriging model and the improved PSO algorithm significantly improve the lift performance of ducted coaxial-rotors aircraft and computer operational efficiency. 展开更多

Based on the characteristics of integrated virtual prototype technology, the mechanical system sub-model, the hydraulic system sub-model and the control system sub-model of a forging manipula- tor system have been built using a variety of software, and a forging manipulator mtrltidisciplinary co- simulation model has been also built using a method of simulation models interface. Then the simu- lation and experiment are finished, and the result of the experiment is in good agreement with the re- sult of the simulation. It shows that the co-simulation model established can simulate accurately pa- rameter changes in real time during the moving of the forging manipulator such as displacement, ve- locity and pressure flow, which is of important significance for the optimized design of the forging manipulator system to establish the models. 展开更多

A new chromatic dispersion(CD) monitoring method is proposed, and the CD monitoring is achieved on the whole range of 0—600 ps/nm. A dual-polarization(DP)-1 024 quadrature amplitude modulation(QAM) 400 Gbit/s CD monitoring system is built using OptiS ystem14.0 software. With different optical signal to noise ratio(OSNR) values, different filter bandwidths or different duty cycles, the simulations are carried out. The simulation results show that this new CD monitoring method can be less affected by noise and has a high tolerance for different filter bandwidths. At the same time, this method can do effective CD monitoring on the signal with duty cycle greater than 80%. A high sensitivity in 0—200 ps/nm can be achieved using this CD monitoring method. The technique supports a wide range of data traffic and enhances operation flexibility of optical networks. 展开更多
