当前,我国高等教育事业飞速发展,高校管理模式改革不断深化,新形势新时期下高校安全管理工作的内容和环境也都发生了根本性改变。通过问卷,调查了目前78所高校中女保卫干部在高校安全管理中的角色定位,通过分析发现:相较于男性,女保卫...当前,我国高等教育事业飞速发展,高校管理模式改革不断深化,新形势新时期下高校安全管理工作的内容和环境也都发生了根本性改变。通过问卷,调查了目前78所高校中女保卫干部在高校安全管理中的角色定位,通过分析发现:相较于男性,女保卫干部有着敏锐的感知力、较强的责任心和良好的沟通能力,在高校安全管理工作中发挥着重要的作用,是高校安全稳定的重要有生力量。在此基础上,文章采用SWOT分析法探究女性保卫干部的职业发展规划,国家教育主管部门和高校本身也应当从组织公平的三个基本衡量标准出发,摒弃对女性领导者的传统角色定位,努力营造宽松和谐的组织氛围,广纳优秀的女保卫干部,为女保卫干部职业发展创造有利条件和制度保障,从而以柔性管理理念进一步促进高校安全管理工作的发展。At present, with the rapid development of China’s higher education and the deepening of the reform of university management mode, the content and environment of university safety management have undergone fundamental changes under the new situation and new period. Through a questionnaire survey on the role positioning of female security cadres in college security management in 78 colleges and universities, the analysis shows that compared with men, female security cadres have a keen perception, a strong sense of responsibility and good communication ability, and play an important role in college security management, which is an important effective force for college security and stability. On this basis, this paper uses SWOT analysis to explore the career development planning of female security cadres. National education authorities and universities themselves should also start from the three basic measurement standards of organizational equity, abandon the traditional role positioning of female leaders, strive to create a loose and harmonious organizational atmosphere, and recruit excellent female security cadres. To create favorable conditions and system guarantee for the career development of female security cadres, so as to further promote the development of university security management with a flexible management concept.展开更多

The important reason lies in the weakness of the internal security functions in colleges and universities. From the perspective of historical development, the security departments of colleges and universities have gradually transformed from the public security organizations to the internal security departments. Their management power gradually decreases, but the tasks are increasingly complex. So, there is an obvious mismatch between power and responsibilities and weakening of the security team. In general, the functions of the security department in colleges and universities gradually appear weakness. In order to response to this situation, it is necessary to perfect the top-level design of the security work, strengthen the construction of the security team, and improve the ability of comprehensive security management.展开更多
