精神疾病是指在各种生物学、心理学以及社会环境因素影响下,大脑功能失调,导致认知、情感、意志和行为等精神活动出现不同程度障碍为临床表现的疾病。医学生作为中国未来医学行业的顶梁柱,精神医学学生又是医学生群体中直接接触精神心...精神疾病是指在各种生物学、心理学以及社会环境因素影响下,大脑功能失调,导致认知、情感、意志和行为等精神活动出现不同程度障碍为临床表现的疾病。医学生作为中国未来医学行业的顶梁柱,精神医学学生又是医学生群体中直接接触精神心理专业知识的群体,他们的心理健康状况不容轻视。该研究通过问卷调查并运用知网、万方等数据库,检索国内外对于医学生尤其是精神医学学生心理健康问题的相关文献,对我国医学生尤其是精神医学学生心理健康问题的现状、影响因素、危害及应对措施四个方面进行探讨。运用量性研究探讨影响精神医学学生心理健康现状及影响因素,揭示精神医学专业知识的学习对医学生心理健康状况的作用机制。进而为推进精神医学学生的心理健康教育工作朝着系统化、科学化和规范化的方向迈进提供理论指导。Mental illnesses are diseases in which the brain functions are dysfunctional under the influence of various biological, psychological and social environmental factors, resulting in clinical manifestations of varying degrees of disorders in mental activities such as cognition, emotion, volition and behaviour. As the pillars of China’s future medical profession, psychiatry students are the group of medical students who have direct contact with psychiatric expertise, and their mental health status should not be taken lightly. Through questionnaire survey and the use of databases such as Knowledge.com and Wanfang, the study searched for relevant literature on the mental health of medical students, especially psychiatry students, both at home and abroad, and explored the current situation, influencing factors, hazards, and countermeasures of the mental health of medical students, especially psychiatry students, in China. Quantitative research is used to explore the current situation and factors affecting the mental health of psychiatry students, and to reveal the mechanism of psychiatry learning on the mental health of medical students. In turn, it provides theoretical guidance for improving the mental health education of psychiatry students in the direction of systematization, scientification and standardization.展开更多
