采用共沉淀法制备了CuO—Co2O4复合材料,并以其为催化剂,负温度系数热敏电阻(NTCT)为加热电阻,制备了一种催化燃烧型CO传感器,该传感器对CO的定量限为0.0349mg·L-1。利用X射线衍射(XRD)和场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)... 采用共沉淀法制备了CuO—Co2O4复合材料,并以其为催化剂,负温度系数热敏电阻(NTCT)为加热电阻,制备了一种催化燃烧型CO传感器,该传感器对CO的定量限为0.0349mg·L-1。利用X射线衍射(XRD)和场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)对复合材料的物相和表面形貌进行表征。当CuO—Co3O4的煅烧温度为400℃时,传感器对CO的灵敏度最高。在桥电压为9V,CO的浓度为0.0349-0.582mg·L-1时,传感器的响应信号与CO浓度之间呈现良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.979。90%的响应和恢复时间分别为24S和68S。 展开更多

Analysis of Environmental Management for the Treatment of Plastic Waste in Mexico: Government Strategies

In Mexico, garbage represents a high pollution index according to national and international organizations; eighty percent of waste products stay in sanitary landfills, out of doors, where no tailings management exists. Plastic products represent 16% of this pollution (one and one-half kilos daily per person in a country with a population of 107 million people). These sanitary landfills are methane deposits, and consequently emit gases and toxins that cause serious health problems. The object of this is to analyze governmental programs, strategies, policies and procedures which regulate both industrial sectors and society. Society and government share a responsibility since they must implement norms which include the separation, reduction, recycling and reuse of garbage. Results demonstrate that government strategies used to treat railings are complex and are directed more towards sanctions than to motivation. Furthermore these strategies discourage a cultural transformation toward industrial sustainability. Instead of reducing the garbage accumulation problem, they increase the difficulty. 展开更多

Several studies showed that health care meant to improve people's health is an important source of disease. Good clinical practices aim to maximize effectiveness and therapeutic compliance, minimize risks and costs, respecting the patient's choice from generic drugs, also from the moment of prescribing, the supervision of drug-related events must be taken into account, not only on the patient but also in the environment. Pharmacovigilance and pharmacoecovigilance have to be conceived as a clinical practice in dentistry. There is no established culture of drug induced reaction reports by dentists in Uruguay, and awareness of environmental care is incipient. The pharmacy of faculty of dentistry, (Universidad de la Repfiblica), an institutional project that has been developed since 2006, is in a transformation process. The pharmacovigilance dentistry Node is in full development. The toxicovigilance and pharmacoecovigilance activities are recent. The general aim of this project was to establish the pbarmacovigilance, toxicovigilance and pharmacoecovigilance clinical practice in dentistry. The widespread use of cosmetic as toothpastes, or mouth rinses, drugs and dental materials, as well as exposure to chemical contaminants through the population's living habits and the environmental damage caused by drug wastes requires comprehensive and up-to-date information to establish rational strategies. 展开更多

Thus one should assess toxic exposure through food ... In big countries, nutrition profiles and foodstuffs chemical contamination may differ significantly between different regions and even between areas within a region. Thus one should assess toxic exposure through food on not only national but also local level. We have developed and distributed a personal questionnaire for estimating average daily consumption of 44 types of foodstuffs, and for 12 of them-the percentage contribution of the main sources of supply. Depending on data analysis results, we choose the most important foodstuffs for determining their chemical contamination. We tested this approach in 7 industrial towns and found differences among them, as well as among children and adults, with regard to toxic exposure through food. People with a relatively high income consume more milk, cheese, meat, fish, poultry and fruit but less bread and potatoes than those with medium or low income. About 80% of consumed potatoes are grown locally and thus depend on each area's contamination. Although daily intakes of toxicants do not exceed WHO tolerable levels, their contribution to the total environmentally dependent dose is important. The approach developed by us can be used in epidemiological and risk assessment studies when they are performed on regional or local level. 展开更多

目的了解苏州市姑苏区餐饮单位自制凉菜卫生微生物污染情况。方法 2013年抽取区内餐饮单位自制的凉菜制品及加工工用具共500件(份),无菌采样后2 h内送实验室检测,检测指标包括菌落总数、大肠菌群和致病菌。若有1项微生物指标不合格则判... 目的了解苏州市姑苏区餐饮单位自制凉菜卫生微生物污染情况。方法 2013年抽取区内餐饮单位自制的凉菜制品及加工工用具共500件(份),无菌采样后2 h内送实验室检测,检测指标包括菌落总数、大肠菌群和致病菌。若有1项微生物指标不合格则判定该样品卫生微生物指标不合格。结果凉拌菜卫生微生物合格率低于熟肉制品,分别为31.2%、50.8%;砧板卫生微生物合格率低于餐具和刀具,三者分别为32.5%、68.1%、45.0%。大、中、小型餐饮单位微生物检测合格率分别为74.3%、29.4%和46.7%。金黄色葡萄球菌为主要的检出致病菌。结论餐饮单位凉菜制品和工用具卫生微生物污染不容乐观,凉菜成品和制作过程应是餐饮单位监督的重点。 展开更多
