By comprehensively sorting out relevant policy documents and conducting in-depth analysis based on actual cases, the study systematically elaborates the necessity of teacher team construction. At the same time, the study analyzes the implementation status of domestic and foreign countries in detail, compares the differences between them, and draws beneficial enlightenment from them. Furthermore, the study focuses on the challenges faced by the double-qualified teacher team construction and puts forward targeted countermeasures. Finally, the study conducts a comprehensive summary and prospect, with the aim of providing solid reference basis for the construction of double-qualified teacher team in higher vocational colleges’ nursing majors and enhancing the quality of nursing talent cultivation in a tangible way.展开更多
