不同溶液取用方法对溶液无菌状态及喷溅范围的影响

目的:探讨无菌溶液取用时不同倾倒方式、倾倒高度对溶液无菌状态和喷溅范围的影响。方法:观察倾倒无菌溶液前冲洗、消毒瓶口是否会改变溶液的无菌状态;观察常规倾倒和垂直倾倒所需时间;常规倾倒及垂直倾倒不同倾倒方法及距离无菌容器5... 目的:探讨无菌溶液取用时不同倾倒方式、倾倒高度对溶液无菌状态和喷溅范围的影响。方法:观察倾倒无菌溶液前冲洗、消毒瓶口是否会改变溶液的无菌状态;观察常规倾倒和垂直倾倒所需时间;常规倾倒及垂直倾倒不同倾倒方法及距离无菌容器5、10、15、20 cm高度的喷溅范围。结果:倾倒前是否消毒、冲洗瓶口溶液细菌培养结果均无细菌生长;垂直倾倒所用时间较常规倾倒缩短,两种方法比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两种倾倒方式,距离无菌容器5、10、15 cm高度倾倒溶液时不同直径、距中心不同距离飞沫数量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:手术过程中需用无菌溶液时,为保证无菌操作,减少喷溅产生的污染,建议采用常规倾倒方式,且倾倒高度距离无菌容器10~15 cm。 展开更多

一、取用方法 开窖时,先清除窖口边封盖的泥土杂物、长方形窑应从逆风一端开口,在一个横断面上分段取料,每天至少取6-7厘米厚。取后的横断面要保持水平垂直,切不可以打洞的形式侥深处掏挖,以免其表面暴露,气温较高时引起二次发酵。

目的探讨不同环境下无翻盖橡胶瓶塞无菌溶液的取用方法。方法将无翻盖橡胶瓶塞的0.9%氯化钠溶液在不同环境下按自订方法在控制状态下分:冲洗组和不冲洗组;自然状态下分:实验组和对照组。冲洗组取液前倒出溶液2-15ml冲洗瓶口;不冲... 目的探讨不同环境下无翻盖橡胶瓶塞无菌溶液的取用方法。方法将无翻盖橡胶瓶塞的0.9%氯化钠溶液在不同环境下按自订方法在控制状态下分:冲洗组和不冲洗组;自然状态下分:实验组和对照组。冲洗组取液前倒出溶液2-15ml冲洗瓶口;不冲洗组开瓶后直接取液;对照组取自急诊科工作的医生、护士及外科换药室护士未经训练新开瓶方法前开瓶使用后溶液;实验组取自急诊科医生、护士及外科换药室护士按新方法训练后不冲洗组开瓶使用后溶液,各组取液前均用75%酒精消毒瓶塞外周后直接倒出溶液1ml至无菌营养肉汤培养管进行细菌培养。结果控制状态下2组均为无菌生长,差异无统计学意义;自然状态下对照组39例中11例有细菌生长,实验组30例中l例有细菌生长(P〈0.01)。结论不同环境下无翻盖橡胶瓶塞无菌溶液按自订方法取用时可不冲洗瓶口,但必须遵循无菌技术操作原则。 展开更多

Mechanical lithotripsy (ML) is usually considered as a standard treatment option for large bile duct stones. However, it is impossible to retrieve oversized stones because the conventional lithotripsy basket may not be able to grasp the stone. However, there is no es- tablished endoscopic extraction method for such gi- ant stone removal. We describe a case of successful extraction of a 4-cm large stone using a gastric bezoar basket. A 78-year-old woman had suffered from upper abdominal pain for 20 d. Contrast-enhanced computed tomogram revealed a 4-cm single stone in the distal common bile duct (CBD). Endoscopic stone retraction was decided upon and endoscopic papillary balloon dilation was performed using a large balloon. An at- tempt to capture the stone using a standard lithotripsy basket failed due to the large stone size. Subsequently, we used a gastric bezoar basket to successfully capturethe stone. The stone was fragmented into small pieces and extracted. The stone was completely removed after two sessions of endoscopic retrograde cholangio- pancreatography; each of which took 30 rain. No com- plications occurred during or after the procedure. The patient was fully recovered and discharged on day 11 of hospitalization. ML using a gastric bezoar basket is a safe and effective retrieval method in select cases, and is considered as an alternative nonoperative option for the management of difficult CBD stones. 展开更多

Focusing on the issue to deal with inadequate extraction of metallogenic information especially geological information,a new method of extracting metallogenic information based on field model,i.e.the field analysis method of metallogenic information,was proposed.In addition,a case study by using the method of the extraction of metallogenic information from the west Guangxi and southeast Yunnan district as an example was performed.The representation method for the field models of metallogenic information,including the metallogenic influence field model and the metallogenic distance field model,was discussed by introducing the concept of the field theory,based on the characteristic analysis of the distance gradualness and the influence superposition of metallogenic information.According to the field theory superposition principle and the spatial distance analysis method,the mathematical models for the metallogenic influence field and the metallogenic distance field of point,line and area geological bodies were derived out by using parameter equation and calculus.Based on the metallogenic background analysis,the metallogenic information field models of synsedimentary faults and manganese sedimentary basins were built.The relationship between the metallogenic information fields and the manganese mineralization distribution was also investigated by using the method of metallogenic information field analysis.The instance study indicates that the proposed method of metallogenic information field analysis is valid and useful for extracting the ore-controlling information of synsedimentary faults and manganese sedimentary basins in the study area,with which the extraction results are significant both statistically and geologically. 展开更多

Identification of Volatile Compounds in Codfish(Gadus) by a Combination of Two Extraction Methods Coupled with GC-MS Analysis 被引量:5

To accurately identify the ... Codfish is a kind of abyssal fish species with a great value in food industry. However, the flavor of codfish, especially the unpleasant odor, has caused serious problems in its processing. To accurately identify the volatile compounds in codfish, a combination of solid phase micro-extraction(SPME) method and simultaneous distillation extraction(SDE) method was used to extract the volatiles. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) along with Kovats indices(KI) and authentic standard compounds were used to identify the volatiles. The results showed that a total of 86 volatile compounds were identified in codfish, of them 24 were extracted by SDE, 69 compounds by SPME, and 10 compounds by both SDE and SPME. Seventy volatile compounds were found to have specific odors, of them 7 typical compounds contributed significantly to the flavor of codfish. Alcohols(i.e.,(E)-2-penten-1-ol and 2-octanol), esters(i.e., ethyl butyrate and methyl geranate), aldehydes(i.e., 2-dodecenal and pentadecanal) contributed the most to fresh flavor while nitrogen compounds, sulphur compounds, furans, as well as some ketones(i.e., 2-hydroxy-3-pentanone) brought unpleasant odor, such as fishy and earthy odor. It was indicated that the combination of multiple extraction methods and GC-MS analysis can enhance the accuracy of identification, and provide a reference for the further study on flavor of aquatic products. 展开更多

In this work, a hybrid method is proposed to eliminate the limitations of traditional protein-protein interactions (PPIs) extraction methods, such as pattern learning and machine learning. Each sentence from the biomedical literature containing a protein pair describes a PPI which is predicted by first learning syntax patterns typical of PPIs from training corpus and then using their presence as features, along with bag-of-word features in a maximum entropy model. Tested on the BioCreAtIve corpus, the PPIs extraction method, which achieved a precision rate of 64%, recall rate of 60%, improved the performance in terms of F1 value by 11% compared with the component pure pattern- based and bag-of-word methods. The results on this test set were also compared with other three extraction methods and found to improve the performance remarkably. 展开更多
