When the concentration of BA was 3 mg/L, the optimal concentration of NAA for bud differentiation of cotyledon, hypocotyl and young leaves were 0.2 mg/L, 0.1 mg/L, 1.0 mg/L respectively. Rooting was observed when NAA 1.0 mg/L or the combination of NAA 0.5 mg/L with IBA 0.5 mg/L supplemented to the MS medium, and eventually grew into a complete plantlet.展开更多
