The bidirectional relationship between CKD and AF is well-documented, with both conditions frequently coexisting. Presently, catheter ablation (CA) is considered the first-line treatment for AF, demonstrating superiority over pharmacological therapy in maintaining sinus rhythm and improving prognosis. Numerous studies have indicated that CA can significantly enhance renal function, although the precise mechanisms underlying this improvement remain to be fully elucidated.展开更多
