Empirical analysis was conducted on the impact of digital transformation of banks on business performance, as well as whether market power has a mediating effect on the influencing process. The research results indicate that digital transformation of banks will improve their operational performance, and the digitalization of management dimensions has the most significant effect on improving bank operational performance. Market forces play a partial mediating role in the impact of bank digital transformation on business performance. Based on the appeal conclusion, the article suggests that banks should increase their attention to digital transformation in the management dimension during the process of digital transformation.展开更多
