In order to obtain more accurate streaming potential value during the measurement, four measurement operation modes were investigated in this study, and among the four modes, the steady mode with pressure stepped downward was considered the best one. Experimental results showed that the effects of compaction on the streaming potential measurement for a microfiltration membrane was more obvious than that for a ultrafiltration membrane. The intrinsic kinetics of iron oxide reduced by carbon monoxide is evaluated by a method of online measuring concentration of off-gas in an isothermal differential micro-packed bed. Under the condition of getting away from the influence of gas diffusion and gas–solid heat transfer and mass transfer, the reaction of Fe2O3 to Fe3O4, Fe3O4 to Fe O and Fe O to Fe in the process of single reaction can be clearly distinguished from each other, and the relevant activation energy is characterized to be 75.4, 74.4, and 84.0 k J·mol-1, respectively. Therefore, the change of surface area in the reaction process due to losing oxygen could be easily calculated by combining it with pre-exponential parameters of Arrhenius equations. In conclusion, these kinetic parameters are verified by the experimental data for the process of ore reduced by carbon monoxide in a packed bed. 展开更多

The microgravity level of the SJ-l0 recoverable satellite in China is compared with the spacecraft used for carrying out space science experiments internationally. The MMR directly measures the high-frequency shear of velocity fl uctuations, with which we can estimate the dissipation rate of turbulent kinetic energy. We summarize and discuss methods for estimating the turbulent kinetic energy dissipation rate. Instrument body vibrations contaminate the shear signal in an ocean fi eld experiment, and a compensating correction successfully removes this contamination. In both tank test and ocean fi eld experiment, the dissipation rate measured with the MMR agreed well with that measured using other instruments. 展开更多

Nanocrystalline Mg2Ni-type alloys with nominal compositions of Mg20Ni10–xCux(x=0,1,2,3,4,mass fraction,%) were synthesized by rapid quenching technique.The microstructures of the as-cast and quenched alloys were characterized by XRD,SEM and HRTEM.The electrochemical hydrogen storage performances were tested by an automatic galvanostatic system.The hydriding and dehydriding kinetics of the alloys were measured using an automatically controlled Sieverts apparatus.The results show that all the as-quenched alloys hold the typical nanocrystalline structure and the rapid quenching does not change the major phase Mg2Ni.The rapid quenching significantly improves the electrochemical hydrogen storage capacity of the alloys,whereas it slightly impairs the cycling stability of the alloys.Additionally,the hydrogen absorption and desorption capacities of the alloys significantly increase with rising quenching rate. 展开更多

Study on the Determination of Trace Ni(II) by the Catalytic Kinetic Spectrophotometric Method

A new kinetic spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of trace Ni (Ⅱ in natural water. The method is based on the catalytic effect of Ni (Ⅱ) on the oxidation of weak acid brilliant blue dye (RAWL) by KIO4 in acid medium. The concentration of nickel (Ⅱ) can be determined spectrophotometrically by measuring the decrease of absorbance of RAWL at λ = 626 nm using the fix-time method. The influencing factors are investigated by the orthogonal experimental design. The obtained optimum analytical conditions are: pH = 2.00, CRAWL = 5.00×10^-5 mol·L^-1, c KlO4 = 2.00× 10^-5 mol·L^-1, the reaction time t= 10min and the temperature T = 25 ℃. Under the optimum conditions, the developed method allows the measurement of Ni (Ⅱ) in a range of 0 - 40.0ngmL1. The standard deviation of eleven independent measurements of blank reaction is S = 3.08× 10^-3 and the limit of detection is 2.20ng·mL^-1. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) in six replicate determinations of 5 ngmL-1 and 8 ngmL1 Ni (Ⅱ) are 2.87% and 1.11%, respectively. Moreover, the experiments show few cations and anions can interfere with the measurement of Ni (Ⅱ). The recovery efficiencies of this method are in a range of 97.0%-102.5% in freshwater samples. But there is a decreasing effect, which is about 0.2 times the added Ni (Ⅱ) in seawater medium. After reasonable calibration this processing method is used for the determination of Ni (Ⅱ) in seawater samples successfully. The results show this developed method has high accuracy and precision, high sensitivity, large range of linearity and high speed. The method can, therefore, be employed at room temperature. 展开更多

Roundness is calculated from a large number of points collected from the profiles of the parts. According to the Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measta- meat (GUM), all measurement results must have a stated uncertainty associated the titan. However, no CMMs give the uncertainty value of the roundness, because no suitable measrement uncertainty calculation procedure exists. In the case of roundness raeasurement in coordinate metrology, this paper suggests the algorithms for the calculation of the measurement uncertainty of the roudness deviation based on the two mainly used association criteria, LSC and MZC. The calculation of the sensitivity coefficients for the uncertainty calculatiion can be done by autnatic differentiation, in order to avoid introducing additional emars by the traditional difference quotient approxima- tions. The proposed methods are exact and need input data only as the nrasured coordinates of the data points and their associated un- certainties. 展开更多

The key technology of the measuring method of pose shaking of unstable platform based on CCD lies in the camera pose estimation. A new method for camera pose estimation based on line correspondence is put forward in this paper. First, two appro- priate lines are selected in the space to establish a local coordinate system, the remaining lines form three-line sets with these two lines respectively and then the angle depth of the lines of the local coordinate system can be obtained by using the linearity of interpretation plane; then the invariance of included angle between spatial coordinate system and camera coordinate system during rigid transformation is used to establish a constraint equation set of angle depth of three lines similar to traditional P3P, and the corresponding angle depth of the third line in the set can be obtained linearly by variable substitution; finally, the rota- tion matrix can be expressed with quaternion and the pose parameters of camera in the space can be calculated by singular value decomposition (SVD). The static experiment and dynamic experiment verify the accuracy and stability of the algorithm and that the camera pose shocking is within 1~ and the 3a error is superior to 0.3'. The method in this paper can be directly used in the micro-vibration measurement of experimental platform and robot navigation and other fields and is of important theoretical significance and engineering application prospect. 展开更多
