Hara was studied.To determine the content of diterpenoids by UV-spectrophotometry,oridonin was used as a standard.The optimum extraction conditions of diterpenoids and its inhibition on nitrosation were obtained.The results showed that the 1:8 ratio of 60% ethanol to Rabdosia serra(Maxim.) Hara weight was used for 1.5h at 80℃ for two times and the average extraction rate was as high as 99.6%.The diterpenoids had remarkable inhibition on nitrosation such as nitrosodimethylamine synthesis and sodium nitrite.展开更多
