针对有机酸生物合成过程中底物和产物抑制、细胞密度低和耐受性弱等问题,采用“结晶致孔-低温聚合”方法制备聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯-甲基丙烯酸丁酯半疏水晶胶微球,通过高速成像和数值模拟研究10 L搅拌式生物反应器(STR)内的悬浮行为,通过... 针对有机酸生物合成过程中底物和产物抑制、细胞密度低和耐受性弱等问题,采用“结晶致孔-低温聚合”方法制备聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯-甲基丙烯酸丁酯半疏水晶胶微球,通过高速成像和数值模拟研究10 L搅拌式生物反应器(STR)内的悬浮行为,通过固载乳杆菌分析半疏水晶胶微球在乳酸和苯乳酸生物合成中的作用。结果表明,数值模拟得到晶胶微球的悬浮特性与高速成像实验结果基本一致,体积分数为3%的晶胶微球均匀悬浮所需最低搅拌转速为55 r·min-1;在晶胶固载乳杆菌发酵联产乳酸和苯乳酸过程中,乳杆菌生物量达10.5 g·L^(-1),相比于无载体发酵提高了84.2%;在第1次补料期间,乳酸的发酵周期大幅缩短至21 h,比无载体发酵周期缩短了50%。 展开更多

为了探讨不同来源腐植酸对二氧化钛纳米颗粒(TiO2 nanoparticles, TiO2 NPs)在水体环境中悬浮/沉降行为的影响,考察了不同溶液pH条件下,两种不同来源腐植酸(风化褐煤腐植酸, HAL;河水腐植酸HAS)在TiO2 NPs表面的吸附。结果表明,HA在TiO2... 为了探讨不同来源腐植酸对二氧化钛纳米颗粒(TiO2 nanoparticles, TiO2 NPs)在水体环境中悬浮/沉降行为的影响,考察了不同溶液pH条件下,两种不同来源腐植酸(风化褐煤腐植酸, HAL;河水腐植酸HAS)在TiO2 NPs表面的吸附。结果表明,HA在TiO2 NPs表面的吸附符合Langmuir和Freundlich 吸附等温线模型,吸附量随pH的上升呈现下降趋势,在溶液pH=3.0条件下,HAL和HAS的吸附量分别为99.01mg·L^-1和63.46mg·L^-1。两种HA在TiO2 NPs上的吸附动力学都满足二级动力学方程,HAL的初始吸附速率高于HAS;研究了pH、HA对TiO2 NPs在溶液中的悬浮/沉降行为的影响,结果表明溶液pH值越接近等电点TiO2 NPs越容易沉降,而HAL由于吸附量更大,其对TiO2 NPs的悬浮性能影响更加显著;傅里叶红外光谱和X射线光电子能谱研究结果表明HA中的芳香族和羧酸能够与TiO2 NPs表面的羟基相互作用。因此,在含有不同组分的腐植酸的水体中,TiO2 NPs的环境行为存在一定的差异性,其对水生生态系统的潜在影响不容忽视。 展开更多

Suspended particulate matter (SPM) collected in the Changjiang (Yangtze River) estuary in June 2006 was separated into five fractions via water elutriation: clay-very fme silt (〈8 μm), fine silt (8-16 μm), medium silt (16--32 μm), coarse silt (32~53 μm) and sand (〉63 μm). The SPM and fractionated particles were sequentially analyzed by a modified SEDEX sequential extraction method to obtain six species of phosphorus: exchangeable or loosely-sorbed P, organic P, Fe-bound P, authigenic P, detrital P and refractory P. The results indicated that all particulate phosphorus species except for detrital P were negatively correlated to particle size; a high detrital P content was found in coarse silt and very coarse silt. From the inside of the river mouth to the gate of the fiver mouth, organic P, Fe-bound P and refractory P in the suspended particles decreased and a higher amount of exchangeable P appeared around the gate of the fiver mouth. From the gate of the river mouth to the sea, exchangeable P and organic P in suspended panicles increased distinctly. The total particulate P flux into the estuary from the Changjiang River was about 45.45×10^8μmol/s during sampling. Of this, about 8.27×10^8μmol/s was associated with the "truly suspended" fraction. The bio-available particulate P flux was about 13.58×10^8μmol/s. Of this, about 4.24 ×10^8μmol/s w as transported by "truly suspended" particles. 展开更多

The rheological behavior of fumed silica suspensions in polyethylene glycol(PEG) was studied at steady and oscillatory shear stress using AR 2000 stress controlled rheometer. The systems show reversible shear thickening behavior and the shear-thickening behavior can be explained by the clustering mechanism. The viscosity and the degree of shear-thickening of the systems strongly depend on the mass fraction of the silica, the molecular weigh of PEG and the frequency used in the rheological measurement. The silica volume fraction of the systems is 1.16% 3.62%, corresponding to the mass fraction of 4%9%. The shear-thickening taking place in the low volume fraction may contribute to the fractal nature of the silica. At oscillatory shear stress, when the shear stress is less than the critical stress, the storage modulus decreases significantly, meanwhile the loss modulus and the complex viscosity almost remain unchanged; when the shear stress is larger than the critical stress, the storage modulus, the loss modulus and the complex viscosity increase with the increase of shear stress. The loss modulus is larger than the storage modulus in the range of stress studied and both moduli depend on frequency. 展开更多

Suspended core fiber tapers with different cross sections (with diameters from 70μm to 120 μm) are produced by filament heating. Before obtaining the taper, the spectral behavior of the suspended core fiber is a multimode interference structure. When the taper is made, an intermodal interference between a few modes is observed. This effect is clearly visible for low taper core dimensions. Since the core and cladding do not collapse, two taper regions exist, one in the core and the other in the cladding. The cladding taper does not affect the light transmission, only the core is reduced to a microtaper. The spectral response of the microtaper based-suspended core fiber is similar to a beat of two interferometers. The strain is applied to the microtaper, and with the reduction in the transverse area, an increase in sensitivity is observed. When the taper is immersed in a liquid with a different index of refraction or subjected to temperature variations, no spectral change Occurs. 展开更多
