目的探究微视频结合急救护理模拟(emergency care simulator,ECS)情景教学法在麻醉科护士抢救技术培训中的应用效果。方法2022年8-12月,选择广州中医药大学第一附属医院麻醉科36名护士作为研究对象,采用随机数表法随机分为对照组和试验...目的探究微视频结合急救护理模拟(emergency care simulator,ECS)情景教学法在麻醉科护士抢救技术培训中的应用效果。方法2022年8-12月,选择广州中医药大学第一附属医院麻醉科36名护士作为研究对象,采用随机数表法随机分为对照组和试验组,各18名护士。在麻醉意外抢救技术培训中,对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采用微视频结合ECS情景教学法,比较两组麻醉科护士抢救技能综合考核成绩及对教学方法的满意度。结果试验组麻醉意外事件应急处理理论知识成绩为(87.67±6.31)分,抢救操作技能考核成绩为(96.22±3.12)分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组对教学方法能够调动学习积极性满意度得分为(8.78±0.73)分、可提高病情观察能力的满意度得分为(9.39±0.61)分、可提高综合抢救技能的满意度得分为(8.83±0.71)分、可提高团队协作能力的满意度得分为(8.72±0.83)分、可提高抢救流程应用能力的满意度得分为(9.06±0.80)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论微视频结合ECS情景教学法能够更好地提高麻醉科护士综合抢救技能,并获得护士的认可。展开更多

As an important window for Thai students to learn Chinese and understand Chinese culture, the role of Chinese teachers in Thailand is particularly crucial. In the primary Chinese teaching in Thailand, situational teaching method arouses learners’ interest and improves learning effect by creating specific situations. However, at present, the research on the application of situational teaching method to primary Chinese teaching in Thailand is relatively insufficient. Therefore, the author tried to combine the situational teaching method with the primary Chinese classroom in Thailand to carry out teaching design and practice, and completed the teaching design of the text “There Are No Seats in the Library and the Classroom”. Finally, through the teaching summary and reflection, it can be found that the students’ desire to participate in the teaching with the situational teaching method is higher and the classroom atmosphere is better.展开更多
