The main obtained result i...This paper investigates the absolute exponential stability of generalized neural networks with a general class of partially Lipschitz continuous and monotone increasing activation functions. The main obtained result is that if the interconnection matrix T of the neural system satisfies that - T is an H matrix with nonnegative diagonal elements, then the neural system is absolutely exponentially stable(AEST). The Hopfield network, Cellular neural network and Bidirectional associative memory network are special cases of the network model considered in this paper. So this work gives some improvements to the previous ones.展开更多

Although the MDG’s target of halving the proportion of people without sustainable access to safe drinking-water was met in 2010, the measurement method of the monitoring and evaluation indicator used ignored certain elements including the quality of water that should be underlined. Starting with a review of drinking-water and improved water source concepts, this study examines the limitations of measuring access to safe drinking-water in the context of the MDGs, and learns from the lessons to ensure a better performance in achieving the SDGs （Sustainable Development Goals）.展开更多

The decline in relative gains and rise in cost for US involvement in globalization are reasons for Trump to redirect US foreign strategy. The relative decrease of both US trade and foreign direct investment in the US, amid security threats and the identity crisis of the American people, has tremendously increased the pricetag for US involvement in globalization.展开更多
