The narrow hydrophilic pores(diameter 1~2 nm) in Nafion act as electrophoresis channels and the fixed charge sites on the inner surface of the channels provide a strong background electric field. The technique was used to separate the mixture of dopamine and epinephrine under the separation voltage of 100V with a satisfactory efficiency of separation.展开更多
