The STEAM education concept is different from the traditional single-subject, book-based education method. It is a comprehensive education that integrates science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics, and aims to cultivate high-quality talents with innovative and inquisitive abilities by linking actual situations, taking problems as indexes, breaking down the boundaries between disciplines, and focusing on comprehensive practice. By integrating the STEAM education concept into middle school mathematics teaching, teachers can help cultivate students’ innovative spirit, stimulate their interest in mathematics learning, and then apply mathematics knowledge across disciplines to improve their comprehensive ability. Based on the concept and practice of STEAM education, this paper explores the principles and links of high school mathematics teaching based on concepts with the goal of improving students’ abilities.展开更多
