This paper analyzes the endogenous logic of e-commerce industry empowerment from the theory, value and practice dimensions, and based on the complete grasp of the reality of e-commerce ecological dilemmas in the logistics system, commodity packaging and digital supporting facilities, puts forward practical empowerment strategies and optimization paths: deepen the understanding of the meaning of digital ecological civilization construction;strengthen the organizational leadership and policy publicity and guidance;and actively cultivate the concept of green supply and marketing. Giving full play to and continuously optimizing the “green and low-carbon” qualities of e-commerce will provide a strong impetus for the construction of a digital eco-civilization and a modernized country in which “human beings coexist harmoniously with nature”.展开更多
