This paper aims to explore how to use e-commerce platform to promote the development of elderly care service industry under the background of digitalized elderly care, so as to improve the quality of life of the elderly. By analyzing the current situation of aging population in our country and the challenges faced by the traditional pension model, to build a perfect e-commerce platform for the elderly service industry, fully demonstrate the advantages of the platform in the elderly service, and then concretely explain a series of applications of e-commerce platform in the elderly service industry, such as health product sales, online appointments and consultations, health management and personalized solutions, and social and entertainment. At the same time, the article also pointed out some problems in the digitalized elderly care service, and provided corresponding strategies and suggestions for the e-commerce platform to promote the development of the elderly care service industry, which also provided the future development direction for promoting the digitalized transformation of the elderly care industry and the optimization and upgrading of the e-commerce platform.展开更多
