Methods: According to the relevant industry standards and guidelines of syphilis, the clinical examination path of syphilis was established. The interns, newly enrolled graduate students and students in the Department of Laboratory Medicine of Yongchuan Hospital of Chongqing Medical University in 2022 and 2023 were taken as the research objects, and the teaching quality evaluation, teaching effect evaluation and students’ after-school test scores were taken as the consideration indicators. The data were analyzed by t-test with SPSS 19.0 software. Results: The clinical examination path of syphilis was established. Through the clinical experimental diagnosis teaching of this path, the clinical teaching considerations were greatly improved in 2023 (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The clinical examination path of syphilis is beneficial to the teaching of clinical experimental diagnosis, which enhances the cross-integration of examination and clinic and improves the teaching quality.
