目的:观察水穴电针治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效及对肝脾电子计算机断层扫描(Computed Tomography,CT)值的影响。方法:选取符合标准的患者124例,随机均分2组,治疗组采用水穴电针治疗,对照组采用用辛伐他汀片(20 mg口服,1次/d),水飞蓟宾葡...目的:观察水穴电针治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效及对肝脾电子计算机断层扫描(Computed Tomography,CT)值的影响。方法:选取符合标准的患者124例,随机均分2组,治疗组采用水穴电针治疗,对照组采用用辛伐他汀片(20 mg口服,1次/d),水飞蓟宾葡甲胺片(200 mg口服,3次/d)。观察干预前后中医症状指标,血清总胆固醇(Serum Total Cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白(Low Density Lipoprotein-cholesterol,LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(High Density Lipoprotein-cholesterol,HDL-C),血清谷丙转氨酶(Alanine Rransaminase,ALT),B型超声多谱勒仪(B-type Ultrasonic inspection,简称:B超)情况计分、肝CT值、肝/脾CT比值,统计其临床疗效。结果:治疗组、对照组临床疗效总有效率分别为90.32%、75.81%,比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后中医症状总积分、B超情况计分、血TC、TG、LDL-C、ALT水平低于对照组,血HDL-C、肝CT值、肝/脾CT比值水平高于对照组,比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:水穴电针能较好地改善非酒精性脂肪肝患者临床症状,对血清TC、TG、LDL-C、ALT具有明显减低作用,对血清HDL-C、肝CT值、肝/脾CT比值具有明显升高作用。展开更多

The results showed that water-permeability plastic film mulching plus bunch planting had a significant promoting effect on root growth and development and yield of foxtail millet. Compared with the CK, the total root length, total surface area, total root volume and number of. root tips increased by 51.30%, 47.89%, 48.39% and 41.63%, respectively. The yield increased by 48.57%, and there was significant positive correlation between root length, total surface area, total volume, number of root tips and dry matter weight of roots with yield. Developed roots are the main reason for the yield increasing effect of water-permeability plastic film mulching plus bunch planting.展开更多
