静电纺丝工艺被认为是至今为止制备连续微/纳米纤维的最有效的一种方法,是当今一大研究热点。借助于Maxwell电场模拟软件以及具体试验研究了针头探出距离对静电纺纤维沉积状态的影响。结果表明,电场仿真模拟能够较好地解释针头探出距离... 静电纺丝工艺被认为是至今为止制备连续微/纳米纤维的最有效的一种方法,是当今一大研究热点。借助于Maxwell电场模拟软件以及具体试验研究了针头探出距离对静电纺纤维沉积状态的影响。结果表明,电场仿真模拟能够较好地解释针头探出距离对纤维条带形态的影响规律。无论在针头-平板式还是在平板-平板式电场结构体系中,针头探出距离都会显著影响沉积纤网的外观,针头探出距离越大,沉积环形纤维条带的周长越大,而且条带变得更加圆整。对于平板-平板式电场结构,纤维条带的圆整度更高,但是外径相对更小。研究结论对指导静电纺丝工艺中喷丝针头的设计将会具有一定的实际意义。 展开更多

采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)工艺制备微米结构的WC-10Co4Cr涂层。研究了超音速火焰喷涂过程中粒子沉积状态对涂层干滑动摩擦的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察颗粒撞击基体时的变形形貌和摩擦磨损后的涂层表面形貌,利用能量X射线色谱仪... 采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)工艺制备微米结构的WC-10Co4Cr涂层。研究了超音速火焰喷涂过程中粒子沉积状态对涂层干滑动摩擦的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察颗粒撞击基体时的变形形貌和摩擦磨损后的涂层表面形貌,利用能量X射线色谱仪(EDS)分析变形颗粒和涂层表面不同磨损区域的成分。结果表明,成分均匀的粉末颗粒因受热不同而颗粒铺展形貌不同,受热充分的粉末铺展完全,在摩擦中形成均匀磨损的平整区,受热不充分的粉末铺展不完全,摩擦过程中易发生WC晶粒脱落,形成划痕区,未熔颗粒易在摩擦过程中脱落;成分不均匀的粉末以及合金相多的粉末颗粒铺展完全,摩擦中易形成CoCr合金膜;硬质相多的粉末铺展不完全,易产生孔隙。 展开更多

为了探究高速空气燃料热喷涂(activated combustion-high velocity air fuel,AC-HVAF)过程中喷涂粒子撞击基材后的沉积特性。采用AC-HVAF热喷涂技术在AZ80镁合金基体上沉积WC-10Co-4Cr硬质涂层。通过离散沉积实验获得薄层沉积粒子,探讨... 为了探究高速空气燃料热喷涂(activated combustion-high velocity air fuel,AC-HVAF)过程中喷涂粒子撞击基材后的沉积特性。采用AC-HVAF热喷涂技术在AZ80镁合金基体上沉积WC-10Co-4Cr硬质涂层。通过离散沉积实验获得薄层沉积粒子,探讨各种沉积形貌的种类、形成原因、结合机制及射流中粒子的径向和轴向分布。结果表明:在AC-HVAF粒子沉积过程中,嵌入型沉积为主要的沉积形貌,同时包含少量的破碎型与空腔型沉积粒子。在涂层的形成过程中,嵌入型沉积对涂层/基体结合性能起重要作用;空腔型沉积的小颗粒及破碎型沉积的大颗粒是造成沉积效率下降的主要原因。喷涂粒子主要集中在射流中心,越靠近射流边缘,空腔型沉积粒子越多,最终导致AC-HVAF粒子射流呈现出空间分布特征。 展开更多

It was found that the precipitation state had significant effects on both rolling and recrystallization textures of Al alloy. For the alloy with no or little precipitate, the orientation intensities were distributed more homogeneously along the β-fiber. With increasing aging temperature, the orientation intensities along the β-fiber increased firstly and decreased then. Simultaneity, the orientation intensities along the β-fiber were distributed more and more inhomogeneously. On the other hand, with the precipitates increasing the recrystallization textures changed gradually from {001}<UVW> and very weak {011}<111> orientation to the strong {001}<311> and {011}<111> orientation. 展开更多

In order to disclose the distribution law of tailings lenticles in theory, 12 geological cross-sections, including 7 cross-sections of tailings dam constructed by the upstream method and 5 cross-sections by the middle line method, were analyzed with box dimension method. The results show that the distribution of tailings lenticles has better fractal character with box dimension from 1.290 7 to 1.513 6. The box dimension of the tailings dam constructed by upstream method is nearly 1.50 and that by middle line method is 1.30. Thereby the values of lenticles dimension have obvious relation to the method of constructing dam, and reflect the sediment state of tailings dam with the rule that smaller value means better state. 展开更多

The study was conducted to investigate the mercury status in three major marshes in southeast Iraq. Sediments, plants (three species) and fish (five species) samples were collected at five locations along the major marshes (AL-Hammar, Cross of AI Fuhod AI Tar, Downstream of AL-Mashab & AL-Salal, Hawizeh and AL-Chebayesh) in southeast Iraq and analysed for mercury concentrations. The sediments were collected at predetermined input and output sources. The mercury concentrations were extremely high in both the sediment and plant samples but variable in fish species. There was a strong relationship between mercury concentrations in the sediments and fishes. Some of the fish species have mercury levels that are considered safe by the international marketing standard/WHO recommendation while others contain mercury levels that may be considered unsafe for human consumption. 展开更多
