Isopentric acid, the characteristic substance of sweat taste in the sample, was derivatized by derivatization reagent, and ethyl acetate was used as an internal standard. The content of isopentric acid was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results showed that the linearity of isovalerate in the range of 5~200 μg was good, and the correlation coefficient was 0.99970. The linear equation was y = 0.122 x + 0.055. The recovery rate of the blank samples was 91.2%~109.1%, and the relative deviation (N = 6) was 3.38%~3.97%. When the sample size was 1 g, the detection limit was 0.0001% and the quantitative limit was 0.0003%. The established method was used to detect 10 typical samples, 4 of which were equal to or lower than the standard detergent, 6 of which were better than the standard detergent. The results show that the method is suitable for evaluating the deodorization effect of fabric detergents.展开更多
