虚拟心脏建模是连接心脏宏观和微观研究的有效手段之一。本研究利用微型计算机和可视人断层数据,通过图像增强、组织分割和三维重建,建立了分辨率为0.5 mm×0.5 mm×0.5 mm的心脏结构和胸前表面几何模型;以单细胞动作电位仿真... 虚拟心脏建模是连接心脏宏观和微观研究的有效手段之一。本研究利用微型计算机和可视人断层数据,通过图像增强、组织分割和三维重建,建立了分辨率为0.5 mm×0.5 mm×0.5 mm的心脏结构和胸前表面几何模型;以单细胞动作电位仿真为基础,使用改进的规则型算法,基于惠更斯原理的各向同性和各相异性波面型算法,分别完成了特殊传导系统、心房和心室电活动的仿真,时间精度可达1 ms;结合双域模型理论,使用偶极子等效心脏的电活动,同时结合躯体模型,完成了心脏电活动到体表心电的映射,进行正常和异常情况下体表电位标测图(BSPM)及12导联心电图的仿真。通过此模型得到的由窦房结起搏的体表12导联心电图,满足正常心电的诊断标准,证明了模型的真实性和可靠性,为进一步探讨传导和起搏异常的体表心电建立基础。 展开更多

以生理解剖知识为基础,在已有的丘脑网状核细胞和丘脑皮质细胞间组成的入睡机制的两细胞环路模型[1]和由此两细胞环路组成的网络模型[2]的基础上,提出了增加皮层细胞在内的三种细胞组成的环路模型和网络模型,以使模型更符合近... 以生理解剖知识为基础,在已有的丘脑网状核细胞和丘脑皮质细胞间组成的入睡机制的两细胞环路模型[1]和由此两细胞环路组成的网络模型[2]的基础上,提出了增加皮层细胞在内的三种细胞组成的环路模型和网络模型,以使模型更符合近来认为睡眠机制是皮层和丘脑环路中出现特定的同步振荡的看法[3]。并能使模型的仿真结果可以和规定人体睡眠分期的脑电特征波相对应。这一网络模型的仿真结果,在一定条件下,确能在皮层细胞处出现符合睡眠分期中规定的标志入睡的纺锤波,这一初步结果,启示我们用模型仿真方法来进一步探讨睡眠机制和用模型仿真方法来进一步探讨人脑的微观神经元的电活动是如何通过同步振荡整合到宏观功能状态的某些信息处理过程的可能性。 展开更多

Dielectric and Thermal Analysis of a Shrub Leaf for the Modeling of Forest Fire

Most Mediterranean regions face a high risk to forest fires, estimation and anticipation of this risk modeled as a stochastic propagation process reproduces well some fire properties. This model needs information on the behavior of the bio-physical properties of vegetation associated to combustion. An experimental study to analyze the structure of a leaf of Laurel shrub at different biological stages is presented; it allows following the structural exchanges induced on the leaf by the effect of increasing temperature. For this purpose, both dielectric and TGA (Thermogravimetric Analysis)/DTA (Differentialthermal Analysis) was performed to a better understanding of the pyrolysis phenomenon. The results obtained provide information on the process of thermal degradation caused by fire. The evolution of the leaf impedance as a function of the applied frequency characterizes the moisture loss in plant species during pyrolysis. The dielectric response confirms the proposition to the equivalent circuit of the leaf as a composite of liquid and solid parts. The TGA/DTA results detected the behaviour of the solid parts in the fire under a constant heating rate, and were able to show all the transformation subjected by the Laurel leaf until ignition and all the gases released during it. 展开更多

Legal admissibility of digital evidence is the ability of that evidence being accepted as evidence in a court of law. Life cycle of digital evidence is very complex. In each stage there is more impact that can violate a chain of custody and its integrity. Contact with different variables occurs through a life cycle of digital evidence and can disrupt its integrity. In order for the evidence to be accepted by the court as valid, chain of custody for digital evidence must be kept, or it must be known who exactly came into contact with evidence in each stage of the investigation. This paper presents a dynamics and life cycle of digital evidence. The Petri nets will be proposed and used for modeling and simulation of this process. 展开更多

The aim of this paper is to propose a discussion about inventory control and to present a new method for testing the control process in terms of uncertainty. The subject matter is modelling for optimal control that ultimately provides the basic parameters for the level of safety stock and the cycle of deliveries. An optimisation criterion is a function minimising the total costs of storage and production coming to a halt because of depleted stock of inputs. Considering the results of the study, it is found that appropriate management process of textile companies requires determining raw materials stocks and its costs very precisely. The stream management process in the enterprise includes an element of fluctuations in demand. This is the source of "a conflict" that appears in two sub-systems: storage and production. At the same time, a systemic approach to the optimal coordination of supply/production calls for effective management of the whole system. Implementation of modem information technologies is one of the factors that support the effective control. 展开更多

ANTI-INFLAMMATORY EFFECTS OF MAGNOLIAE FARGESII VOLATILE OIL

Objective To explore the anti-inflammatory effects of magnoliae fargesii volatile oil.Methods Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were stimulated by TNF-α to express the adhesion molecules. Then the anti-adhesion effects of magnoliae fargesii volatile oil between HUVECs and human peripheral neutrophils were observed. The ischemia-reperfusion animal models were established by 60min renal ischemia followed by 1, 3, 6 and 24h reperfusion. Rats were randomly divided into the following groups: the sham-operation controls, ischemic group only treated with normal saline, and treated group infused magnoliae fargesii volatile oil before reperfusion. Then the renal injury of rats was detected. Results High rate of cell adhesion between HUVECs and neutrophils was observed. Magnoliae fargesii volatile oil could inhibit the adhesion process at the concentration of 0.5μL/mL (191.6±8.6), 1.0μL/mL (158.2±9.0) and 2.0μL/mL (155.2±9.7) (P<0.05). The anti-adhesion effects were strengthened with the increase of volatile oil concentration. Blood urea nitrogen and creatinine levels of the animal models were significantly increased after 24h reperfusion while the increase was remarkably attenuated by the treatment with magnoliae fargesii volatile oil. The renal injury was severe after 1h reperfusion, which was significantly attenuated by the treatment of magnoliae fargesii volatile oil. Conclusion Magnoliae fargesii volatile oil has anti-inflammatory effects. 展开更多

In this paper, a nonlinear difference-algebraic system is used to model some populations with stage structure when the harvest behavior and the economic interest are considered. The stability analysis is studied at the equilibrium points. After the non- linear difference-algebraic system is changed into a linear system with the unmodeled dynamics, a generalized predictive controller with feedforward compensator is designed to stabilize the system. Adaptive-network-based fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) is used to make the unmodeled dynamic compensated. An example illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed control method. 展开更多
