If enterprises want to achieve real sustainable development, they must assume the necessary environmental responsibility. Sustainable development is not only the cornerstone of the company’s sustainable operation and long-term development, but also a positive response to social responsibility. However, in practice, there are many problems and challenges, especially in balancing the relationship among resource utilization, environmental protection and social responsibility. We must formulate and implement a series of practical measures to mobilize all sectors of society to jointly promote the sustainable development of corporate responsibility and e-commerce, and jointly build a greener, more harmonious and more prosperous future.展开更多

By enhancing employees’ self-efficacy, it aims to improve their work engagement. The study primarily employs a questionnaire survey method to analyze the staff and managers of Company L. The research findings confirm that there is a positive correlation between the transformational leadership style of Company L and employee work engagement. Moreover, employee self-efficacy plays a moderating role in this relationship. The results of this study provide significant insights for e-commerce enterprises to adjust their leadership styles and improve employee work engagement.展开更多
