Methods: Ninety adult patients with SAHS were evaluated with polysomnogram (PSG) and BMI. Results: The PSG confirmed the presence of a disrupted sleep pattern in SAHS. The sleep efficiency, REM period, hypopnea index, arterial SaO2 in wakeing time and variance of heart rate were significantly different among three groups with different BMI( P <0.05). Conclusion:Different BMI may affect the sleep quality and oxygen saturation in patients with SAHS.展开更多
