Brucella spondylitis, also known as brucella spondylitis (BS), is a spinal infectious diseases caused by brucella invading the spine (intervertebral disc, vertebral body, muscle), accounting for 2% to 53% of patients with brucellosis. The main clinical manifestations include fever, fatigue, night sweats, anorexia, headache, hepatosplenomegaly, joint pain, lower back pain, and other systemic and local symptoms.
