It can be said that our most basic life needs have been injected into a large number of e-commerce elements, and our clothing, food, housing and travel can be more convenient in the field of e-commerce, for example, online shopping, Meituan takeout, online hotel booking, online car booking and so on. When people are immersed in the various conveniences brought by the network, the network is like a double-edged sword, gradually showing the security risks brought by some aspects of it. For example, we are faced with information leakage, network fraud and other new situations;in order to protect citizens’ personal rights and property rights, countries around the world have more or less carried out legislation in the field of e-commerce. However, legislation has a lag, and the law cannot cover all aspects of the network. Among them, the identification of network virtual property has always been a big problem in legislation. This paper sets out to conduct a comparative study on the legislation of network virtual property in the field of e-commerce at home and abroad, and then conduct an in-depth analysis of the current legislation situation, so as to draw relevant conclusions.展开更多
