2003年下半年以来,受国家宏观政策调控和国内基本建设投资额的持续高速增长等影响,使得用于建筑工程中的钢材、水泥、油料、砂石骨料等材料价格成倍增长,承包人价格风险加大,资金紧缺。若承包人得不到合理的价格调整,会给其带来一定的... 2003年下半年以来,受国家宏观政策调控和国内基本建设投资额的持续高速增长等影响,使得用于建筑工程中的钢材、水泥、油料、砂石骨料等材料价格成倍增长,承包人价格风险加大,资金紧缺。若承包人得不到合理的价格调整,会给其带来一定的经济损失。针对以上状况,笔者在某工程合同管理中依据土木工程菲迪克(FIDIC)施工合同条件70.7款,按照已实施工程实际每季度构成工程成本各因素的权重系数与物价局发布的各季度物价指数计算每季度价格调整金额的方法,经世界银行官员、发包人、监理、承包人长达一年时间的讨论,达成了一致意见,并获得了一定的价格补充调整,但略有不足。由此显现出我国建筑承包业界在选择成本因子品种和事先在合同中固定其系数进行价格调整,对物价指数适用性的鉴定方面尚待深入研究。 展开更多

Studies in the coastal area of Bohai Bay,China,from July 2006 to October 2007,suggest that the method of meiofaunal biomass estimation affected the meiofaunal analysis.Conventional estimation methods that use a unique mean individual weight value for nematodes to calculate total biomass may cause deviation of the results.A modified estimation method,named the Subsection Count Method (SCM),was also used to calculate meiofaunal biomass.This entails only a slight increase in workload but generates results of greater accuracy.Results gained using each of these two methods were compared in the present study.The results show that the conventional method generally estimates a meiofaunal biomass.The difference between the two estimation methods was highly significant (P<0.01) for the spring and winter cruises.Furthermore,the estimation method for meiofaunal biomass affected the analysis of horizontal distribution and correlation with environmental factors.These findings highlight the importance of estimation methods for meiofaunal biomass and will hopefully stimulate further investigation and discussion of the topic. 展开更多

Their efficacy is limited by their side effects, as well as the inductio... Currently approved treatments for hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection include the immunomodulatory agent, IFN-α, and nucleos(t)ide analogues. Their efficacy is limited by their side effects, as well as the induction of viral mutations that render them less potent. It is thus necessary to develop drugs that target additional viral antigens. Chemicals and biomaterials by unique methods of preventing HBV replication are currently being developed, including novel nucleosides and newly synthesized compounds such as capsid assembling and mRNA transcription inhibitors. Molecular therapies that target different stages of the HBV life cycle will aid current methods to manage chronic hepatitis B (CriB) infection. The use of immunomodulators and gene therapy are also under consideration. This report summarizes the most recent treatment possibilities for CHB infection. Emerging therapies and their potential mechanisms, efficacy, and pitfalls are discussed. 展开更多

Energy-conservation based generation dispatching is the revolutionary change in operation mode which could reduce energy consumption and pollutant emissions, promote power industry restructuring, and achieve sustainable development. Social benefit evaluation of the energy-conservation based generation dispatching under the new situation and environment has come into being as an important theoretical issue. A new scenario analysis based social benefit evluating method, which is implemented by comparing the energy., consumption and pollutant emissions of different scenarios defined by the key indicators, i.e., load factor and coal consumption structure, is proposed in the paper. Then the composition of social benefit is analyzed from the point of the dispatching mode and the coal consumption structure. The method proposed is of clear physical meaning. It is not only practical, but also applicable for the implementation of energy-conservation based generation dispatching in diffferent phases and with different goals. 展开更多

The paper deals with analysis and synthesis of non-harmonic and non-linear sources and appliances, and their interaction with harmonic power supply network. Basic idea is based on knowledge of harmonic spectrum of the sources and/or appliances, respectively. Obviously, one need to know voltage harmonic components of voltage sources (renewable with inverters,...), and current harmonic components generated by non-linear appliances (rectifiers,...). Method of investigation lies on decomposition of real electric circuit into n-harmonic separated equivalent schemes for each harmonic component. Then transient analysis will be done for each scheme separately using "impedance harmonic matrices". The important fact is that each equivalent scheme is now linearized and therefore easily calculated. Finally, the effects of each investigated schemes arc summed into resulting quantities of real non-linear electric circuit. 展开更多

Ecoagriculture evaluation of household level in red soil area of China

A hundred and twenty-one households in Yujiang county, Jiangxi province were investigated by adopting questionnaire method, and the evaluation system of index was established according to the integrative, hierarchical, scientific, practical, comparative and dynamic principles. The investigation data were firstly standardized and then processed with SPSS software. The index weight was confirmed by principal component analysis. Finally, the evaluation scale of ecoagriculture was calculated. The results showed that the evaluation value ranged from 0.141 to 0.689 for 121 households. Agricultural status of 113 households got the primary phase of ecoagriculture which accounting for 93.38%; 7 households into the second phase, representing 5.79% and only 1 household into the third phase according to the evaluation value. However, the ecoagriculture was divided into 5 stages, according to the evaluation value. Therefore, the ecoagriculture has huge potential to develop in red soil area, China. 展开更多

Modern power systems are typically characterized with renewable energies and smart grids.Their developments should be kept at a compatible pace with each other.According to the different structures of the power industry,such as generation,transmission,distribution,consumption and dispatching,a comprehensive evaluation system for coordinated development of renewable energy and smart grid in"3 levels,4 sections,15 targets"is created.The index system of coordinated development is important to determine the priorities and key areas in smart grids and renewable energies.By the index system of coordinated development,this paper evaluates the status of renewable energy and grid development,and their degree of coordination in China.A quantitative evaluation method to determine the level of coordination between China's renewable energies and smart grids is developed.The total and component coordination levels in China are calculated by an analytic hierarchy process.In conclusion,the degree of coordination in transmission and dispatching is higher, but the extent of electricity consumption is lowest.Therefore,the consumption section should be the first to develop within China. 展开更多
