The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of decreased physical fitness on the selection of traction weight in fracture treatment. Through literature review and consideration of modern medical technology, research has found that weakened muscle strength and decreased bone density are the main reasons for reduced traction weight. At the same time, the development of modern medical technology, such as the design of adjustable traction weight orthopedic traction frames, has also provided new solutions to adapt to changes in patients’ physical fitness. The study emphasizes the importance of considering the overall physical fitness of patients in fracture treatment and proposes individualized treatment strategies to improve treatment effectiveness and ensure patient safety.展开更多
