The conversion rate to Alzheimer’s disease per year is 1.8%~13.7% for MCI patients and 1%~2% for normal control.Standardization of methodological issues, e.g., the diagnosis criteria of MCI and sample composition et al, is needed in order to compare results from different studies. Meanwhile, it is important to identify key factors dominating the progression process from MCI to AD.展开更多
