On the basis of explaining the impact of the integration of industry-education on the training goal of financial mathematics professionals in local colleges, this paper analyzes the problems and reasons for the current construction of practical teaching teachers in financial mathematics. This paper also puts forward the optimization path of practical teaching faculty construction from three aspects: strengthening the awareness of practical teaching faculty construction, improving the practical teaching faculty construction system and improving the practical teaching faculty construction measures, aiming to offer guidance and insights for enhancing practical teaching faculty in financial mathematics within the context of industry-education integration.展开更多
