This study focuses on high school teachers who also take on the role of class teachers, a representative group, to investigate the current situation of their workload as class teachers, the negative effects of heavy workload leading to teacher burnout, and an analysis of stress reduction strategies. The aim is to explore how teachers can better balance their teaching responsibilities and the duties of being a class teacher, ultimately improving their work effectiveness.展开更多
