多元系统理论视角下Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland译本比较研究

以多元系统理论为指导,对Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland两个不同时期的译本进行对比研究,将赵元任《阿丽思漫游奇境记》译本和吴钧陶《爱丽斯奇境历险记》译本放在其各自产生的社会背景中去对比分析两译本产生的客观原因和译者翻译策略的选择,结论是,两译本的产生在一定程度上由其特定的历史文化背景决定,儿童翻译文学在中国文化多元系统的地位影响两译本翻译策略的选择。

Imitative Writing and Variation of“Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland”in Modern China

In 1922,“Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland”was translated and introduced by Zhao Yuanren to China.In the 1930s and 1940s,a series of Chinese-style“Alice”stories appeared.Writers borrowed from the plot structure and character images of“Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland”,making it a work rich in Chinese national language and culture.This article uses the documentary method and comparative research to study the Chinese-style“Alice”stories,and believes that these stories consciously convey new literary concepts,shape children in the new era,and become a part of modern Chinese children’s literature.

A Study of the Popularity of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland among Adults

A children’s book as Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland,it is incredibly popular among adults.Finding out why the book arouses adults’interest will enhance people’s understanding of it.This paper draws on the elements in the book which only adults could appreciate,and finds out that it requires A Priori knowledge,from mathematical analogies to logic,as well as A Posteriori knowledge,including the awareness of social hierarchy,to understand them,which leads to the book’s popularity among adults.

Study on the Translation of Puns in Alice's Adventures in Wonderland from the Perspective of the Functional Equivalence Theory

Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland is a world-famous masterpiece in children’s literature.The adventure stories in the novel deeply attract the child readers in different countries in the world.The use of puns in the work adds to its aesthetic value.In China,many scholars have translated it.The research topic is the application of Nida’s theory of functional equivalence in the pun translation in children’s literature work Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and the degree of equivalence in Wu Juntao’s translation.The person who does the research has read the original work and the translator Wu Juntao’s translation of this book,analyzed the translation of puns in the book,read the relevant journal articles on the theory of functional equivalence and thought about the academic views in them.On the basis of text reading,translation analysis and reference analysis,the following conclusion has been made:According to the basic points in the theory,in the work,Wu Juntao’s translation of the puns has basically achieved the equivalence between the original text and the target text in readers’responses,language style and language meaning.

An Analysis of the Functions of Nursery Rhymes in Alice's Adventure in Wonderland

Alice's Adventures in Wonderland is a famous novel in children's literature by Lewis Carroll, plays an important role in the history of children's literature. Large amount of nursery rhymes are used in the novel. This paper simply analyzes the embodiment and function of the nursery rhymes in Alice in Wonderland, and the understanding of children's literature. It also points out the reasons for the existence of nursery rhymes.
